I AM GOING TO START THIS MESSAGE TODAY AND TITLE IT, “THE LAST 100 YEARS-PLUS. I AM ADDING THE WORD PLUS, FOR A CERTAIN PURPOSE. THAT 100 YEARS HAS ALREADY PASSED, AND I WANT TO SHOW YOU HOW MUCH OF THIS BIBLE HAS BEEN UNFOLDED IN OUR LIFETIME. THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE, WHEN THERE IS NOTHING EXCITING THAT LIFTS THEM UP OUT OF THEIR SEAT AND BLASTS THEM INTO THE REALM OF JOY, THAT DO NOT GET ANYTHING. IF THAT IS ALL YOU ARE LIVING FOR, YOU ARE LIVING FOR THE WRONG PURPOSE. GOD DID NOT PROMISE ANY OF US A LIFE OF TOTAL BLISS AND EXCITEMENT EVERY MOMENT. HE HAS PROMISED THAT IN THIS WORLD YOU AND I WILL HAVE TRIBULATIONS, BUT HE ALSO PROMISED TO DELIVER US FROM THEM ALL. THAT IS, IF WE HAVE AN EAR TO KNOW HOW TO LISTEN TO HIM. THEREFORE AS MANY THINGS HAVE COME TO MY ATTENTION LATELY, I FEEL LED TO DEAL WITH WHAT WE KNOW TO THIS POINT, HOW PROPHECY HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND WHAT STILL LIES AHEAD, SO PRAY FOR ME, THAT I MAY SPEAK EVERYTHING AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE, THAT ALL MAY UNDERSTAND. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN WE WILL GET FINISHED WITH THE MESSAGE, BECAUSE I KNOW HOW SOME THINGS, NO MATTER HOW CLEARLY THEY ARE EXPLAINED, STILL CREATE QUESTIONS IN THE MIND OF SOME AND OUR PURPOSE IS, THAT ALL MAY UNDERSTAND AND SEE THE PICTURE CLEARLY.

KNOW WHAT YOU BELIEVE, AND WHY YOU BELIEVE IT

There are times when God will lift us up and let us sit in a realm of total joy, because He is speaking to us out of His word. That is wonderful. We certainly find no fault with that. When we have a heart that hungers after the things of God and an ear to hear the right way what is spoken, we many times reach a place of joy and bliss. In order to enjoy the fullness of what the Spirit of God causes to be brought forth out of His word, we have to know what God is and what He is not, what He will do and what He will not do. He is not some ancient old man that is just waiting to see how things turn out, He is a sovereign Spirit that no man has ever seen, because He has no permanent bodily form; and what He will do is see that every word of prophecy spoken by His anointed prophets and written in the pages of this Bible, will be fulfilled to perfection, not one day early, nor one day late. A great host of people who claim to believe God’s word, just pick and choose which part they are willing to try to believe. That is why there are so many different denominational groups and beliefs, all claiming to be following the WORD of God. Even in the ranks of what we call true believers, there are still those who just simply cannot seem to get the picture straight in their mind’s, so we pray that something can be said to clear up every question. I will say right now, The very minute Israel does cut loose and begin to take possession of everything she has been denied, speaking specifically of all the land God gave their father Abraham, you will have to get here early to get a seat every service. At other times, a lot of those people just go to church when something exciting is announced ahead of time. There are people like that around the world, people who enjoy going to large church gatherings where they have thousands and thousands attending, just merely for the excitement of being among a large crowd. Sometimes those places have to have two or three sermons a day to take care of them all. What I am going to say right now may sound carnal to some people, but in those places they are not really worshiping the Lord Jesus: they are just houses of spiritual entertainment. That is all a lot of folks are looking for today. They are not looking for a true doctrine or revelation from the Bible. In fact, most of those places have already laid aside any Bible doctrines their founders believed and held to. They pick out of the scriptures things they can put together that create a philosophical entertainment thought. That makes them feel good by sitting there. A lot of people have religion, but only a few have genuine salvation. Religion can be any belief one chooses and no amount of persuasion could convert them out of that, unless the Spirit of God sees fit to deal with them as individuals. You could argue with them from now until they are gray headed, but argument alone will never lead one of them to the truth of God’s word. Their attitude is, I know what I believe and I am not about to change, and they go on down the road that way. They could never take the Bible and prove themselves under any circumstances. They just have religion. Salvation is something altogether different than religion. Salvation is something that motivates your heart and your total spiritual makeup. You are constantly hungering and looking for something that you know is truth. Out of the Bible comes a thought, or a revelation that God conveys to you. That is what makes it good for you and me.

As I stand before you today, you are not following me: You are either following the Lord or you are not following anything worth following. When I met Bro. William Branham a few years ago, I said, There, is a man that is going to show me something about Jesus Christ, and I will not let the devil bring daylight between me and him. I learned this one thing very early: I am not following the physical man, but the God he preaches about. That man presented something he believed with his whole heart, and he lived a lifestyle above reproach: That is what I was determined to study. I have run into a lot of men who say, Jackson does not preach the message. Well I readily confess that I do not preach the mess they refer to as “The Message,” but I absolutely do preach from the same Bible Brother Branham preached from, and his messages are what first got me pointed in the right direction concerning a deeper revelation of what is written in that Bible. When I say, No. Ido not preach their mess, that is exactly what I mean, because most of what they refer to as the message, is a mess that could never lead anyone into a true revelation of the plan of God for those who believe His word. You can quote Bro. William Branham from now until you die, but you will not be any further up the road of life than the day you started out, (spiritually speaking). By the help of the Lord, this message will bring out some things along that line. For now though, I will ask you to open your Bible to Matthew 25.

LETTING THE SCRIPTURE SPEAK

We want to notice specifically, as we go into Matthew 25, that this is a parable that Jesus spoke, beginning with the 1^st verse. “Then (Then is a future tense word from where He was in time at the very beginning. He had already related some signs and indicators through the 24^th chapter, that will go on even from His time right down through the ages up until our time. Then, not here, not now, but then…) shall the kingdom of heaven (That is not a natural, materialistic kingdom of church buildings with stained glass windows: It is a spiritual kingdom within the heart of people.) be likened unto ten virgins, (He is not saying there are only going to be ten, and that only half of them will be true bride people: He was using this parable, to illustrate a condition of something for a later time.) which took their lamps, (Because we know He has ordained for you and I to be the light of the world. That light has to shine through your entire being.) and went forth to meet the Bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him. Then (still in the future) all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, (Now as I read this part, it used to be thought by so many people, that this 10^th verse speaks of the coming of Christ for His Bride, but let us notice now as we continue, and while they went to buy…) the Bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. (That sounds like they have already been raptured.) Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. (Why did they not say, Lord, take us up too? Why are they saying, Open to us? What door was shut? Be sure you get this.) But He answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. (Now the old time denominations said, The foolish ones are lost, but remember, that is just what they used to say: That is not a true revelation. It took a messenger to this hour to straighten up that interpretation.) Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.” (When He actually will come for His Bride.) Now brothers and sisters, I want to illustrate this on the chart. The entire length covers this parable straight through to the end. Everyone may not realize it, but from the time we reach (I am just going to use this number right here.) the 27^th verse, till we come all the way through the rest of Matthew 24, 25, all the way through the 25^th chapter, all of that is Jesus explaining something. All those verses materialize, and are related down through time, to right here (chart.) We are not going to cover it all in one service, because I want to show you step by step, how this all begins to unfold. Why, in this parable, did Jesus say “Then” the kingdom of heaven will be so and so? Because there will be a people, some of them are like unto wise people, some are like unto foolish people through this time? It is important to know what did transpire in this world before this hour came. I am going to take you back to 1700 and 1800, because this answers the real question, of why were there some foolish, and why they were not all wise. Actually, in this age, this last one hundred years has been the most enlightened age, when it comes to spiritual things, that has ever been since the Dark Ages. An awful lot of people just simply will not read: You can tell them something, and they do not remember it: It goes over their head. Then, as soon as they get home, they are going to ask, Who won the game? because that is where their mind has been. Their mind is on the ball games, or other athletics, or on their entire entertainment goal, more than the spiritual things of God. Jesus said, Blessed are they that do hunger and thirst after righteousness. To hunger after righteousness, to thirst after righteousness has nothing to do with how many soup suppers you go to. It is the spiritual hunger, the thirst that causes you to reach out for something more. Let me fill you in briefly, on what has gone on in the past, in the 1700’s and 1800’s, bringing us to this hour of time, the last one hundred years. We go back to the hour of John Wesley. He was born in 1703. He grew up being a child whose father was a pastor. There is much said about his young life, but we are going to bring him into out thought during his late 20’s, when he began to study for a ministry. (I am going to cut it short for the sake of time.) He finally came to Georgia. He was appointed to a certain work there, but in his heart he wanted to be able to touch the American Indians. Yet it seemed like every time he would go about it, nothing worked out, so he returned home. He said, I go to America to convert the American Indians: now I go home, and who will convert me. The story can be quite lengthy, but it was not long until God began to lead him into a deeper relationship and filled him with His Spirit. Let me say this, He was filled with the Holy Ghost, and though he did not speak in tongues, when you read what happened, you will have to say that man did receive the Holy Ghost. Along with his brother Charles, then George Whitfield, they were three contemporaries that worked together. Charles was more of a singer, and wrote many of the old songs. When the move of God started in England, John Wesley could not find his way into a church house, because they said his teachings were fanaticism. When he went out into the open air to preach, the sinner men out there ganged up on him. They made fun of him and many times threatened him. At times, he was knocked down, but from the crowds of people that witnessed all this, there would be certain ones take it upon themselves to rally around him. Wherever he went there was always opposition, but God seemed to break it apart, and great meetings took place under his ministry. Just to sum it up, Wherever he went, in many of the meetings, critics would come to blaspheme, to criticize, to challenge him, only to fall flat on their face under the power of God. I will say to the Methodists of today, Do not say you are a Methodist! You absolutely are not: you only have religion. If you only knew what your founder had, what he preached, you might bow your head and say, God help me. I was just reading about John Wesley; that he was also a writer, and has many writings. There has been close to two hundred healings recorded throughout his ministry, yet he did not specialize in preaching on healing. He specialized in salvation by the power, mercy and grace of God. All through those years, wherever he preached, the power of God was manifested on the scene. Many times the critics mouths were shut or they were slain before him, and they would have to crawl and ask God to forgive them. God would not let the critics stand openly and rebuke him or belittle him, without being smitten by the power of God. When we come to the death of John Wesley, in the closing hours of the 1790’s, George Whitfield came on the scene. He picked up the same torch John had carried and began to carry on the same type of ministry. He came to America and rode up and down the Appalachian Mountain range on mule back, preaching wherever he could find an audience. Coming out of the mountains of North Carolina there is a place on the old highway, not the interstate, that you see a plaque, or sign with George Whitfield’s name on it. He rode mule back up and down the mountains, preaching the gospel of repentance and salvation. As I read the story about it, the same things happened to him. Many times he was challenged as crowds gathered, and they were not going to let him into some of the places. It would take the power of God to come down and shut the mouths of the critics. Wherever he went in meetings, salvation followed, and people were slain by the Spirit of God, right in the presence of evangelists. When George Whitfield passed off the scene well into the 1800’s, another man by the name of George Mueller picked up the torch. He continued right on from there, but his ministry was mainly in England. The power of God worked with him in such a way that healing also took place, yet none of those men preached on just healing. God allowed conditions to develop, people would be sick, loved ones would go to these men and ask them to pray. They prayed and things happened as a result, but they never did major on God’s healing power. When George Mueller went off the scene, then here came a man by the name, Charles Finney. We are coming into the later part of the 1800’s. He picked up the torch light and the flame continued to burn. They all had much of the same teachings. Critics and unbelievers were smitten to the ground and found the Lord through all of this. It says in the writings, that healings were manifested. In those days in America, it was Methodists, Baptists and Presbyterians that were mainly affected by those men. Do not sit in your church pew and say, I don’t believe this, I don’t believe that, because your founders sure did. You make the word of God a lie by doing so. I received a letter recently, from a certain man wanting to know if I knew anybody that has picked up the ministry of healing to continue on much like Bro. William Branham had. He said he was more or less in line with about seven hundred of the Branham followers, but he just wanted to know if I knew of a man anywhere that had picked up the torch of healing. As I read that, I thought to myself, That is all some people look for, just healing. They do not even hear the word of God being preached, because they are looking for something to entertain their flesh and their spiritual ego. I am thankful to God for the things He allowed me to see, and the things that He still does, and will do in the future, but I believe He has His people in a precise hour of time, and He wants them to get first things first. We have to know why we are following the Lord, what our hope in Him is, and what He expects of each of us. That is why I say, We can have religion, but if we do not have genuine salvation we are still just as lost as lost can be. With that in mind let me say, The ministry of these men I have just referred to, bring us to the dawning of the 20^th century, 1900. Do not try to tell me the church world at that time was just coming out of the Dark Ages: They were not. Those denominations had all tasted of the goodness of God somewhere along the line, and witnessed the power of God, what He can do supernaturally. What does that prove? It proves that those who just have a spirit of religion, instead of the Spirit that brings about a new birth are very contrary and hard to deal with. Nevertheless that brings time to the hour where this message picks up, the last 100 years, Plus, so I want to present a picture for you to consider as we deal with this thought.

WITNESSING THE SUPERNATURAL POWER OF GOD

Have any of you ever asked, What sparked the fire of the Spirit of God at the beginning of this era, this last 100 years? Well I have the writings of it right here. A man by the name of Parham was the main instrument. He was a Methodist; and had a building in Topeka Kansas. They all decided to go on a few days fast. They were not fasting to receive speaking in tongues, they were fasting for the power of God to move upon sinners and bring them to repentance. We can pray for whatever we want to pray for, but when we are sincerely seeking God in prayer, He may just do something different than what we are expecting. He knows what to do and when to do it: All He looks for is people who are always willing to walk with Him in whatever He chooses to do. After a few days of fasting, this certain event took place, January 1, 1901, in Topeka Kansas. One sister, during the night, started speaking in another dialect. By daylight, this spread among the rest of them. As they continued on in prayer the days came and went, and as they continued their fast, one by one they all came under this great anointing, even until the whole group had received it. Following this, Rev. Parham felt led to take a group of those people with him on a trip he envisioned. From Topeka Kansas, they crossed down through the south and began to make their way across the state of Texas. He was preaching and testifying of the experience they had all received. Those people traveling with him would be anointed in the services they held, and some would speak in another dialect. The hour came, that a black preacher by the name of Bro. Seymour, came into the picture. He was led to go to that certain meeting. He was a Nazarene; and had been invited to come on a certain date to Los Angeles California, to a Nazarene church, for a meeting. He ended up going to the Parham meetings. It was while he was at those meetings, that Bro. Seymour heard what had happened in Topeka. He saw it being manifested in some of the people with Bro. Parham. It enthused him and he became very interested. He never received anything at that time, but it greatly enlightened him. In fact, it enlightened him so much, he had made up his mind that when he did go to California, to Azusa Street, he was going to preach on this very thing. The time came, and by then, they were coming into 1903. He went to Los Angeles, to this Nazarene church, but when he preached this to them, some of the people of that group really set up against it. As they did, Bro. Seymour and those who accepted it withdrew themselves from them and acquired an old warehouse facility where they could meet for worship. In the old warehouse, all they had was boxes to sit on, but God is not interested in fine buildings with all the trimmings. Right there, is where the Holy Ghost fell upon them and for three long years, people that heard about it came from all over the world to be in those meetings, Catholics, Baptists, Presbyterians, Nazarenes, from all the denominational structure, one by one preachers came to the Azusa Street meetings to be filled with the Spirit. One testimony was about a certain critic that came: He came one night and saw how the people would fall under the power of God and lay on the floor and shake. That really was nothing new, because back in 1800 and something, down in Kentucky, was a movement called the Shakers. Have you ever heard of them? That is where all this first happened. I have a booklet on that also. The strange thing about the Shaker movement is, that it did not last very long, because it was started by a woman who came into a strange belief. She had been a married woman. She became pregnant, but lost the child. I think this happened twice. Because of that, she got the (false) revelation that sex was all wrong, so she chose a celibate lifestyle. She preached celibacy from then on. In the Shaker services, the Holy Ghost would come on some of them, and they would sit in the seat and shake, or lay on the floor and shake. They would record that, We had so many tonight, that would shake or quake. They would have messages in tongues also. (I am bringing this in to show you where we are today, in this 100 year span of time.) When that woman preacher introduced celibacy to the group, there were families that stopped living together as husband and wife. There were young people brought up under that teaching that were not as convinced as their parents, so young boys would see a young girl they became attracted to, and then the boy and girl would became attracted to each other, but because the church would not allow them to marry, and they could not restrain themselves, they would eventually have relationships. Once this was found out, they were kicked out of the group. Those things went on until it finally brought the Shaker movement to an end. I have to say, God will not let a truth go on forever, locked up in something radical like that. Of course that leads me to say this, Have you heard in the news lately, what has been going on for the last three months in America, in the Catholic church? Do you think that started just about ten years ago? That has been going on for the last fifteen hundred years. It is just now being found out by the general public. They have covered it up all this time. This is an indicator, that we are approaching the end of time, because you know exactly what it says in the book of Revelation, what those ten horns in Europe will do to the Catholic Church. They are going to judge it, and then they are going to destroy its materialistic existence. There will be no Catholic Church any more. That is all brought about in the dark tribulation hour. Well what about the Catholic priesthood here in America? Only the Lord knows the turmoil this spirit is going to go through here in America. I heard them say, that one place in Texas has already sold part of their property to pay for the lawsuits. This is going on all over America. I cannot help but say, This did not just happen in the last few years: it has been going on for centuries of time. To me, this is another indicator that God will not allow anything to go on in the name of Christianity, with sin covered up, and the guilty ones get by with it forever. God is going to expose it and rip it to pieces.

BLESSINGS FIRST, AND THEN THE TEST

Let us now return our thinking to the time from 1903 to 1906. Out of that revival, came forth a brother by the name of Bartleman. He wrote about some of the things that begin to develop that caused the Azusa Street meetings to break up into little groups. One group would go here, another group would go there, but eventually it all played out completely. It had accomplished its purpose. God had dropped the Holy Spirit with the distribution of gifts, speaking in tongues, and some even prophesied, and there were also healings again. Healings were manifested everywhere. When you come to about 1908, you find that God is going to test those people. No, He did not bring the test inside the old congregations of the Methodists: He brought the test among the people that were supposed to have received something in the Azusa Street experience. I have read the testimonies, how that many times two ministering brothers of the same Trinitarian belief, (They were mainly all Trinitarians that had this experience from Azusa Street.) One minister came to visit another minister. They were sitting there talking about the things they had experienced in the places where they had labored. Well God had been dealing with one of them; and one morning He had said to him, Will you take my name? The Lord spoke to him in such a way, saying, Go to my word. He went to the book of Acts and he began to see where every apostolic convert in the days of the apostles, was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. This was the beginning of God restoring the Name of Jesus in baptism. Keep in mind though, the beginning of this restoration of the name, was not by some evangelist going around preaching: It was done as God individually dealt with various men. One by one, in different ways, He would come into a household, maybe the husband and wife would be sitting and reading the Bible, they would see this. God had different supernatural ways to reveal this name and make it known to a family. Little by little they began to testify of this, but the main body of the Pentecostal movement out of Azusa Street would set up against it. When we come to 1908, 1910, 1911, and 1912, the name of Jesus Christ in baptism had become a going thing. I read what happened up here above Madison Indiana, between Madison and Cincinnati Ohio, when they were concluding a very enjoyable evangelistic meeting. This certain evangelist had been invited to come to that town and have a meeting in this Pentecostal church. The meeting lasted for three weeks and many had responded. They planned on having a baptism at the end of the three weeks, in the Ohio River. The pastor of the congregation, along with all the new converts, met down at the river. As they took the first candidate out into the water, the Spirit of God spoke supernaturally to the evangelist, Bury them in my name. The pastor asked, What was that? He said, I will explain it to you later. He came to the point of being ready to baptize the person, and again the voice said, Bury them in my name. Again the pastor looked at the evangelist and asked, What was that? The evangelist replied, I will tell you later. The evangelist knew what the Trinitarian side of the movement was doing and saying about the people that were accepting this revelation, so he did his best to stay out of trouble. The third time, as they were ready to baptize this person, the Spirit of God spoke supernaturally, I said bury them in my name. Again the pastor asked, What did He say? The evangelist said, I will tell you when we are finished baptizing. They went ahead and baptized all of them using the titles of Matthew 28:19, the trinity method. When they got back to the pastor’s house, then the pastor said to the evangelist, Tell me what was said to you down at the river. The evangelist said, The reason I did not say anything, was because this belief is fought against almost everywhere. He began to explain to the pastor, so the pastor said, Then let us look at this together, so they opened the Bible to the book of Acts. When the pastor saw how the apostles of Jesus baptized, he really got interested. I have to say, You have to know a little of the background of that hour, because many of those who received a revelation, God had spoken to them supernaturally. It was not an assumption: it was by the Spirit of God moving supernaturally upon them. When the pastor understood what the Lord had been speaking to the evangelist, he said to him, Then we will do it all over again. You will take me to the river and baptize me also. They went back to the river and he baptized the pastor first, and then they re-baptized all those same people that had just been baptized using the titles. That is in the old magazine put out by the oneness movement years ago. I remember reading the story about all of that. With this in mind, I just have to say, Keep in mind, all this is what had been taking place back here (pointing to chart prior to that time) coming toward this hour. We can say this, The denominations as a whole did not move with the move of God, so trouble came to them. All these things go together. We have it marked up here, and from here on you have wise and foolish virgins, all through here, (chart) you have wise virgins dying a natural death, but you also have wise virgins dying by martyrdom. You likewise see other believing people going through the same thing. Do not look at this situation from the standpoint of your own nation, here in America, because right here in this book, it tells me that in Russia, about 1914, when the Bolshevik revolution took over and communism was spreading, there were close to five million Christian, church going people martyred. Are we saying they were all wise virgins? No. We are not saying that, but they were killed anyhow. Three thousands, eight hundred and some odd pastors were shot. We are saying this, Even though they did not have the revelation you and I have now, we have to accept the fact that they had something, because you and I know, if they did not have something, they were not going to stand there and suffer the consequences of resisting their oppressors, because they had already been told, Either recant and forsake this belief, or we kill you. That is why you have to believe they had something they were willing to die for. Back then, when we look at that, they did have something. However when we look at the overall picture of the professing church in America today, and speak of wise and foolish virgins, from the time of Azusa Street on until we come through the teens into the 1920’s, are we going to say those that measure out on the foolish side did not have anything? Do not ever say that. They had something, and I can prove it to you, because even though they are in the foolish category, they are still called virgins. What causes them to be virgins? They are not down in the city saloon, or the houses of ill fame. Do you get my picture? They were believers that received something from the Lord, but many of them did not allow that which they received to lead them on any further that where they were at the time. I talked to a man from India, that came to America, a young Indian minister. He told me what happened back in the 1920’s in the inland tribal areas. Many of those tribal people would not allow a missionary to come around. If they could get them, they would kill them, or run them off. He told about an American missionary that came to the area of his own tribal people, which was a large tribal area. He built a platform and started having meetings. The meetings had not been going on very long when trouble started. The man who told me this, his father was a leader in this certain tribe. Many of those tribal people lean toward Hinduism, Shintuism, Buddhism, or something other than Christianity, so whatever their religion was, they were not going to allow this new thing to come in. He said his own father had made up his mind, and had said before he left home with his machete, I am going to kill that American missionary. He went to the meeting and waited until the missionary was on the platform preaching. Slowly he made his way through the crowd, up the steps, and drew his machete while saying to the missionary, I came here to kill you. All of a sudden the power of God came before him and he saw Jesus hanging on the cross. Jesus was looking right at him and said these words, I died for you. His dad fell prostrate on the platform in front of the missionary. Don’t tell me he did not get something, yet the outcome was, he became a denominational type believer. Keep in mind, God knows what He is doing, He knows why He is doing it, and when He is doing it. In Russia, there were close to five million, but did they have the same teachings we have here in America? No. Much of it was the old Catholic system or Greek Orthodox. I am saying these things, just because the foolish did not have the baptism of the Holy Ghost in the measure the wise have it, do not ever say they did not have something, because the parable calls them virgins. Now I want to go back and pick up something to bring in right here. We are dealing with a lot of tares today, in these circles of religion, so go with me to Matthew 13. I want to show you something there. This is Jesus’ words. At this time I want to say, and please notice how I say it, All the epistles written by the apostle Paul, or Peter, are written with the primary objective to select and get the Lord a Bride. No gospel or epistle was ever written to produce just wise and foolish. You do not see that in any of the epistles. You only see this division where Jesus is looking down through time, way beyond the hour of the apostles, and He is describing to you and telling you what will go on when He will not be here in person. He was telling in advance, what would be manifested even in this very age we are living in. In the 13^th chapter of Matthew, He gives you seven parables. The first one starts out, Behold, a sower went forth to sow; (and remember, a sower sows good seed.) Well that is Jesus, but notice when we come to the second parable in verse 24. “Another parable put He forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field.” Notice, sowed good seed, that is past tense. How do we look at that parable? That is Jesus standing at the beginning of the second age. He is using the ministry in this second age, because the ministry of the first age is dead. Notice what He says, “But while men slept, (that means they are dead) his enemy (meaning the devil) came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” Now be sure you get this, These tares were not foolish virgins: Just settle that once and for all. They are imitators. They can have religion. They can go through the same motions, but only to a point: they will never follow the Lord all the way because somewhere their flesh is after something and they follow the flesh. Therefore while men slept, his enemy, the devil, came and sowed tares, which are impersonators, or weeds in a natural sense, among the wheat. “But when the blade was sprung up, (That means when the Church starts growing.) and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder (This is the ministry of the second age.) came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. (Notice what the answer is.) The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? (back in the second age) But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.” I have to say, When you hear some of the turmoil that has gone on in denominational church congregations down through the years, how some individuals in those congregations can put themselves in such a position of power, they can literally control that whole congregation, building and all, you know how strong that old antichrist spirit is. I helped build this church, on and on they argue and fuss: But He said, “Let both grow together until the harvest: (The harvest did not come at the end of the second age, the third, the fourth, or the fifth, it comes at the end of the seventh.) and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, (The reapers are going to be angels, but how are these angels going to be manifested? There are going to be certain types of men that are going to fall right into their hands, to preach, to demonstrate, to do certain things.) Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.” Brothers and sisters, I want to say this morning, Since the beginning of the 1960’s you have had that going on. Do not sit in the pew and say, Well I did not know it. When the so called Holy Spirit, and the old Pope John, the one before this one, came out on the stage of time and said, as he put his plea out to the Protestant denominations, Come home! he was supposed to have had a revelation, that we all may be one. Then you began to hear Protestants and Catholics talk about interchanging priests in the pulpit. Did you not? The Charismatic revival began to be really big time and come out of the basements, into the cathedrals, and into the auditoriums. In the 1960’s, in Toronto Canada, all over America, down in the south, Catholic nuns, especially in the one there in Canada, many of them were nuns that officiated and ministered and spoke on the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Many people that went to those meetings came out speaking in tongues. Well Bro. Jackson, I don’t get the point. You will, if you are hungry for God. Do not sit anywhere in spiritual ignorance. There has been a lot going on in the church world in the last thirty five to forty years. Up and down through North America these charismatic moves have been going on. Priests have come and preached in Methodist churches, in Baptist congregations, in Presbyterian, and vice versa. They have become one. What is it? He is binding this crop of tares. Let me say this, These religious systems are not the Bride of Christ. Oh Bro. Jackson, I wouldn’t talk like that. I am talking like that. If you don’t hear it from me, you will hear it from somebody, if he is really preaching for the Bride of Christ. I will say also, The binding of these tares in bundles has been going on for many years. Here, in 1963 (chart) the question was asked Bro. William Branham, What about this charismatic move, with all these people speaking in tongues? I remember what he said, That is the foolish virgins going out to buy oil. The fact that the parable says the wise say to the foolish, Go ye to them that sell and buy for yourselves, does not mean they will go to a store somewhere, walk in and lay down a hundred dollar bill and say, I want a hundred dollar’s worth of Holy Ghost. You have to look at the language, realize it is a parable, and understand what it is to produce. That type of meetings were carried on much like a commercial business in huge auditoriums. Look at the type of clergy you have out there, Dr. This or Professor That, and the money they take in amounts to great sums. You can safely say that side of the picture has been absolutely a big commercial show. Go ye to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. That is exactly where they go, out to those meetings where various things are on sale. Out of that kind of meetings, come many types of people, and they delight to show them on TV. I saw one a few nights ago and could not help but notice as they were showing the audience, how they were there in their cut off blue jeans and all sorts of garb. Please do not ever come to Faith Assembly looking like that: I will not run you off if you come here as a stranger like that, but if you come here like that three times in a row, and you have not been sensitive enough to look around and see how everyone else is dressed, then I do not mind saying, What are you here for? Truth will set you free from those hand-me-down habits if your heart is hungry for it. Truth makes you feel like something. We are living in a generation that has sold out to the devil, they have lost their dignity, they don’t care anymore, they are dying, yet they are deceived into thinking they are the apple of God’s eye. As we get back to this parable, Jesus said the tares came in, and it was right at the very end of the first age when they were sown. They have been growing along side by side with the good ones. They cannot be separated until right here at the end. I want to say this, and I say it with respect in certain situations, but we have hundreds of people around today that are not really hungry for God: they just want some kind of religion that they can receive in their mind and file it away until such a time as they feel it may be appropriate, and then just play along, going down the road of life. They do not know whether they hunger, thirst, or anything, they just go to church. If we can see this tare picture, we can say this, When we do come into the age where the kingdom of heaven is likened unto ten virgins, the mere fact that Jesus did not mention tares there, certainly does not give us reason to think they are not right there in the midst of all the virgins, because they truly are. The tares were not going to be separated until we get way down here, (pointing to chart at the end of the age) where He is going to bring about conditions that will separate the tares. I am going to read something to prove to you what I am talking about. When Bro. William Branham came to this age of time, starting about 1948, and he was taken off the scene in 1965, but in 1963, I have to say, is when his ministry came to its peak. That is when God anointed him to bring the revelation of those seals in the book of Revelation. You cannot tell me of any other preacher that has ever walked on God’s green earth, that ever dealt with them like he did. Look at the charismatic: they do not even read them, and do not want them, because most do not even know they are there. That is why I have to say, You have to have eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart that can receive something from God, in order to partake of a revelation like Jesus was pointing to. Let us turn back to Matthew 25. We are not talking about just all foolish virgins, because this covers a whole scope of things. Primarily I am saying, that from verse 27 straight on through the whole 25^th chapter, in the talents, all of which are words of Jesus pointing to the last days of time. It goes right straight on through, dealing with conditions. Over here (chart) is where it all comes to its climax.

FALSE CHRISTS’ AND FALSE PROPHETS

Let me show you something back here in verses 24- 25, of Matthew 24: Did not Jesus not say there would arise false Christs and false prophets? “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, He is in the desert; go not forth: behold, He is in the secret chambers; believe it not.” Yes, we have had them all down through time. I am anointed, is what constitutes that. When God sent this man to be a messenger to this age of Christendom, in that hour, because of certain things he said, there were men that began to rise on the scene, after God took him off the scene, and set the time when Jesus would come again. This causes me to go back and pick up certain things. There has been much said about Bro. William Branham riding this trail one more time. I have the man’s dream in written form. On August 1, 1965, along with my wife, I asked Billy Paul if I could talk with his father. I told him I had been given a dream about him. Billy Paul said for us to meet him at the Tabernacle on Sunday morning. We went in, I told my dream to Bro. William Branham and he said, Bro. Jackson, something is about to happen: I don’t know what, but when it does, you have a work to do. He picked up his Bible and said, Stick with the Word. I will never forget that: Stick with the Word! Then he turned to the wall in the room. Some woman had painted a picture of Elijah of old being translated in the chariot of fire to heaven. He said, Look at this; isn’t it a beautiful painting? I said yes, it is. From that he came back and picked up his Bible again and said, Bro. Jackson, something is about to happen. I don’t know what it is, but when it does, you have a job to do; stick with the Word. Then he told me this; Bro. Jackson, a man came to me this past week, an evangelist from Oregon, and told me a dream God had given him. In that dream he saw himself come back here. He told me the dream, and I interpreted it to him, I’ll ride this trail one more time. Brothers and sisters: when that dream was told and broadcast out that way, everybody began to say, Bro. William Branham is going to come with a new ministry because it was said he was going to ride this trail one more time. From August 1, 1965 until December, when God took him off the scene, he rode that trail one more time. Bro. Jackson: What do you mean, saying he rode that trail one more time? Well where was he when the dream was told to him? In Jeffersonville. Most people do not know the pattern of his meetings. When he first started out he would go to St. Louis Missouri, then to Arkansas, and from there on west. That seemed to be the pattern of his early meetings. In 1965, in the month of November, he came back here for a weekend meeting, and when he left here, he went to Shreveport Louisiana, to Jack Moore’s church. He had a meeting there. From there, he went to Yuma Arizona to a Full Gospel, men’s breakfast meeting. From there he went to Bakersfield California. There is where he preached the rapture message. Then he went north to another place and preached another meeting. From there he came back to Tucson. Now that should let you see he rode that trail one more time. That was the general route. Church order had already caused so much trouble, so many problems, he called some friends here in southern Indiana and spoke of a meeting back here. I knew those people, all of which are dead now. After he called them, they called us and said, Bro. William Branham is coming back to Jeffersonville at Christmas time. He is going to preach on the trail of the serpent, and is going to do away with church order. That was his plans. I do not care who hears me, because I know you have all had your day. You, will not have another twenty years to argue and fuss over all your false interpretations of what Bro. William Branham preached. As I said, He came back here in November, he left and went that route. He started back from Tucson, and God took him in a terrible accident on the road back to here to Jeffersonville. God took him to glory. The notes he had jotted down for the trail of the serpent message he was going to preach, many of them came up missing after they got into certain hands. I can say this now, Another man, because of that dream, when he read Revelation 19, where Jesus and His Bride are seen coming back to earth on white horses, got the revelation that William Branham was the white horse rider of that scene in Revelation 19. I heard those words with my own ears. People: Listen to me! There is a judgment going on even now, right in this movement. Before this message is over I am going to prove it to you; and show you how it all works. Do not just follow a man because you see his flesh and because you see what God did through him. Sure, all that is attractive, but you follow what you see to be God, the Word that the man preached, as it was vindicated. When God took him, He had a reason for doing it. I have said this, The coming of Jesus Christ is going to literally be the coming of the Lord who hung on Calvary’s cross one day, and not Bro. William Branham coming back, but here in these last few years we have had this and that kind of characters rising on the scene with their ideas. Let me get back to these verses here, starting in Matthew 24:26, “Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, He is in the desert; go not forth: (We had some that were saying that, thinking in terms of it being in the person of William Branham.) behold, He is in the secret chambers; believe it not. (In verse 27, notice how Jesus said it.) For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” When He comes for His Bride, only those who are truly of the bride are going to see Him. Notice what constitutes that. “For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.” Let me say this; there is no carcase laying up in heaven for you to be rallied around. How many know we are living in the eagle age? That is the fourth seal. Right? That ought to talk to you. That means we are little eagles: we gather where the fresh meat of the word of God is being preached. Is that not right? Before there will ever be a rapture, there will be a fresh revelation of God’s Word; which will stimulate, reach out and bring the Bride together, and this glues her together, or binds her together. They will all see the same thing, because they are eating fresh meat, and not an old dead carcase that has been run over by a car. You know I am speaking of the fresh word of divine revelation, as being the carcass the bride eagles gather around. That is what makes me feel good. That is what makes me act like I do; When the Word becomes alive in your heart, you are not the same. Yes. We are going to feast, because, what does it say in Ephesians 6? He will present the Church to Himself; and she will have neither spot, wrinkle, nor blemish. Where does He do that? Down here, before He comes for her. The 19^th chapter of Revelation, lets us see what is ahead; for there was seen in heaven a great host, they were all shouting, clothed in fine linen, for His wife hath made herself ready. Where? Not up there, but down here. That ties right in with the parable. I have to say, Ever since the shout, Jesus Christ has come in a divine revelation, and not one denomination has ever heard or seen anything pertaining to that. No, not one of them. You cannot preach seals to them: They all have their own version of when the Lord is coming back and how. There they sit, caring nothing about the things we hold to be precious. We, on the other hand, know that before the rapture actually takes place, there is going to be a coming together down here, eagle saints feasting on fresh revelation. You and I know eagles do not eat like buzzards. Buzzards clean up the mess of an old dead carcase. But eagles will not touch it: What they feast upon has to be 100 % fresh. Jesus spoke these things in parables, so they go right over the head of the denominational minded person. Can you not see the simple picture of this great plan for the bride? God has covered every aspect of this great event in His word, so we need not allow ourselves to speculate beyond what He reveals as the time grows near.

THE SPIRIT OF FALSE REVELATIONS

I want to again point back here to the chart I have been using. The title of our subject is “The Last 100 Years:” I just added the Plus for a reason. I did not have that put on there, because of that particular reason. We realize we are somewhere right along here in time, just before the week of Daniel starts, but we do not know the exact time; therefore there is no need of us speculating beyond what has been revealed. I will say though, None of you know how my mind has been occupied in the last few days. I pray, God help me to be able to read and make my words clear and plain, that you can understand what we are actually looking at. A lot of people would get offended at what I said earlier, simply because they do not know the scriptures. It is because they just have a nominal idea about things, without any true revelation. We were talking about the coming of the Lord, how we are to look at this scripture in Matthew 24:24, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, (That is why Bro. William Branham preached “The False Anointed Ones,” message) and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” I can remember, back in the late 1950’s, and on up through the 1960’s, preacher after preacher, evangelist after evangelist, were all supposed to be so anointed, and many of them have gone off the scene already. Verse 25, “Behold, I have told you before. (Meaning previously, He had warned the disciples, Be not deceived. Now this next verse does not belong a hundred years ago: It belongs right here in our very hour of time, so let us try to look at it in that light.) Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, He is in the desert; go not forth: behold, He is in the secret chambers; believe it not.” What is He talking about? He is actually talking about how men will go about telling people how they are to get ready for the coming of the Lord for His Church. That is what we have to understand. I want to take our thoughts back a few years for a little while. Many people, after Bro. William Branham’s death, especially preachers, not only believed Bro Branham is the white horse rider of Revelation 19, they also believe he is the one that is going to be the means of the rapture taking place. I will not mention names at this time, but two brothers in Arizona, both airplane pilots that had hunted with Bro. William Branham, after the accident, (I have their writings.) everywhere they went, and they were asked to come to different churches Bro. William Branham had ministered in, and speak, their testimony was, (This was in the late 1960’s.) that they believed he would one day rise from the dead. There would be a special resurrection of Bro. William Branham, and he would come to them, and they would take him in this airplane and fly him over the countryside, and Bro. William Branham would call forth for the resurrection all those who are ready. These people then would be met at a certain spot and this would be the means for the Bride to leave here. That was all because those men had followed the prophet. That is all some people need, in order for them to believe false doctrine and follow flesh. A lot of those people do not think I know they have judged me through the years. I say, Let them judge me. My life is not subject to their judgment. Over a period of time, those men made these testimonies, They were waiting for the hour when Bro. William Branham will rise and come to them, and say, Brothers: I am ready. A few years back, one brother died. They had bought an old DC10, a prop driven plane of WW2. They had it setting for months and months, on the runway, just waiting for Bro. William Branham to come back. That is desert country: Behold He is in the desert, go not forth, behold He is in the secret chamber, believe it not. I want to ask you people who go for these strange doctrines, Is it a time for us to be simple? I have sense enough to know, that at the time of Bro. William Branham’s death, a lot of people that believe what we are preaching today, had not even heard about the man. Therefore I want to ask a simple question. If there are any that follow Bro. William Branham strictly because of quotes, Why are you so selfish and greedy? What makes you want to think the coming of Christ for His Bride, is only for people in the United States? What about the rest of the world that believe the word of God? Is He concerned about them? At the time of Bro. William Branham’s death, you young people were not even born yet. I will never forget the day of his funeral, when Dr. Lee Vale, the man who edited and printed the Church Ages book, said to me as he was coming into the restaurant parking lot where my wife and I and some friends were leaving from. Dr. Lee Vale asked me, Bro. Jackson, are you with us? He was already pushing at that time, that Bro. William Branham would come back in a private resurrection to fulfill things according to his idea, things that had not been fulfilled. I said, What do you mean? He said, He is going to rise from the dead: He still has a work to do. I said, He will rise in the resurrection. Our conversation was echoed across the parking lot. He said, He is going to come back in a resurrection of his own. I said, No, he will not. When I look back through the years and think of the nonsense, the fanaticism and foolishness that has come and gone, all because men, hiding behind Bro. William Branham’s coat tail, could quote verbatim, words that he had said, and thought they were doing God a service. They were only scattering confusion, darkening the picture for a lot who wanted to do the right thing. I myself am looked upon as one that does not carry the message of the prophet. I have to say, You be the judge. As I have just read this verse, the last words of that 26^th verse, Notice what Jesus said. He was pointing down through time, believe it not. Do not get confused by what I explain about verse 27. “For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Now we could say, Oh but that is when He makes His visible return. Why did He say that at that time, and then speak again about the tribulation period which is right here (chart), then He comes back again to His coming? Notice what He says here in the 29^th verse, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days,” now that is here (chart). This is a different coming, He is not coming for something, He is coming with something. Notice now, “For as the lighting cometh out of the east,” my brothers and sisters; do not sit here and think when Jesus comes to rapture His Church, that His Bride Church will be taken by surprise. To the world it is going to be a mystical coming. They are not going to see a thing. But those that are ready to go with Him, they are going to see something ahead of time. Keep in mind though, He is not coming to a secret place. It is going to be a universal display of His arrival. What about the poor people in Africa? That is nonsense to think the whole Bride of Christ is going to be collected in one spot for the rapture. That is just plain nonsense. I have to say, When we compare that to Revelation 10, immediately we see One standing on the earth, and He has a scroll in His hand. That is none other than the One who has been on the throne, but He is in angelic form. He stood with one foot on the land and one foot on the sea. That is a picture of His universal presence. He is coming to reveal Himself and to come for His Bride, and it will be a universal thing. That is why no one should think He is going to come in some secret place, and that certain ones are going to have a monopoly on it. No. They are not going to be able to gather a television crew out there and telecast it. They absolutely are not. It is absolutely going to be a mystical, secret coming as far as the world is concerned, but it is going to be visible from the spirit world to the perfect Bride of Christ, all because they have been made ready. That is why I said this morning, When the hour comes for that to be so, prior to that we are going to pass through a little season that none of us are familiar with yet, “For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.” For a long time, that sounded so carnal, we did not understand what was meant by eagles. But after the revelation of the seals, when we were made to understand that at the opening of the fourth seal, it was opened with the beast that had the head like the eagle, and that it is pointing to the end time, living element of the Bride. They are called out, separated, and they are all perfected under the leadership of that eagle spirit. While the greatest deception is going on in the religious world, the true Bride of Christ the world over, is being spiritually directed by the Spirit of that eagle. While the illustration used here sounds like a carnal thing when He said, For wheresoever the carcase is, that literally means wherever the true revelation of the Word is, and that is likened unto a fresh killed animal. Keep in mind, When a car runs over a rabbit, if there is an eagle in the vicinity, he is the first one to zero in on it. But if that rabbit lays there two or three days, an eagle will not touch it, because it stinks. That goes to show, the Bride is not going to be made ready by a bunch of left over gospel tradition that is fifty years old: it is the fresh killed m (so to speak) that will put the Bride together. It is going to stay here long enough until it has constituted that. That is exactly why verses 27 and 28 go together. Now watch, since the shout, the cry has been made, (chart) we have been traveling through time and we are moving toward this week; we are somewhere right in here. But those words pertain to those living in Christ. Now let us look at something else. There are a lot of people that do not like deep teaching messages. They will say, That is over my head, that is too deep for me. That sounds like somebody that just does not know how to eat a square meal. I speak that as simple as I know how. There are some people, all they want is a soda cracker and a cup of tea, spiritually speaking. Watch now, because here is where He pointed to His visible, second coming. Verse 29, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days (So verses 27 and 28 do not even belong in there, if you understand what I mean. Immediately after the tribulation of those days, that is that period of time right here (chart, at the end of seventieth week), so keep in mind, verses 27 and 28 are back here. We will say a whole lot about that as we go on. Immediately after the tribulation of those days, that is this period right here, so notice what He said, He did not quote verse 27, He said,) shall the sun be darkened, (the sun is not darkened in verse 27) and the moon shall not give her light, (The moon is not even affected in verse 27, is it?) and the stars shall fall from heaven, (That is not mentioned in verse 27 either.) and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: (That is not expressed in verse 27, is it?) And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: (This is not related in verse 27.) and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, (weep, cry. That don’t take place in verse 27 because the world did not see anything, but here now, they do, and we are going to find out here, where the real believer is.) and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. (That is not mentioned in verse 27.) And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds.” Here is the Bride, they are not on earth any more. Between verse 27 and right here, is when the rapture has taken place. How many are following my thought? And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect, not from a secret place, but from the spirit world, because that is where they will be. That ought to open up some minds. There is a difference between verse 27, that does point to an eventual rapture, and this. It is not going to be a secret thing to the Bride, because verse 28, speaks of what prepares the Bride, and that takes place right in here, (chart, just prior to rapture). We are passing through that period now. I have to say, God have mercy on people that do not have a hunger to know the hour of time they live in. I say it with as much sincerity as I know how. I am not against anybody taking a vacation, but when it comes to some people, they have to go here, they have to go there, they have got to do this, they have got to do that, so they just have very little time to feed their soul. They are not even hungering to know what the Lord has for those who are hungry. They do not even know there is a carcase ready for the Bride saints to eat on. Think of that. Where the carcase is, there will the eagles be. I have to say, There are a lot some times, that fly around us, but they are not eagles. I do not say that to specifically offend people, but it is a fact that is worth making known. I said this morning, Tares were sown by the devil, right in here, before the Church age passed from the first into the second. That is when the ministry of the second age noticed what was going on. Tares are not foolish virgins: they are just tares, make believers, imitators. They will be there all the way down through time. Foolish virgins are believers, that just go along enjoying the things of the Spirit, without ever getting hungry for the deeper things of the word of God. They are not unbelievers, they are not tares, and neither are they of the bride. They have eternal life, but they will never be in the bride of Christ.

BELIEVERS ARE GIVEN SIGNS

We have another parable to consider, so let us notice something here. He gives us this parable right here after the others we have been looking at. In verse 32, you must realize He gives the believers of the end time a sign to alert them. “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; (There are a lot of people that go to a church of some nature, but they may never know what the parable of the fig tree is all about.) When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh.” When we look back to1948, the United Nations was compelled by circumstances to vote unanimously to give Israel a piece of ground in the Holy Land. That constituted the beginning of the end; and for fifty some years, that little fig tree has been budding and growing and getting larger all the time. To the wise believers, He is giving a sign, and when you see that sign, you know you are moving closer and closer to His actual coming. “So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, (false prophets, false anointed ones, saying this and saying that, trying to mislead people, beware that you be not deceived. That is when He introduced this whole 24^th chapter.) know that it is near, even at the doors. (What is near? His coming for His bride.) Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, (He is actually saying that somewhere in this period of time, not the whole one hundred years, but somewhere as these signs begin to become more predominate and build up, there is going to be an element of people that is going to be a generation that can look back and say they have remembered this and remembered that, but it is not going to start with one generation, then they all die off and another generation raises up. That is not what He is talking about. It is this generation that sees these things taking place, that shall not pass.) till all these things be fulfilled.” That lets us know we are approaching very soon, the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, both for His Church and later with His Church. “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my word shall not pass away.” Now as we read verse 36, I am reading this to refresh your mind, because we are coming to a certain point we must not miss. I want to associate us in here: we are all right in here, (chart) we are right in a period of time when He is going to cause this carcase to be presented to us. Where do we find that carcase? Not out there somewhere, but right here in this blessed old book. It is God’s way of causing the book to come alive to us. When things begin to come off the pages and you see it clearly, you think, Well that is going on right now. “But of that day and hour (He is talking about the secret coming of the Lord, that mystical coming.) knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (He is not talking about the visible return after tribulation, He is talking about the mystical coming for His bride.) But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Immorality, violence, a world domestically turned upside down with few that even seem to care.) For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, (Why does He mention all this? It goes to show the general attitude of society as a whole, when about all they live for, is the material world, security, plenty of food and carefree lifestyles. They are not concerned about the Lord, and many do not even believe in a Creator.) marrying and giving in marriage, (That is all their life is concerned with.) until the day that Noah entered into the ark, (And so will this world be the same way.) And knew not until the flood came, (Just imagine those thousands of people that had lived every day while Noah was preaching, There is going to be a flood, and building a boat to be ready. Those people ridiculed Noah and his sons, said they were fanatics, and that they have gone crazy. But there came a day when God said to Noah, Now you and your family come on into the boat. Notice that the Bible says God shut the door. I can see a strong wind come blowing right out of the west, (I use this as a figure of speech, or illustration.) And I can see that dark bank of clouds begin to loom on the western horizon. Looks like a storm coming up. All of a sudden here came a strong gush of wind that grabbed that door and slammed it shut. It was never opened until a year later. And knew not until the flood came…) and took them all away.” He is saying that is the way in general, that the world, domestically and socially, will be, when it is time for the Lord to come again. Now He gives us a brief picture of how the coming of the Lord, will affect the individual, not that they are going to be gathered in a secret place, they are going to be gathered together in the air. What did the apostle Paul say? Right here it is; (chart) the rapture of the church, 1^st Thessalonians 4:15-18, “For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 1 Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 1 Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Th 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” Does the world hear the shout? No. What is a shout? It is a sound that somebody makes to draw attention. HEY! Or LISTEN! Usually someone who is familiar with that voice will turn and look. Did you holler at me, brother? Only the true, elected children of God are going to hear that shout. They recognize something. It is the Lord’s way of getting their attention. The Lord sent a messenger to this Age, that ministered from 1948 through 1965. His whole message became a cry in the midnight hour, “The Bridegroom Cometh.” That was the great climax of his message, Get ready, get back to the word, for the coming of the Lord is soon at hand. Jesus is saying here, “Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.” Meaning this, No matter what you know, no matter how you have been made to believe the coming of the Lord for His Church can be, next week, next month, next year, or what, just do not sit down and start figuring, In so many days I will do this, and so many days I will do that, then I am going to just sit under a shade tree and wait until Jesus comes. With that attitude, you will die without seeing what you think you will see. What did He say? Then shall two be in the field, when that rapture does come, keep in mind, it is going to be night somewhere on this planet, and daylight in other parts. Verse 27 says, For as the lightning shines from the east to the west, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man for His Church. It is a secret thing. The world does not see it. But it is going to be a visible thing for the Bride of Christ. Two shall be in the field, they are at work, but one shall be taken and the other left. That does not mean literally that only one is going to be taken, it goes to show that it is only those that are truly ready. “Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” Keep in mind, how we are to get ready? We are little eagles. I say it again, We are little eagles, and we are eating on fresh killed food, if you understand my speech. That is what prepares us as we get ready for our flight with Him. Watch how this goes along. “Who then (then, the same time) is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?” That means this: Within that realm of the Bride, there is going to be a true ministry that is going to receive the inspiration, the anointing, and knowledge of how to take this carcase and cut it into pieces and distribute it to the people it is for, the Bride Church. It is a parable. I am using a parabolic illustration. You just do not pick up the carcase and throw it out there, saying, Help yourselves, you bunch of hogs. You do not handle the Word of God acting like that. The parable that He uses should illustrate to us, that He is going to allow us to eat fresh manna that acquaints us with something precious. The point is, within that realm there are wise servants. When I say wise servants, I look back to a time after Bro. William Branham’s death: I had gone to Missouri, to Arkansas, and everywhere I went I was asked questions, Bro. Jackson, what about this? Bro. Jackson, what about that? The prophet this, and the prophet that. By then, church order was running rampant. Well I would not go along with church order at any time. I knew why Bro. William Branham had to do that, and knew that it was just for a certain condition at the Tabernacle. Everywhere I went, it seemed like there was opposition. I would do my best to try to present something out of the scriptures that I had heard the prophet speak upon, but you could see on the faces of some of the people, Bro. Jackson, I don’t want to hear what you have to say, I want to hear what the prophet said. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household? This is not talking about one man, it is talking about a ministry, but God lays the responsibility upon each individual to give them, (them who?) The Bride of Christ, the little eagles, meat in due season. “Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when He cometh shall find so doing.” He is not pointing to the second coming. Notice how I say that; it is how the Lord will come in among His people to begin to judge certain things and to discard things, so that by the time we do reach a point where that Bride is ready for the rapture, there is nothing leaving this earth that has not met God’s specifications. Watch now, Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. “Verily I say unto you, That He shall make him ruler over all his goods.” That puts you in the Millennium. But verse 48 brings up another side of the picture, which has been going on at the same time. “But and if that evil servant (So you have not left here yet. That evil servant, where did he come from? Listen to me, He is not a foolish virgin. He is a tare, hanging right onto this movement.) shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth His coming.” Now I wonder why he would say that? It goes to show, he had been caught up in some of this other stuff back here earlier, setting dates for the Lord’s return and all of that. Let us see how the Lord deals with him. Remember, the rapture has not yet taken place. Of those people that are truly transformed and changed and raptured, there will be none thrown out of heaven. Remember that. Nothing will be thrown out of heaven. You have got to understand in these parables, how the discarding, or casting the unprofitable servant, where it takes place in the time factor. But if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My Lord delayeth his coming; his next action is to begin to smite those who are wise servants.

DEALING WITH FANATICISM

I will go back a few years, to a time shortly after Bro. William Branham’s death; when there was a man and his wife, which we knew but I will not mention names right now. They lived in Georgia. He got the idea that by October 1968, it would all be over. He made bold statements, that if the rapture had not come, and that if he and his wife and daughter were still here, he was going to take a shot gun and shoot them, because I will know that I have missed it. Well October came, but he was still here. Others then pushed it forward to 1972. A man that worked for Spoken Word, saw me one day in Corydon at a store and said, Bro. Jackson, I would like to talk with you. We had printed the article, “The Seventy Weeks of Daniel,” in the Contender. So he asked me, Bro. Jackson, do you believe Bro. William Branham’s message? I said, Yes Sir. Well how do you believe about the year 1972? We were not at that year 1972 yet. I said, Brother, what do you mean? Well I read your article on the seventy weeks, and the way you talked, it sounds like you do not believe it. I said, Brother, I believe this, that by the time 1972 comes and goes, we will all still be here. Well Bro. Jackson, if I was you, I would be careful. That is the way he said it. He felt he was so right, that I had to be wrong. Well 1972 came, he is still here and I am still here. 1988 came, I was still here and he was too. I am saying all that for this reason: I hope somebody heard the messenger of the age right. You can quote the quotes all you want to, but if you do not know where it takes you to in the book, you just as well get a newspaper and go fishing somewhere. That man pointed me to the book. Let us get back to the book, the Word of God. Everything he said was his way of saying back to the book. But no, they go to the sermon books. That is why they do not know what he said, because they do not know what he meant. But if that evil servant shall say in his heart, my Lord delayeth his coming, and I have to say as we look back through time, Yes, more than one had to hang his head, because of his pride and self will, yet he did not make excuses, he just begins to think in himself, My lord must have delayed his coming. Notice what else it says, “And shall begin to smite his fellow-servants.” That certainly does not sound like a wise servant, does it? I say it is time we read it right. It goes to show, there is more than one wise servant. Is that not right? But this unwise one, he is out front, crowing like a rooster, this and that. When he has set all the times, the dates, and the time comes and he is still here, then what? Now we are in 2002, can you not just imagine what goes on in their hearts? How do they reconcile time to how they put the quotes all together. Neither has the prophet come back, and that old DC10 is still sitting on the runway, I wouldn’t want to ride in it now, if you gave the thing to me. When the rapture takes place and He comes, you are not going to need a DC10 to take you off this ground to glory. The point is, the wise servant is still down here on earth doing what he was called to do, and we are living somewhere right in here (chart, just before the 70^th week starts). We are doing our best to give people fresh, killed and prepared meat. At the same time also, there is another category of the same message, fulfilling that other part. There are men that fulfill that category, they point the finger, they condemn, they don’t preach the prophet, he does not quote this and don’t quote that. Watch now, that evil servant says, My lord delayeth his coming, and shall begin to smite his fellow-servants. Eventually God will see to it that they will lose out, they will lose confidence, and they will realize, there is nothing left for them, only to slowly drift back to the pattern of the world. “The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, (Listen closely.) and in an hour that he is not aware of, (I want you to know, you have not left this world yet. You and I are still here.) And shall cut him asunder.” What did it say in verse 50? The lord of that servant shall come. Physically? No. It is how He comes in his Word. I am going to show you, He comes here in all this that Jesus has spoken about leading right straight up to His visible, second return. As the Bride of Christ congregates from time to time, to come around the fresh killed revelation that stimulates and enlightens, it makes us feel happy that we are getting closer to the coming of the Lord. We are looking for Him. We are not setting days or times, but there is that evil bunch, picking, gouging, finding fault and making life miserable for us at times. God is going to let them go on until one day their pride is going to give out. Their stubbornness is going to fall to pieces. Meanwhile it is, I thought…Well he said it….Don’t you think….Could it be… That is the way they live. The lord of that servant will come in an hour he is not looking for him. Notice, “And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites.” That takes place right in here, (chart, before the rapture) and separates him from the main body of believers. When he is separated where is he cast then? He is cast into outer darkness. He is headed for tribulation. I said, He is not a foolish virgin. He is a tare. There is no way he can eventually come into eternal life: Tares are just plain and simple make-believers. Keep in mind, tares got in among the body of believers in the closing of the first church age. They were to remain in among the kingdom of God, right down until the very last moment, when the last thing was done. Think of it. When a person like that begins to see himself disassociated from an element of people, a people that for years he has been part of, but because of his stubborn belief, because of his pride, because of his unwillingness to wake up and realize what he has allowed himself to become a part of, instead of repenting, he then begins to smite his fellow servants. Keep in mind, fellow servants means he knew brother So and So. He knew Bro. Bud, he knew Bro. Allen. Now he is too stubborn to admit he was wrong, so he has to find fault with them and make it look bad on their part. I say, the Lord is not here physically, having him cast out, but He is here in divine revelation. You might say, Bro. Jackson, that is hard to understand. Listen further to what I have to say, and I will show you how that works. Turn with me, over to the 25^th chapter of Matthew. As we read this, I mainly capitalized on the point where the wise and foolish are being separated, so I am going to start with verse 8. Let us keep this fresh in our minds. The shout has come, the midnight cry has been uttered, the whole thing begins to stir, “And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; (Now these actual words never have been uttered: they only communicate action on the part of the Spirit of God, how He deals with the subject.) lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.” As I said, There go your big charismatic meetings. Look at the commercialization they put on out there to carry on that stuff. So there is a period of time to be involved. Verse 10, “And while they went to buy, (Keep in mind verse 9 says, Not so. Verse 10 shows us a period of time, so there go the foolish to the charismatic meetings. In that period of time, let us watch this, And while they, the foolish, went to buy,) the bridegroom came; (In what manner did He come? Physically, you do not see Him, but spiritually He came in His Word, because something had to draw you out of that miserable system and put a hunger in your heart to find out where you could go to hear the Word. It took a shout in that hour to bring about this transition. Yes. While that charismatic thing has been going on, the bridegroom came, not physically, but by divine revelation.) and they that were ready (They that had oil, they that knew they were hungry for something more.) went in with him to the marriage.” I used to think that was the rapture. It was not the rapture. They went into a revelation of truth, preparing for the marriage, and I have to say, Thank God, this has been going on long enough, that you young people who were not even born back then, have had your chance to be in the bride. Think of it. Aren’t you glad Jesus did not come for the rapture back then? Many of you younger ones would never have had the privilege of coming into this wonderful way. That is why I say to you young ones, I count it a privilege to be a part of you. God knew that He was not going to come in His second advent until all that are ordained to be in the Bride have been born, grown up and taken their place in the ranks of the Bride. The bridegroom came. Physically? No. For the rapture? No. He came with His Word in divine revelation. I have to say, That has been going on for a period of time. “Afterward (after a long period of time) came also the other virgins, (foolish) saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.” They are not standing out here with their hands open, O Lord take us up, Lord we heard you have already come: Please take us up, I want to go up too. No, they are knocking at a door. They want to be in a revelation, but they poked around in all that stuff out there for so long, they thought they had it all, and afterward came to the other virgins saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. Now notice this communication, “But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.” Now the old denominational systems say they are lost. Listen carefully to what I say, Time wise, that does not put you back here, (chart) nor here, nor here, nor here, it puts you right down here just before the rapture. How many can see that? The foolish are saying, Lord open to us. It is not the Lord actually speaking audible words: it is how the Holy Ghost, which is the Lord, from His Word, saying, I don’t know you, which means, You are not my Bride to be. Yes, you are a foolish virgin, but you just played around too long. So they are left here. That is why they are left to go through this whole week of time and end up in the tribulation hours martyred. I will take you back, but keep in mind, in America, saints have never been martyred and persecuted for the gospel’s sake. Do not ever say that foolish virgins all down through this time, just because they were not martyred, did not have anything. They did have something. They were just foolish. Keep in mind also, that even though some of them might have been alcoholics and so forth, even some of them might have been the meanest, most ornery characters around, but the fact they are called foolish virgins, lets you know something changed their whole social life altogether. They are not tares, and they are not bride saints, but they are called virgins, so we know they had something. I have to say, All down through time, foolish virgins have died. Yes, in some parts of the world they have even been martyred, especially in Russia and in China. But here in the states and in certain places of Europe, they have died a natural death. Do not ever say they did not have anything. To say that, is as bad as an old denominational spirit speaking evil of us. They had what God gave them, but the fact that they were looked upon as foolish, they just never saw the light to get the fulness of the Holy Ghost and the revelation to be put in the same group as the Bride, the wise virgins. That is why, as this parable brings us to this hour, and the Church is made ready for the rapture, I have to say, It is from within this element of people that the Lord begins to deal, and He will close the door. There will come a time, it will be utterly impossible for one of those foolish virgins to come and sit among us. Why? Because God will so ordain it, that the things I am saying will go right over their head: they are unable to understand and the thrill of being here will be gone, so they will go on with their routine elsewhere. Why do I say that? They do not understand the seals, the revelation that is so precious to the bride. When you start preaching the first seal, it is going to be so foreign to them, they cannot understand anything about it. That brings me to a point, here in the last part of this parable, verse 13, to say this, The bride is up to date in being made ready for the rapture. “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.” That is His coming for His Church. Notice when the cry was made, the Bridegroom has already come, it says, but now here He is actually coming to take His bride Church to glory with Him. You have got to see the difference between how He comes to the bride, and then comes for His bride. He comes by the power of His Spirit, through His Word, to make it alive and quicken it to our understanding. With that in mind, I want to say something along this line. Every verse of scripture that has a potential to have an affect on the Bride, the wise, no matter whether in Africa, Russia, or where around the world, God is going to see that the pure revelation gets out there and prepares them, and puts them in a state of preparedness, and they are waiting for more. There is a realm of this movement, that insist on saying Bro. William Branham brought the revelation of all seven seals. Well I can say this, I know what six are, but none of them can tell you what the seventh one is. Yet because of another statement they will say, Well the prophet said the seven thunders are the revelation of the seven seals. Yet I know, when he actually preached it, he did not say that at all. That is why I say the man I heard put me back in the Bible. Because of a certain element that will always follow flesh, God ordained that man in many places, to make two statements concerning the same thing. There is no way you can take both statements and make them mean the same thing. When he started preached about the seals, at different times he would say, The Bride is raptured, but the Church goes through tribulation. Well actually, the way the Bible is written, the Bride and the Church are one and the selfsame thing. Those people that go through tribulation are not the Church. Every epistle that was written by the apostle Paul, Peter, James or John, was written strictly to the Church, the called out to be saints, to eventually one day become that Bride of Jesus Christ. I have been asked to explain why I say the thunders are seven men. I kept my mouth shut for a long time, until I felt like I knew what I was talking about. Why do I bring this out? All because, while we are dealing with that period of time, we are going in. Going into what? We are going into a revelation. He is feeding us with new manna, He is acquainting us with the deep things of the truth. That builds us up. We are waiting for that seventh seal, because from that seventh seal, we are supposed to get some kind of information that will acquaint all who are alive somewhere around this time (chart), how to expect the Lord to come and take us to Himself, speaking of course, when the rapture will take place. First the shout, then the voice of the archangel, that is Revelation 10, when the seven thunders are sounded. Let us look at that. The Church is still here, in Revelation 10. Let us read this now, “And I saw another mighty angel (This is that archangel that comes down to characterize Christ.) come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon His head, (That is the same rainbow that was on His head when He was sitting on the throne.) and His face was as it were the sun, and His feet as pillars of fire: And He had in His hand a little book, open: (That is the scroll that was sealed with seven seals. Now it is completely open. It goes to show that He had just opened it in verse 1, of chapter 8. Now He can leave the mercy seat and come to earth for the contents, all who are bride saints. I am going to say He had in His hand a little scroll, because in the original text it was a scroll. It is open now, showing the seventh seal has been broken.) and He set His right foot upon the sea, and His left foot on the earth, (That goes to show a universal picture.) And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when He had cried, seven thunders uttered their (T-H-E-I-R) voices.” When I heard Bro. William Branham preaching the seals, more than once I heard him tell about when the Lord dealt with him to come back from Arizona, and that is when God had spoken to him by that massive clap of thunder: What does the word “thunder” pertain to? Divine revelation. It was in the gospel of St. John. In one place Jesus said, as He stood before the crowd, Father, glorify thou me with thyself, even so as I have glorified thee, then there was a clap of thunder. The disciples asked, What was that? You can read it. It was said to Him, I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again. What does that mean? Divine revelation is coming forth. That is what that thunder signified. Go with me to Revelation 6: right here is where we start dealing with the seals. I remember when Bro. William Branham read this, “And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, (One single thunder. That is what Bro. William Branham supernaturally heard, one single thunder, divine revelation. It mean God is going to speak from a divine standpoint. Well then, where does the voice come in? Turn back to Revelation 7, But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, so here in the 6^th chapter, when it came time for God to divinely reveal what these seals meant, showing that there was going to be a divine revelation come forth, it was opened with a thunder, but it is a single voice that brings the revelation of all six. One voice, one thunder, brought six revelations. How many times did I hear that man say, Notice, but here there were seven thunders, he said, one right after another, one right after another. Well what does the word “voice” mean. It means something is being communicated. The word thunder, something is going to be divinely revealed. Some will say, Oh but that is seven angels. It don’t make a bit of difference if it is seven angels, if it is going to be communicated, then there has got to be seven outlets; not one. Let us wake up. Let us stop playing around like a bunch of school kids. I do not want my words to sound mean, but some have sat around in our church pews so long now, and they have eaten those old crackers so long, they do not now even have teeth to eat fresh meat any more. How many know what I am talking about? Those who are guilty of that would choke on fresh meat. The truth is, when you put seven thunders together, a voice has got to be an articulating sound, expressed by an earthly vessel. Sure there can be angels behind it. There were seven behind Bro. William Branham, but there was only one voice mentioned, and there was only one thunder involved, but it brought forth six revelations. I just have to say, We are waiting for that seventh seal to be broken. And because the Bride, at that time, will be a universal people, they are not all coming out of one nation. They are scattered throughout the world, wherever the Bride is, and it is going to be a miracle when you can find seven men, with sense enough, and revelation enough to know how to listen to God, so He can communicate to them, and through them. Do not waste your words telling me I have gotten off the Word. If he, who was the voice to this age, could hear a thunder and bring un an understanding of Revelation 6, then do not tell me that when the archangel cries, there will not be seven men enlightened by the Spirit of God to sound their voices revealing the seven thunders to the bride. No. It will not be seven different messages: They will all sound their voices, bringing forth the divine revelation they have just received, and they will all have the same revelation. Yes they will! They are going to have the revelation of what that seventh seal pertains to, and it is going to be pertaining to the coming of Christ for His Church. After we have been shut in and the foolish shut out, from those seven thunders, we are going to hear the rest of what the Bride of Christ must hear and understand to be ready for the rapture. In other words, we have been sitting in that enclosed place where the Bridegroom has been talking with us, counseling with us, feeding us, and then those seven thunders are going to come to us, because the church world at large, all those foolish virgins and tares would not have a thing to do with what has already been revealed to us. I will ask a simple question: You know the book of Revelation has been preached by a lot of evangelists on TV today lately, so my question is, Why do they not preach on the seven seals? They skip over that. They do not know anything to preach or teach concerning the seven seals, and they do not want to know anything about them. They may think it is irrelevant, but it is not irrelevant to me. I am waiting for the revelation of that seventh seal, because when it breaks, it is going to bring about an anointing from God that is going to deal with some human vessels on earth, and it is going to be while we are still in that place where the Lord is speaking to us, and it is going to give us an understanding about the imminent, very soon coming of Jesus for His Church. By that time, the evil servant is out of the picture. The tares are all out of the picture. There is nobody going to be around to argue with us any more, only out there somewhere. How many understand my point? I hope you understand, because I have no other reason for talking like this, except to give everyone a chance to understand what is ahead. I have seen every kind of writing on these thunders. Some have even said, Oh, but the prophet has got to come back and bring us the revelation of that seventh seal, because it is going to take a prophet. You poor, poor child. The Old Testament, the Word of the Lord came to the prophets, but to the New Testament Church, Paul spoke of it in the Hebrew writing, when he spoke of Jesus being the High Priest and Apostle of our profession. From the Old Testament standpoint, He was that prophet of Deuteronomy, but from the New Testament, from the standpoint when the Holy Ghost is come, Paul could say, He is the Apostle and High Priest of our profession. When they plainly tell you that Bro. William Branham has to come back, that just goes to show how very little of the Bible they actually know anything about. They know certain things of the book, but the rest of it, they just throw away. It is a shame, the way people have taken the Bible and done with it what they have. I hope I have not said anything that makes anyone more confused, because it may sound like I have put you out here in outer space somewhere, and left you there in confusion. I do not want to be guilty of that. Keep in mind, We are shut in, we are dealt with in that period of time right in here (chart.) Back here, is when the shout came, (when the prophet to this age brought forth things the church world rejected) and from there coming on down through time, God has been feeding us with manna, hidden manna, fresh killed meat. It comes every once in awhile, until we get it and digest it. Did you know that the whole 24^th chapter, and the 25^th chapter deals from here, to here.
