The Third Day

As we see God putting this great body together, it is just like a puzzle to the world, but it is not a puzzle to us. That is because we know what is ahead by the scriptures. There is no use of saying I don’t know, we do know. We don’t know everything that is to come between now and the end, but we do know what is just ahead. We thank the Lord for revealing His Word to us. I have an unusual scripture to read and an unusual subject this morning. It is something that I am starting on new, I don’t know how long it will last, maybe one service, or two services, or like some of the rest of them, thirty some. I never did preach a series of messages when Bro. Jackson was alive. I never felt to. I never got in the way of the revelation that he had, trying to make myself of any importance. Neither do I now, but there has to be an order in God’s domain. As Bro. Bud and also Bro. Davis were speaking last night, and as Bro. Spencer spoke, you have to have that five fold ministry for perfection. There is no other way about it. Some may say, Well I don’t need so and so. You are following somebody. Just make sure that person you are following is following the Word. Either that, or you are following your own ideas. There will be people walk away from here, but nothing will be changed, because they will still be following their own ideas. I am not going to follow after you, trying to get you to change. If God don’t change you, and I try to change you, then I have to run after you, trying to keep you. I don’t intend to do that. People walk away, you have tears in your eyes with a sad heart, mostly for them. Because we do have a truth. Our brothers have a truth. I have this little tie: I didn’t buy it, it was bought for me, brought to me by a sister whose husband doesn’t come here. He has come here, but brought it to me because he believed in Bro. Bud and I. He got one for both of us, even though he doesn’t come anymore. He still believes in us. I have a scripture here that comes from Psalms 138, where I get my setting is the last part of that 2nd verse, but I will read the 1st one. “I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.” David, as he sings this psalm, he knew that Israel was straying. He knew that he had to pull things together. David did much conquering. He was the only king that ever took Israel to the borders of her inheritance, of what she will get before the Millennium starts. They are going to get all their land back. Of course there in the middle of the week of Daniel, that the 144,000 and the woman of Revelation 12 have to flee for their lives. As she flees for her life, Jerusalem will be split, as you go into Zechariah 13 and 14, in that area, it will be split. What the religious world and what the Arab world believe today, that it should be divided, well it will be divided. Part of Jerusalem will be divided during that time. It says that when that beast spirit takes over, it said the women will be ravished and men will be killed. But as I read on here, “I will worship toward thy holy temple.” At that time they did not have a temple, but David was looking forward to one, David didn’t build the temple, he just got the material together for it. When it was brought together, not a hammer or an axe were used. There were men working in different places, but they everyone knew their job. I would like to say this, As I thought about this part of the building we added on here, this was a dream of Bro. Jackson’s, I am not talking about a dream at night, but this was something he desired but it never did work out. When Bro. Paul and Bro. Steve and others worked on this, they got it finished and I did not help them build it, I was not here when they built it, I didn’t want to get in their way. I had an idea of what I wanted, so as it was with Michelangelo when he had made the statue of Moses, when he finished it up, it has a chipped place on the knee where he took his hammer he had chiseled with and he look at that statue and said, “Speak.” He hit it on the knee and that made a chip in it, because it was that real to him. This is what I wanted, I didn’t interfere, I just told them what I wanted. As I said, There is an order to making anything. Some had different opinions of what they wanted, but I knew what I wanted. I wasn’t going to spend the saints money over frivolous things, but I wanted to make a comfortable place so that when you come here, so when the Sunday morning crowd was here they would have a place to sit. This I love about my Brother Bud. You can never have a truer minister than my brother. Those things of wisdom that he spoke in this meeting, they were edifying to the body of Christ. But as people came to him, it seemed like people are afraid to come to me, I don’t know why, maybe it is because I don’t have as much hair as Bro. Bud, even though I am younger. (That is not true.) When he was asked a question, he would say, Ask Bro. Allen. That is a true brother. It could have gone the other way if it had been other people that might have said, Well I think this ought to be done, and then there would have been a turmoil, but there was no turmoil. As we settle down and we settle into the word of God, there is an order in everything and it must fit together. When I say a puzzle, I am not talking about something that is foreign or something like that. But it is putting those little minute details in there. Paul said, I have laid the foundation, let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. Every man pertains to one and all, let him take heed how he builds thereupon. And as he does, there is no animosity. There can be no jealousy in the true ministry. Everything that we have preached, you have seen. We don’t have any hidden tapes, something we have said about somebody. We don’t have those things. You have seen everything, and there was no secret meetings with the saints, you watch this one and you watch that one. No secret meetings. We don’t have any secrets, the FBI watches us sometimes. Did you know that? The CIA watches us. I don’t have anything to hide from them. We are not out here taking peoples money. There is a box back there where people put their tithes. There was not a penny begged from people to build this and we don’t owe for it. That is the goodness of God toward us. If I would have had to borrowed money to build, I would have waited. When saints of God are obedient in bringing their tithes and offerings, the needed money is there. I am not going to waste that money on something frivolous. Bro. Jackson always said the money will be spent on the people, and if you do, you are going to see favorable results from it. There have been so many preachers through the years, that had their trip here paid by this church, then they turned around and stabbed our brother in the back after the goodness he had shown them. I decided it will not be just preachers from now on: it is going to be somebody that cannot afford to come here. Let them enjoy it. It will still be preachers, but it is going to be laity that need some help about coming also. This is my choice, this pastor here, and the deacon board have no squabble about it. Bro. Bud doesn’t squabble about it. I had not planned to get on this, because I haven’t come to my subject yet, but this is a part of it.


I am using Psalms 138:2, for all of this “I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” Why would he say that? I say it in this way, If your word is no good, your name means nothing. I can get out here and tell everybody all of these great things like they do on some of these broadcasts. They have women and men that shame me so much I want to put my head down when I see and hear them. Women preachers telling what ornery people they were in the world, shame on them. And shame on people for listening to them. That is not part of the gospel. Paul, in his testimony did tell what he had done, but this was what he exercised his message on. His message was on truth. We know by his own admission that he persecuted the Church, we know that. But he doesn’t go into the details on everything. We can make ourselves look any way, just as I said. I have seen some that have made themselves look real shabby because they wanted to tell the world they could influence , what they came from. Instead of helping some, they are begetting others just like them. There are big evangelists, women more so than men, you can turn from one television station to another, and you can see the same woman preaching on two or three channels at one time. I don’t know where they get that idea: they don’t get it out of the scripture. That is what we have to go by: the truth of God’s word. There is no substitute for that. He said, thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name, but people throughout the world today are using the name of Jesus Christ. That is why he says what he does there, Magnify His word above His name, because the thing about it is, if His Word is no good, the name itself means nothing. If your name is nothing, then your word is no good. It is hard to get young people here in America to work anymore. They tell you they will work, and may for two or three days, then they miss for this or that. Like when I was working at Ford, there was one man, that every week would come up with something that he would have to leave work for. One day he had to leave work because he had to take his mother to the hospital. They let him go, and later found that his mother worked at the hospital. The Bible says about Laodicea, You have a name that you live, but you are dead. As our brother was saying, he tells about Laodicea. The Bible is the word of God, but that means nothing unless its usage is inspired. I said this before and I say it again, I was acquainted with Bro. Jackson for some forty years, and I never did try to get in his way: he was my pastor. Whether your pastor is younger than you or older than you, he is the head of that church assembly. Some people get thoughts of popularity in their mind. It is that way in the ministry of other places. Some almost take over the congregation. It was this way when I first come to Faith Assembly, because Bro. Jackson was very lenient. There were some I remember, like the man before Bro. Turner, that edited the Contender. There were times he would get up and talk for so long, Bro. Jackson would not have over twenty minutes left for his preaching service. Another time, there was a meeting going on like this, he got up and talked and kept singing, and talked, it was on Sunday morning. There was a crowd here, the church was not very big then, not as big as it is now. He kept things going and kept emotions going until the preaching, he didn’t even turn it over to Bro. Jackson. Bro. Jackson was the pastor. He wasn’t second, but people made him to be that way. But one day this man began to preach while Bro. Jackson was gone and he began to hit at people and hit at them. Bro. Jackson called him upstairs and told him, you preached today, and you preached while I was gone, like you wanted to use an axe on people. He told Bro. Jackson, They need an axe up aside their head. To that I say, You ornery character. The Church of the living God goes no further than the ministry takes it. You do not go any further. Preachers do not need to lay the blame on the people. It says in the book of James, let us go there to the 5th chapter. In the 13th verse it says, “Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? Let him sing psalms.” Don’t put church order on him. These preachers try to mix church order with truth, it will not work. “Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; And let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.” This is a complete package. If you come for prayer, I cannot go to you and say, You need faith, when it is on my part as a believer, as a minister, to pray the prayer of faith. The minister is charged with that. Sometimes we get the cart before the horse. I cannot resurrect the 1950’s and 1960’s and put those methods on the end time Bride of Christ. I cannot do that! You remember the things Bro. Bud preached from about the 11th verse on down, of Ephesians, chapter 4. There is an order in that, and that evangelist or that teacher, or that pastor, whoever he is, is to work in unison with the other parts. As Paul said in 2nd Timothy, chapter 4, verse 2, “Preach the word, be instant in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” When Bro. William Branham was called of God, back in 1933, the Lord spoke to him through a dream or vision, I don’t remember which, and he quoted that verse to him, Do the work of an evangelist. That is what he did from 1933 on up until the 1960’s. People did not even know how he baptized when he prayed for them. You had Catholic, Protestants of every sort that came to his meetings and were healed. Why? The answer in God’s Word.


Let us go to Matthew 13, for some answers. Do you remember the little advertisement on televison about a sauce, like Prego, it is in there. Bro. Jackson went through the parables, there are seven of them. Each one of them represents a church age. He preached this before Bro. William Branham ever died, and he recognized it to be so. Verse 47, “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: (Methodists, Baptists, Catholic, every kind was in there. He did not stop there. This is the work of the evangelistic which was part of our brother’s ministry.) Which, when it was full.” The net got full. In 1956 he said, If America doesn’t receive it this year, she is gone. Look what happened in the years to come. Oral Roberts went to his television program and had his dancers on there, worldly dancers. A man of faith that at one time prayed for the sick and they were healed. Bro. William Branham said that he and Billy Graham were like the two angels that went down to Sodom. When Abraham saw those three angels coming to him one day, he looked at one and said, My Lord. He was looking at the One which was, because He knew. When the two angels went down to Lot, he looked at them and said, My lords. He did not have what Abraham had. Then when the time came for Sodom and Gomorrah to be destroyed, Lot and his group were told to leave and not look back. We remember reading what happened to Lot’s wife, because she did look back with desire, Luke17:32, and Genesis 19:26. She turned into a pillar of salt because of that. Where was Abraham when this happened? He was up on the mountain. When he looked toward Sodom what he saw was like the smoke of a furnace. It was burning. God has a Bride that has looked at His word; and one of these days she will be like Abraham, somewhere looking at this old sinful world burn. A lot of emphasis is put on Ephesians 4, and it should be, because it tells us how things should be. As for this great net. “Which, when it was full, they (more than one now.) drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.” Brothers, my ministry is not to the world, and neither is yours. Why try to influence the world? Why would I just decide to go some place, not knowing whether they are going to stand for truth or not? I have many invitations, (I am not bragging.) to go to Africa, different parts, and to India. I could be a flying evangelist, but that is not what God gave me to do. Then on the other hand, there are others that ask, Will you build us a hospital? Will you build us a church? Will you buy us a four wheel drive vehicle? You would like to do some of those things for saints that would stand for truth, but you cannot do it for these, because, when you look at the bottom of the letter, it is some kind of organization. I have a letter now, and this man is wanting to unite with Faith Assembly. You don’t get to be a part of Faith Assembly because I say so. I am not going to name anybody’s church. I am not going to support anybody’s idea just because it is an idea. Bro. Bud and I have had many decisions to make since our brother has been gone. Some of them are not easy, but you have to go to the Word, you just cannot take the idea of someone who comes to you. Just like our brother said the other night, that man wanted to come to the church, and he knew after talking to him that he was part of the Branham move. (When I say that, I am not talking against Bro. William Branham.) Do you know what that brother did? He told him, You can come, but you cannot preach. Brother, I thank you for that. It is time for some of these to be cast back. “So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just.” I ask you, Are the angels going to come and do that? No, they are going to inspire the ministry. Angels do not preach. The angel in Revelation 14 had the everlasting gospel, but the 144,000 servants of God will preach it. “And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” You do not do everything just because you like doing it. Sometimes, as our brother was saying last night, It pulls hard on this old flesh. But the thing about it is, we are not only watchmen, we are protectors. I don’t aim to let the saints of God here, that I am pastor over, have a lot of unscriptural things crammed down their throats. Not from this pulpit. There was a man several months ago, that came to Bro. Bud and I, wanting to talk to us. We went upstairs with him. We let him talk. Bro. Jackson gave him some instructions when he was here, but he did not listen. Well he came to us and told us that Bro. Jackson, two weeks before he died, told him that he could go back into the ministry as he was before. I said, He did not tell me that. Sorry brother, you just go ahead and preach wherever you want to and can, but I cannot have you at Faith Assembly, I am sorry. I am not trying to be hard. I am trying to be honest, honest with God’s men, with God’s ministry, with God’s people, so that whenever something comes along, you know where I stand, you know where Bro. Bud stands. I love people. That is the reason why I say this, and the reason why I said that about prayer, let them call for the elders of the church, let them pray over them the prayer of faith. Jesus, was walking along one day and saw a dead person, and his mother crying over him, how did the dead man have faith? If the mother was crying, she didn’t have faith, but Jesus had compassion. Did every prayer Jesus ever prayed to the Father come to pass? You may say, Why yes! I say there was one prayer He prayed that did not come to pass. When Jesus was on the cross He prayed, Father forgive them, they know not what they do. Did He forgive them? No. In 70 A.D. God destroyed that city. That was the compassion of the man, expressing feelings like we all have. Don’t go away and say that it was the man Jesus, that was the flesh of Him yearning to see His nation, He came to His own and His own received Him not. But to as many as would receive Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of the living God, sons and daughters. God has a mixed family, Black, white, red and yellow, He has them all. Don’t ever accuse me of being a racist. I will throw that back in your face, I don’t believe in it. Some have. I love my brothers and sisters of all colors, as long as they go with truth. That is what makes them my brother and my sister. Not because they said I have been born again, that is what President Bush says. I say he has not been born again, or he would not do Israel the way he has done them. He had a warning, a Jewish rabbi warned him, sent him a tape, don’t do this to Israel, you see what has happened every time you have. This nation is suffering because of the way we have treated Israel. Some don’t believe it, I know that, but Israel is going to get her land back, regardless of who thinks what. Not in the Millennium, but this side of the week of Daniel, they are going to get their land back. Think about this: It says in the 60th chapter, the 10th verse of Isaiah, The sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, what does that mean? Bro. Jackson said that would be people from India and young men of other nations. Where did he get that? It does not say strangers, it says the sons of strangers. He said you have men in India, you have men in China, they are Buddhists, as well as others. That is what makes them strangers, they do not claim Christianity, they claim Buddha. Knowing that, Bro. Jackson said, One day they will go, these young men that have been educated, that are engineers and so forth, will go to their Mom and Dad and say, I am not a Buddhist anymore, I see what God has done in Israel. I am going there to help them. That is what is ahead. Today I say, What a day we are living in, the gas prices are high. I am sorry, but I can’t do anything about it. We dug those wells over there in the Middle East, they didn’t dig them. Our oil companies dug them. If the United States wanted to do anything, go over there and tie the hands of that bunch of Arabs and open it up, instead of going over there and appeasing Saudi Arabia. They were the ones that bombed our cities. They didn’t bomb them, but they ran airplanes into them, which is the same thing, they brought them down. “Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto Him, Yea, Lord.” They didn’t understand, they didn’t have the Holy Ghost. Without the Holy Ghost they did not understanding; and they did not have the Holy Ghost until Jesus was glorified, taken away, and came back on the day of Pentecost.


Pentecost is not just a word to use for any reason. This is the year of liberty, the year after the 49th year, which is the 50th year, that is when everybody in Israel went free. If they had problems, and lost their land, not able to keep it, after fifty years it went back to the owner, and that represented Pentecost, because we were bound. We were bound hand and foot and gagged and taken to prison by the devil and the word of God came along on the day of Pentecost, that represented the freedom for the Jewish people, and gave us freedom. I like that. When the day of Pentecost was fully come, Peter comes out there with all the rest of them, staggering. Why do you think the crowd thought they were drunk? When they said, These are drunk, he said something like, Why the saloons are not even open yet, it is just 9 o’clock in the morning. They came out there staggering under the power of God. Peter, for a drunk man, did pretty good, I would say. He said, These are not drunken as you suppose. He didn’t say they were not drunk, he said they were not drunk as you suppose, it is just the third hour of the day. He was saying they were full of new wine, but not from a bottle. God does not put a wine bottle in us, but He will put in that new wine that you can drink of and find rest for your weary soul. The brother from East Chicago, a man drove by the church which his daughter was going to, as she was standing outside talking to the preacher, he came by and shot and killed her. That has just been about three weeks ago. As he did, he drove on down the road and shot himself. I say, Good! Oh you shouldn’t say that! It is time that such as these get the justice they deserve. That creep down in Florida that killed that little ten ear old girl and buried her alive. He sat there and played with a coloring book while the trial was going on. He should have been taken out and hanged. You might say, Well I don’t see that, I don’t believe that, I don’t believe God is like that. Why then, is He going to destroy this earth one of these days? Some people will say when a disaster happens, like an earthquake, and they lose family members, I thought God was a just God. He is. If He wasn’t, He would have destroyed this whole thing a long time ago. It is ripe and ready for destruction. Verse 52, “Then said He unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder.” We are scribes, every scribe which is instructed. Well I am not going to listen to anybody. Then you are not a very good scribe. You say, Well a scribe is what wrote the Bible. They didn’t only write it, they interpreted it. This was their job. We are interpreters by the inspiration of the Spirit of God, not because we have a good education, but because God is able to inspire us. One day, according to Revelation 10, somebody is going to hear about us before we leave here. Can you Prove it? Yes. Let us go there. You take this back to Ezekiel chapter 2, and you will find, the last part of 1 and 2, you will find he wrote in there about what will go on because he was told, just as John was, he was told to eat the scroll, this book, this scroll, they did not have books. He was told to eat. Then he had the same results as John did, and he said was written in it, woes, and lamentations. That is going to be the message of the hour one day soon. In the 8th verse, Rev. 10, “And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.” Which is Christ in angelic form. I shout that for the world to hear. It is not just an angel, it is not just an arch angel, you don’t see them arrayed like he is, in the 1st verse. “And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. (Or the scroll) And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; (Don’t leave any, eat it up.) and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.” It was sweet when it went down, but what he had to say was bitter, the same thing that Ezekiel said. He said, it is lamentations and woes. “And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.” That is dignitaries. They will have to listen too. Walk into the state house in Washington D.C. , to those old congressmen and senators there that have taken peoples money and put it on their pork projects, and those ornery guys that have their big meetings in there and go out behind the house and pick up their call girls. What happens? They are going to sit and listen. God is going to make them listen. It won’t just be in America. I can see it will be in Norway, the Philippines. They are listening to us. They have means now where they can listen to us. God bless you Bro. Jimmy an Bro. Dong and your congregations. I got a letter the other day from the people in Las Vegas. They wrote a letter thanking the church, saying this comes from the city of Sodom. They are on the outer limits. You can live in Las Vegas and never have to go to these places, except you go to the airport. As soon as you get into the airport, fly in there, what do they have before you? They have their slot machines, row after row after row, in the airport. Then when we got away from there and got a motel room, there wasn’t anything in the motel room of that nature, but it is that strip. They never even see a star, it is lit up so much, you can get out a few miles from there and look back and see a city of light that is glowing in the air. They better shine while they can. We had a governor in Kentucky, that went and lost over a million dollars. Somebody asked him about it, he said, Well that was just a night of fun. Why didn’t he cut taxes and put that in on the tax bill? Why didn’t he help some poor person that couldn’t do for himself? No, they won’t do that, but they will tax you. Here is a warning. “Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.” I wonder what little John is going to do then. He will change his name again before then, from Amos to John. You say, You shouldn’t say that. Well there have been books written about us. It does not bother me. If you know what you are, you are not worried about what somebody says. They can say you are of the devil, that is alright, they are just getting somebody else to look at you to see if that true. Thou has magnified thy word above thy name. One time, I didn’t know what it meant, I read Revelation, I got scared and closed it. That is when I was in the world. I got scared and closed it because it sounded terrible to me. I didn’t criticize it, it just sounded terrible. I knew it was the word of God. When you are on the outside, things don’t sound so good. To show you the compassion, whenever God put Noah in the ark, he had him to make that door. When he made that door, all the animals were in there, they were in there for seven days and people outside were making fun. One of these days God’s little Church is going to leave here. It is going to be like it was with Enoch. It said that he was not found, somebody looked for him. Elijah, when he was taken away, the sons of the prophets, the five hundred sons of the prophets, I believe it was, they stood there and they kept on after Elijah and said, let us go look, maybe God has cast him upon a mountain. Don’t go look. Yes, we better go look, we don’t want our brother to be like that. Do you know what they did when Bro. William Branham died, what I heard that some did? I went down to check it out. A man came to me and I had just had a dream about it. I didn’t say anything about it, I just let him talk. He said, You know, they dug down to Bro. William Branham’s grave the other day? I said, no, I didn’t know it. I said, Was it a square hole. He said yes. That was the dream I had. They were going to dig down and put a telephone down there, where they could talk to him. I will say this, They are still down there digging.

They didn’t believe what he said. He said, If you don’t believe what I say, whenever I am gone, you dig up the cornerstone. Do you know what they did? The day of his funeral, that afternoon I went down there, they had jack hammers digging up the cornerstone. What he had said was, If you don’t believe, dig it up. That showed they didn’t believe. Do you know what they found. He had put it in a fruit jar with a metal lid on it. That metal lid rotted. Whenever they got it open, all they found was crumbles of paper. He put some things in the cornerstone when he built the church. It was the things that the Lord had told him, do the work of an evangelist. He always told those things. But somebody has to try something. Let’s try to see if it will work. The Bible says these signs shall follow them that believe. They leave a trail after us, we are not promoting them. Let the world promote it. We know that God is a healer, and we know when the time comes He is going to work that way, but not in a way as our brother said, for the world to see it. They are not going to want what you have. They are not going to get what you have. These people that say you can be saved today and go in the rapture tomorrow are wrong. We have to bear fruit before we can go in the rapture. We are bearing some kind of fruit today. Either it is good fruit or fruit with worms in it. I have not preached this message this morning to disturb people. I have preached this that I might lift somebody up out of something that is troubling them. I don’t want to leave people in a dither. I would rather see them get some answers to some questions or problems they are having. I like what Bro. Bud said there at the beginning when he began to preach this at the first of the week, he said, You don’t just get it because somebody says it, you get it because it is a revelation to you, the same revelation that came to Bro. William Branham, that came to Bro. Jackson, that came to our hearts also, or we just don’t get it. It is alive. No matter what they want to say, that eagle is still flying. He is going to fly right on until those seven thunders utter their voices. The eagle age is still on. Where the eagles are gathered together, there will be the meat. The word of God revealed, in other words it is just laying there on your shelf, something collecting dust. Do you understand that 10th chapter of Revelation? I want to continue on with all this in mind. I want everybody to set at ease, I don’t want you to sit here with funny feelings or feelings of despair because the Spirit of God does not do that to us. I am going to go now, to Daniel 9. Daniel, for the time he was living in, was realizing it is getting closer to the seventy years. Because there had already been close to sixty years since they were taken into bondage. But he has prayed concerning the Jewish people, concerning what they have gone through. He prays and puts himself into the midst of all of it, asking God to forgive him his sins as well as the sins of the children of Israel.


I have several Contenders that I am going to refer to. I don’t usually do this, sometimes I may read just a little portion out of some of them, but I have several Contenders today to read from, to let us know the things that have been taught, and to continue on with the Lord. I started in Daniel 9, verse 19. That first speaks of what I just mentioned about asking God to forgive. I would like to say at this time, I thank every one that has been a part of this because there has been no way that I could have ever done this myself to get everything, all the Contenders and all lined up. But different ones have had their part in this. Bro. David has done a lot to get things in order the way I asked him to. He spent much time on all of this. We spent about an hour this morning trying to get things lined up the way we want them lined up. I have Contenders all the way from this month back to 1994, just to see what has been taught. Verse 19, “O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.” He is praying for the Jewish people, and he is looking at a time period here as God begins to reveal to him, time. As he does, we find that as he is confessing, as he says here, “And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God.” Which is speaking about the temple mount, where the temple was, but he is praying concerning that holy mountain. We find, that when Daniel was in trouble, whenever he was commanded to be put into the lions den, as the people had plotted against him, he opened his windows toward Jerusalem and prayed as always. Because it was told whenever the children of Israel, as Solomon prayed, whenever the children of Israel were in trouble, let them look to that holy temple, to that holy temple mount, which is now destroyed, as Daniel is looking here. He is realizing by scriptures, by the prophet Jeremiah, that it is time for something to be done, because he realizes that seventy years was what they were promised, that they would be in the land of the Chaldeans. Then after seventy years is finished, a certain amount of the Jewish people go back. The building of the temple starts, but it just doesn’t progress. This is what leads into the seventy weeks of Daniel. They spent seventy years in bondage, now there are seventy weeks that is put before them, that is going to finish something. There are three different sections of this. One section is the forty nine years which started in 444, 445, in that era of time B.C. The reason he is speaking here, it said it would be built in troublous times. We find that the Jews during that time, even have to stop building because someone went back to the king and told him what was going on, brought a false report. So the work was stopped. That was the troublous times that he is speaking about. Verse 21, “Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. (Here is what Gabriel says unto him. Gabriel is not the angel that fights the battles for the children of Israel, that is Michael. But Gabriel is playing a very important part, because he has met with Daniel before, once, as he speaks here. You can go back in Daniel and find that also.) And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding. At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to show thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision. Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, (This is what he is praying for, the holy city of Jerusalem.) to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. (This is talking about the completion of the seventy weeks in this verse, of what is going to happen unto the Jewish people, which runs you all through the week of Daniel, as we call it, the seventieth week. This runs all the way through here until transgressions are finished.) Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, (That is what I was talking about there awhile ago, in troublous times.) and threescore and two weeks: (The threescore and two weeks would run for better than four centuries.) the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. (That is what he is talking about, the seven weeks.) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, (talking about the crucifixion) but not for Himself: (not for His own sin, but it was for the sins of humanity) and the people of the prince that shall come (which would have been the one that would come, remember this does not have a capital to it, This is talking about the people of the prince that shall come, that destroyed the temple in 70 A.D.) shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, (A flood of persecution, when a million Jews were killed in Jerusalem. They were starved to death and killed.) and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: (This is the antichrist, that makes a covenant, the prince that shall be at the end.) and in the midst of the week he (the antichrist) shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, (That is when the two prophets are killed.) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, (the last three and one half years) even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” Or the desolater. This is the one that is already determined what is going to happen, at the end, for the pope of Rome. You say, you shouldn’t say that. Well, they are making their way to see this man. I was telling you what President Bush has said, what Tony Blair has already done, he has already joined the Catholic Church. I will read a little from this article I have.

This article starts,“McCain blessed at famous Basilica. (They are talking about John McCain) John McCain visited the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe, north of Mexico City. It was one of the holiest sites in the Roman Catholic Catholicism that Mexico practices. The Basilica was built in the 1970’s after the original, which took more than a century to construct, and was completed in the early 1700’s, and had foundation problems. The original still stands and was reopened to the public some years later. After a sixteen minute motorcade ride with roads closed and angry drivers honking in an non-respective tone as he went by, McCain arrived at the Basilica and was greeted by Monsieur Monroy. They shook hands and shared introductions. They walked to the church together and a few minutes later Monroy and McCain walked up to the altar. McCain laid a wreath of white roses, traditional in the legend of the virgin of Guadalupe, near the base of the painting. He then reviewed the description of the painting for several minutes. Finally he was blessed by Monsieur Monroy for several minutes, according to the reporters who were closer to the action. The Monsieur had one hand on McCain’s forehead and another on his shoulder as he offered the blessing. Cindy McCain stood next to the senator with her head bowed and her eyes closed.” You can see that everything is getting closer to that final hour. It has got to be that way for the acknowledging of the papacy that will arrive. I have no reason to believe that the pope that is in there now, will be that man, because he is in his 80’s and we are still not at the seven year period. We still have a way to go. You ask, Why do you say that? There has still got to be a war in the Middle East. Israel has got to get their land back and the sons of strangers that build up the walls have got to come in and begin to build, and to build the temple also. I am not giving it a time frame. I don’t know when this is going to happen, but I know that Israel does not have her land back yet. I know that something has got to happen in the Middle East for her to get it back and then there has got to be that attack by Russia and the other nations, as you read in Ezekiel 38, that come to destroy Israel. That is their intention. They come and they are buried in the mountains there in Lebanon. As I looked at that awhile back, I saw where the burying place would be, there in that part of the world. Because it talks about the name of it and what it will be called, and the place where it shows this would be in southern Lebanon as we think of it today. But we realize one day that Lebanon and on up through there, most of it is going to go to Israel because she is going to take over that part of the world. I am not saying all of it, but part of it, because the Jewish people are not out to destroy everyone. They are out to push back those that oppose them, and those that have caused them harm and trouble in the last several years, especially since 1948. I believe it was May 14th, 1948, they got part of their land back, let me say it that way. They become a state. The next day after they became a state, the Arab people attacked them. The Egyptians, the Syrians, the Jordanians, they attacked Israel and Israel only had one tank. That tank is in a museum in Israel today. The Egyptians had weapons. They were captured. They are in the museum. The weapons Israel had, looked like fire crackers compared to what the rest of them had, they are all in that museum. Israel has had to fight for every inch of land that they have gotten. It is a shame to say that they have had leadership that is willing to give it up. Immediately after the Six Day War Israel had gotten the city of Jerusalem, they got the temple ground, within a few weeks time, the United Nations got in there and put restrictions on the Jews and they listened to them. Then they turned over the temple mount to the United Nations, more or less. Then we find that was all turned over unto the Arabs. I don’t know why they would do that, but it was all in God’s plan. Nothing happens in the Middle East, outside of God’s plan. So today, as we look at what we are looking at, I have some Contenders I want to go to before I read any more scripture. This is the last Contender, July. You see here, Part 4, July 2008. “Scriptural Diagnosis.” I have this on the pages, you can read it here on the screen. I want to go to this first of all. This was told to me by a brother, I am not going to mention names. I told you different ones have helped me find all this, which I was not looking for. I did not ask them. I did ask Bro. Bud to bring me certain things, but these other things have been handed to me. I want to read this portion. This is the outlined part of that, as you go down into page 2. “You will hear people say when you start trying to tell them something of how to look at things in the Bible, they will throw it right back to you, Now wait a minute, don’t tell me you know more about this than I do. I have heard those kinds of remarks come from the mouth of different people. They are not willing to respect any further knowledge, no matter who it comes from. I will say this, When we think we know something when we really do not, we will always wind up making a fool out of ourselves.” This is the words of Bro. Jackson in this last Contender. Now I know there has been some, even preachers, that have opposed things I have preached. We will now go to the next part of this, as David will turn to it. This is something that has been said, I will tell you after I read it. “How long shall it be to the end of these wonders? Then he heard an answer given, which is found in verse 7. So notice, I heard the man clothed in linen, (Listen to that, that is Daniel chapter 12, verse 7.) This is none other than Jesus in angelic form. (This was given to me. That is what I said, there are preachers and people that want to correct me, and I know this has been taught, this is Bro. William Branham. I know that. I have heard it. Why would you be willing to say that I am saying things wrong, when this is right here.) This is none other than Jesus in angelic form, which was upon the waters of the river. Please notice that He is on the river in this setting, so He is no longer on the sea shore with one foot on land and one on the sea. This goes to show it has left Revelation 10. That is when He has one foot upon the land, one foot upon the sea, but here, He is standing on the river. This is the River Jordan. (This is what I have just been through, just talking about this past Sunday. I didn’t get that until this week.) Which was the Bride, and is shown here coming to Israel. Notice in Revelation 10 He only holds up one hand, but look at this setting and notice, when He held up His right hand and His left hand, in other words, both hands, unto heaven, and sware by Him that liveth forever, that it shall be for a time, one year, times, two years, and a half time, half a year. When he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.” Now I have a January Contender that was given to me by another brother. We will go to that one. You see it is the Foolish Virgins, January 2008. As you go down into the middle of that Contender, you go to the middle of the fourth page. I have some things highlighted here. This was highlighted for me, but I have more. Now this is under the heading here, The Shout, the Midnight Cry. If you go back up, you will see the shout, the midnight cry. Let me read just a little bit of that. “Let us take another look at this shout. I just want to say, The midnight cry by Bro. William Branham and the shout are one and the selfsame thing. When you read of the shout, it is how Paul used it to start the illustration of how this will all break down. First the shout. He didn’t tell you there would be an interval of time. When I look back I remember when I sat there in 1963, the time when Bro. William Branham was bringing the revelation of those seals and how he made it sound so close to the coming of Christ, you just felt like He could come any time.” Now he has explained in this, as you go on down, the shout and the cry, which happened in 1963. We have songs we have enjoyed, beautifully sung. But let me say something today, the midnight cry has already happened. We are not waiting for the midnight cry when Jesus comes again. Jesus came with the midnight cry to reveal the seals. That was when all this started, the revelation of the seals. I want to go to this outline place. I have had him outline more than what the brother gave me, but really appreciate what he did show me. “You are not going into a rapture until first you go into a revelation and get yourself clothed with fine linen. (He is making the fine linen in this to be as the revelation of truth. How many agree with that?) Because linen is the product and material the Holy Spirit will clothe you with. I am not content with a piece of old white cotton. Do you understand me? It has to be linen. In the Law, that holy of holies was separated by curtains of fine linen. In behind them the ark of the covenant rested. Foolish virgins that are caught up in this racket of today, I am going to say they have a measure of the Spirit, (Now this was preached they didn’t have, because it was preached they don’t get that until they are killed, then they receive their white robes, or the Holy Spirit.) but not a revelatory portion. If they are truly foolish virgins, they have a measure of something that gives them hope. One person wrote me a letter,asking, Bro. Jackson, what do you mean by a measure of the Spirit? We are living in an hour of time when people have access to greater capacity of education there has ever been on the face of this earth and they will still ask, what do you mean? (This was outlined for me by this brother.) There are some people so narrow minded, they cannot see anything. Poor Paul spent the last number of his days in jail. I wonder how many letters he got, Paul: you didn’t explain this right, please Paul, help us understand. Therefore I have to say, If you are depending only on Raymond Jackson to explain the difference to you, that gives me occasion to ask, Where is the Holy Spirit in your life? Did not Jesus say, When the Comforter has come, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things whatsoever I have told you? That is what you need to be concerned about, because, if you have been filled with the Holy Spirit, you have that Spirit of comfort and revelation abiding in you at all times. We are living in that era of time after the shout or the cry, (It says here we are living in that era of time after the shout or the cry.) until one of these days there will be the voice of the arch angel. Until the arch angel sounds, we are still living off the effect of the shout and or the cry. (Until the arch angel sounds, we are still living on the effects of the shout. When did it stop? Has it stopped?) When that sound of the arch angel comes, seven thunders will utter their voices and their words shall be heard around this world, by those who have that Spirit of revelation. I am waiting for that: that is a good thing to be looking for. When that voice of the arch angel does come, do you know where that puts you? It puts you right in Revelation 10.” I am going to stop reading right there. I have read this on over and I tell you what, there are some mighty good things in there. We will now go to the next one, which is 1994, Looking Through The Windows of Prophecy, Part 1, January 1994. I want to get some of this answered this morning. This part here was given to me, down through here. But you have to go back to get the rest of the picture. He says, “Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for He hath torn, (That is what their being scattered accomplished, that is the torn part.) and He will heal us; He hath smitten, and He will bind us up.” Remember, right here, after two days will He revive us. After two days, this is where, it has been two years ago, it has been better than two years ago, I looked at that, I wasn’t looking at a Contender. I was looking at that scripture, because Bro. Jackson had been attacked, because he had said 2004 ½, which I have here, I have the Contender, which he said actually goes to the middle of 2005. The reason he said that, that you are not through with the year 2000 until the end of it. And 2001, you are not through with 2001, until you reach the end of it. So 2001 ½ would be the middle of 2002. Do you understand? So people were saying, and they repeated the thing, if Jesus doesn’t come back by the middle of 2004 ½, that is what they were saying, by the middle of that time, then people will go out of Faith Assembly by droves. Well the ones that were saying it did go out. I can’t help that, that is not my problem. But whenever I saw that, whenever I looked at the word after, “After two days will He revive us: (Do you see that?) in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight.” Now in order to keep going, read carefully what he said. “That prophecy, from 780 B.C. runs straight down to the day when the week of Daniel ends everything pertaining to this time factor. We cannot go beyond this point. The term after two days, will end right here: (He has a chart he is looking at. I am sure the chart is still here, which I may use before it is over with. Which will end right here, which would be, we cannot go beyond this point, the two days will end right here. What he is looking at in the chart is after the week of Daniel, because he says it here.) after Israel has heard their two prophets that will prophesy to them in the first 3 ½ years of the seventieth week of Daniel and the wrath of God is poured out upon unbelieving and wicked mankind. (So you see that, don’t you? Let me ask you one question here. Where does the after fit in.) Right here in the first part of that week is where Israel is going to be dealt with by the two prophets and there is where they will be revived and an element of Jews in the land will be brought back to a spiritual understanding of why they have been in dispersion for so many centuries, and why God dealt with them in the way He did. Notice it says here, “in the third day,” that means following that week, as it closes out with the wrath of God and then the Millennium starts. The third day is the Millennium that continues on beyond this point of time; (after the week of Daniel ends) and lasts for another day (one thousand years.) This is why we have this purple line running like this on our chart. (That is the chart I was talking about.) We will let that scripture rest there as we go ahead and look at some others.” How many of you see what I have read there? Alright, I have another one here that I want to go to. The Countdown, which was in 1998. This is another thing I was questioned about, Countdown, Part 1, September 1998, preached 9-13-98 AM. As we go down in this, as we look at that, let me go back to this, the first part of that. I hope I have not got the wrong thing here, alright, let us go back to that. O.K.”You find it in the 11th chapter of Revelation. In the first verses you see, And God will anoint His two prophets, which are the Moses and Elijah for that day and hour, and they prophesy in the streets of Jerusalem for a thousand two hundred and threescore days, which is the first half of Daniel’s seventieth week, three and one half years of prophetic time, and that takes place right in here, (pointing to chart) so the two days (which are two thousand years of prophetic time)that end right before that, had to have a starting point. If that is the terminating pint where this is to fulfill itself, there has to be a beginning point for that period of time. Realizing that, I began to figure, so I started right here, from 33 A.D. to the year 2000 calendar time. I soon began to see, that figuring it on the basis of two thousand years of Roman Calendar time I would not have enough time from 33 A.D. to the year 2000, so I then began to look at it another way; and began to take the total number of days of calendar time and break them down into prophetic years of 360 days each. By doing that, here is where we are standing: From 33 A.D. when Christ was crucified, (This is the starting time where these two days started. And this is the ending time of the sixty nine weeks of Daniel, when Christ was crucified.) and the histories verify that as the date, (The historians verify 33 A.D. as the date.) to the termination of the two days written in Hosea 6:2, when you put it into prophetic time, that brings you to the point of 2004 ½, which is the middle of the year 2005 on your Roman calendar. Now that being right, (See what he said, that being right) it lets me know we are living in the hour of a generation which Jesus spoke about, that would see all those certain things come to pass.” I must have gotten some of what I wanted to read, mixed up with what I have already got. Let us go back to the others. Go on back, just leave that there for a little bit, please. Then let us go back to that one again, maybe I picked up the wrong one. Go back to our chart. Someway this is different that what I wanted next, but I want to look at this, I will just read you what I have here. “I have to say we are dealing with a beautiful picture of prophecy right here in the Bible. Once we get it put together right, it formulates in your mind, by the yardstick God has given us, that certain things have got to come to fulfillment within a certain time factor. As we said last Sunday, those two thousand years or two days that we see in Hosea 6:2 where it says that after two days, He, meaning the Lord, will revive us.” I want to go back to the first one I read, back to the 1994 one. In 1994, we have several years before we could relate to as this being fulfilled. You have time in there to start and to end the seven year period. Bro. Jackson had every right to say the things he said. We can go to the scripture and prove that. He had every right to say that, because he was looking at a time table. But I want to look at what he said here.“That prophecy, from 780 B.C. runs straight down to the day when the week of Daniel ends everything pertaining to this time factor. (That is talking about the two thousand years. Do you understand that?) We cannot go beyond this point. The term after two days, will end right here: after Israel has heard their two prophets (Let me read that again, I want to be sure you know Bro. Jackson said that in 1994. The term after two days, will end right here: after Israel has heard their two prophets…) that will prophesy to them in the first 3 ½ years of the seventieth week of Daniel and the wrath of God is poured out upon unbelieving and wicked mankind.” So what he said there is including the whole week of Daniel, do you understand that? But let us see what he says here. “As we said last Sunday, those two thousand years or two days that we see in Hosea 6:2 where it says that after two days, (after two days, after two days, I want you to understand that) He, meaning the Lord, will revive us.” Is this the same as this other? Here he said after two days, and in the third day He will raise us up, and in this other he said,“That prophecy from 780 B.C. run straight down to the day when the week of Daniel ends.” So where do we put 2004 ½ in there? You can’t. I still hold that, that was the time that in Israel, something happened, that God ended the two days. Because he emphasized the two days would end on that, the two days, the two thousand years would end around 2004 ½. He did give a little bit of time factor there. But not the time factor we are looking at. But that prophecy from 780 runs straight down to the day when the week of Daniel ends. You cannot have it both ways. Everything pertaining to this factor, we cannot go beyond this point, the term after two days will end right here. After Israel has heard their two prophets that will prophesy to them in the first three and one half years of the seventieth week of Daniel and the wrath of God is poured out upon the wicked. Do you understand that? That after two days will end, here, but in this other, he says as we said last Sunday, these two thousand years or two days that we see in Hosea 6:2, that after two days He, meaning the Lord, will revive us. After two days the Lord will revive us. Do you understand what I am saying here? The term after two days will end right here, after Israel, has heard their two prophets. After Israel has heard their two prophets that will prophesy to them in the first three and one half years of the seventieth week of Daniel and the wrath of God is poured out upon the unbelieving, wicked mankind.


I have some scriptures I want to go to. This other may have to sink in a little bit to you. The 7th chapter of the book of 1st Corinthians, starting in the 1st verse. “Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.” Let us go on down to the 7th verse. “For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.” He is talking about the circumstance of marriage here. He says here in the 20th verse, “Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called. Art thou called being a servant? Care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord’s freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ’s servant. Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God. Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful. I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be. Art thou bound unto a wife? Seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? Seek not a wife. But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you. But this I say, brethren, the time is short: (Listen to what Paul said here. But this I say, brethren, the time is short.) it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none; And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not; And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away. But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. (Verse 37) Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well. So then he that giveth her in marriage doeth well; but he that giveth her not in marriage doeth better. (He goes ahead to say in verse 40) But she is happier if she so abide, after my judgment: and I think also that I have the Spirit of God.” Now back up here in the 26th verse. “I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be. Art thou bound unto a wife? Seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? Seek not a wife. (Verse 29) But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none; And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not.” Paul, in the 29th verse, is saying the time is short, he would that people would stay single. But listen to what he says in 1st Timothy, the 5th chapter, verse 14. “I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. For some are already turned aside after Satan.” Now here, he is telling them to marry. Over here he says that I would that you stay single, seeing the time is short. He never said I am sorry that I said it the other way. Paul, as a human being, seeing the time he is living in, had every right in the world to say what he did to the Corinthian people. But then in Timothy he goes ahead to say marry. As you go 2nd Thessalonians, 2nd chapter, 3rd verse, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.” He is now saying don’t let anybody deceive you because he is realizing that time is not as short as he thought it was, because we are years later when he is talking to the Christian people in the letter to Timothy. It is some ten or more years later when he is talking in 1st Timothy, he is seeing things differently. In 1st John, 2nd chapter, verse 18. “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.” He never makes an explanation any different, because he sees the things the way they are going, and the way Paul has preached, no doubt he gets his revelation from that. He has the feeling that they are living in the last days. Let me say this before I stop. In 1994, Bro. Jackson could see the future, that there is time before 2004 ½. But then when you get to 1998, he is beginning to see that the way things are progressing, he still believes in the 2004 ½ and he has a better understanding now. He has a better understanding now of the time that is ahead because he said in this that we could be five years away from that time. So he is now saying, after two days. Don’t get upset and say that I am saying Bro. Jackson was wrong. He had every right to call it the way it looked back then. Bro. William Branham said, the way that I see it, by 1977 the Lord will have come and we will be raptured. I was there when he said it. So I am not disputing the things that were said. I am saying that he is seeing it a little more in the light of the time. I am going to put that back up tonight, the Lord willing. You read that as I read it to you. Read that and see if he did not include that in the second day. He included the seventieth week in the second day, but in this, it is not included. Because there is a time factor different. He said now, after two days. After two days. “Hosea 6:2 said, “After two days will He (meaning the Lord) revive us, have just about run their course when we compare it to calendar time, that takes us to 2004 ½, which is actually the middle of 2005. The time figures out like this when you take calendar time and convert it to prophetic time.” and so on. So what we are dealing with, is after two days.


We have people who drive over a hundred miles to be here. I know there are churches that think driving twenty five miles is too far. There are some in this message that think if they come that far, it is too far, but we have people that drive every Sunday a hundred miles or more. We don’t advertise, but we do have an internet and it goes around the world. We are sometimes faced with questions from people who do not understand something; and I don’t always give the answer immediately, but by the help of the Lord most of the things that have been asked have been answered. It is only through God’s help that I give an answer. In 1st Corinthians the 15th chapter, where this man wrote in and asked about being baptized for the dead. I didn’t give him an answer right off, because I didn’t know the answer. I wanted to find out, so Bro. Bud and others helped find what the history was on that. When we came up with the answer on that, I have not had any more questions on it. The Corinthian people were pagans before they were brought to Christ, so when they were brought to Christ, some of them were wondering about the resurrection. That is what Paul is dealing with in the 15th chapter, because of questions about the resurrection. In this he said, If there is no resurrection, why were you baptized for the dead? Well, that needed an answer for somebody. So in looking through history and bringing up different things, we were able to find that being baptized for the dead was something that the Corinthian people did before they ever became Christians. He was not talking about Christian people, he was talking about their pagan belief. In their pagan belief they believed, that if they were baptized for somebody that was dead, then that person would be alright. That is why Paul is saying, If there is no resurrection, why were you, at one time, being baptized for the dead? They would take people out and baptize them over the dead person’s grave. That was pagan. Paul was not even dealing with what Christians believed. He was saying, Why did you do that in the pagan world, if there is no resurrection? He was simply saying, If you believed in a resurrection in your pagan beliefs, why do you not believe in the resurrection now? This was the answer I was able to give to the person and I never did get another question on it. There is a Bible answer for biblical questions. These things are going to be answered right on down to the end. For me, or anyone to say there is no more revelation left, to be revealed, how would anyone know that? I certainly do not know how much God still has left, to be revealed to His people, but He does say in Matthew 24:28, “For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.” When the eagles are gathered together, what are they going to eat? Eagles require fresh food. As long as the Bride of Christ is here, they are going to find fresh food. It is not going to be leftovers. It is not going to be something that is laying out there decayed. I cannot say how much is left, but I can say that we are still in that eagle age because it was a flying eagle. An eagle that is in flight is looking for something. As that eagle is in flight looking for something, I saw a program on TV, that said they could see a fish from a mile away. They even say that a hawk, if we had the eyesight of a hawk, we could read a newspaper across a football field. I don’t have that kind of sight. Are you an eagle this morning? A buzzard does not find its food from sight: it gets it from smell. They have very poor eyesight, but they have a good smell. We don’t smell the gospel, we see it with eyes of faith. We don’t smell the word, we see it. I have used different settings since I started this message, but I still include it in the title, His word is above His name. That is important today. People the world over use the name of Jesus Christ, but they do not go to the WORD. They dispel that. They disdain it. Well after saying all this, I am still dealing with Hosea 6:2. Let us read the 1st verse also. “Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for He hath torn, (This is what He has done in time past.) and He will heal us; He hath smitten, and He will bind us up.”


What I will be talking about is after a long struggle of time, this was before Israel, the ten tribes, were ever taken out of the land. Isaiah was a prophet when they were taken out of the land. When Judah was taken out of the land, that falls into another’s hands, which was Ezekiel. He is the one that is carried away. He was a priest. God calls him as a priest: that is why he has so much dealing with the Law. He is of the Levite tribe. So is Zechariah, he is of the Levite tribe. God used him to deal with the time of the end, as you go into the 14th chapter, you will see that he is talking of the last of the three Passover feasts that God designated, the feast of tabernacles, of which the children of Israel in all the world will have to observe. They will be representatives from all the world that will go there to that feast. If they don’t, they won’t get rain the next year. From chapter 40 through 48 of Ezekiel, he is dealing with the rebuilding of the temple and with all its works, everything that goes into it, all the priests and everything else that is there. But here we find Hosea is speaking many years before this ever happens. Actually it was 2800 years ago, thereabout. It said “After two days will He revive us.” So these words are very important. I first preached on that at Bro. Hefner’s. I talked to Bro. Steve between the morning service and the evening service. I told him something about that and he said, Why don’t you preach on it? I was a little reluctant to, but I did. After two days, what does that mean? It has to mean something. God doesn’t just throw His word out there for no reason. We have here as we go to our chart, the first thing I have on there, before I go any further, will be our July message that was in the Contender, Scriptural Diagnosis. As you go down, there is something here that I want to read as you look at that. It is from the Contender. “How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?” Then he heard an answer given, which is found in verse 7, (of Daniel chapter 12) so notice, “And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when He held up His right hand and His left hand unto heaven, and sware by Him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; (Time would be one year, times would be two years, which makes three years, and an half time is three and one half years.) and when He shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.” I want to read you what Bro. Jackson said. “How long shall it be to the end of these wonders? Then he heard an answer given, which is found in verse 7, so notice, And I heard the man clothed in linen, (This is none other than Jesus in angelic form,) which was upon the waters of the river, (Please notice that He is on the river in this setting, So He is no longer on the sea shore with one foot on land and one foot on the sea. This goes to show, it has left Revelation 10, which was for the Bride) and is shown here coming to Israel. Notice in Revelation 10, He only holds up one hand, but look at this setting and notice, when He held up His right hand and His left hand (in other words, both hands) unto heaven, and sware by Him that liveth for ever that it shall be a time, times, and an half.” I have been criticized for my stand on this verse in Hosea. The man that preached this from Canada said that was Bro. William Branham. I never heard anybody say anything about that. I did though, because Bro. William Branham is not in the picture in Daniel 12. That is in the middle of the week. Nobody said anything about that. Let us keep the scriptures straight. As I go back, I want to go to my next setting, which I used before, the next slide. This was all used when I preached this, every bit of it. You see, this was January 1994, part 1, Looking Through The Windows of Prophecy. This was given to me because a brother had a question about it. I didn’t name his name. My name has been named. Faith Assembly has been named. We are accused of spreading confusion. I am not going to stand here and criticize that, that is alright. But it said, “Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for He hath torn, (That is what their being scattered accomplished.) and He will heal us; he hath smitten, and He will bind us up. After two days.” After. If Bro. Bud and I were standing here together, (I am not going to have him get up.) if I come after him, that means that he is before me. I am walking along behind him, then I am still after him as I walk. But it said after two days, that means after two days has been fulfilled. There is nothing puzzling about that. That is why I said, 2004 ½, which Bro. Jackson said would be the middle of 2005, those two days ended something. It did. I stood on that. There did not seem to be a problem when I said it. Some believe that is right. Some believe we have not yet passed those two days. One man called me and said the calendar is off, according to this preacher, by eight years. But Bro. Jackson, when he went into that, he didn’t say that. He said it could be a year or year and a half. However when he said that, he was talking about the birth of Jesus, nothing else. When he began to talk about the two days, he always referred back to 33 A.D., when Jesus was crucified. That never did change from 33 A.D. He said the scientists looked at it and went back and found there was a period of time of ten years. In that ten years, the only eclipse that ever happened was April 4, 33 A.D., within that ten year period of time, and they drew their understanding of things. They do that. He said all the historians say that. Why do I say that? Bro. Bud said I was the only one that really did stand up for Bro. Jackson. I didn’t hear anybody else. Whenever they began to criticize, that is what they said. They said after 2004 ½ people will leave here in droves. Well they did leave, the ones that said that. They left. We didn’t go after them. They already said they would leave. When that came about, the only thing I did was in defense of the man, our brother, Bro. Jackson. He is already gone. He left the scene December 4, 2004 on a Saturday morning. I was there, Bro. Bud was there. It pained my heart. When I think about it now, it still does. I miss my brother. I never thought I would ever take his place, and I haven’t. I have not tried to take his place: I am just fulfilling what God called me to do, so when He shows me something, I am going to preach it. I am not going to let anyone stand in the way of it. I am going to preach what the Lord shows to me. If people have questions, I am going to do my best to answer them. People have questions. Bro. Bud and I both know that people call in with questions that need answers. What we preach here goes around the world. We even get letters from Hong Kong. A woman sent money from Hong Kong. We get letters from across the sea, e-mails and letters, people in support of what is going on here. I appreciate that. I appreciate the people in our listening audience. I am not going to say we don’t have anything for you. Let me continue to read here, after two days. When I say after, that means after that two days expires. Somewhere in time, that two days expires. Even if it was a year and a half off, it has already expired. You cannot stretch time. You may say, Well, the Branham people said something about 1977. I know: I was there. A man questioned me when I was in Australia, about that. Well, according to calculations, according to this and that, he didn’t really say that. I said, I was there when he said it, I know what he said. He was going by events that were to happen. He had no scripture for it. We have scripture for this. After two days, that is a two thousand year period of time. You cannot just say, Well Bro. Jackson based it on the death of Jesus Christ. He figured the two thousand years from that time. I cannot just put it in the future somewhere: two days is two days. You cannot make it three days. You cannot make it five days. When you say two days, you are saying two days. And after two days, Bro. Jackson went back to Peter, what Peter said, to get his revelation. After two days he will revive us. So am I wrong in saying that we are in the time after the two days? Why would he say that? Why would the scripture say that? We will go to 2nd Peter, the 3rd chapter. I will show you exactly why. Verse 1, “This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, (That is not Peter, James, and John. Who was he looking at? Since the fathers fell asleep. He has to be looking at this endtime. Who was he looking at? We have had two fathers that have fallen asleep. He has to be looking at that. Bro. Jackson and Bro. William Branham, since the fathers fell asleep.) all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.” That is what they are saying. Some of them are building big houses now, saying that it may be fifty or a hundred years off. This is people that have come out of this message, that believed a few years ago, that we were living at the last time. It said there would be scoffers come in the last days. Where is the promise of his coming now, since the fathers fell asleep. I say again, That is not talking about Peter, James, John, and all the others. “For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” That is where Bro. Jackson got his revelation for this two days. That is what he said. So as we go back to the chart, after two days he will revive us. You see those two little marks there after us? Not one jot or tittle will pass until all is fulfilled. “In the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight.”


Listen to what Bro. Jackson says. “That prophecy from 780 B.C. runs straight down to the day when the week of Daniel ends everything pertaining to this time factor. We cannot go beyond this point. The term after two days, will end right here: after Israel has heard their two prophets that will prophesy to them in the first 3 ½ years of the seventieth week of Daniel and the wrath of God is poured out upon unbelieving and wicked mankind. Right here in the first part of that week is where Israel is going to be dealt with by the two prophets and there is where they will be revived and an element of Jews in the land will be brought back to a spiritual understanding of why they have been in dispersion for so many centuries, and why God dealt with them in the way He did. Notice it says here, “in the third day,” that means following that week, as it closes out with the wrath of God and then the Millennium starts. The third day is the Millennium that continues on beyond this point of time; after the week of Daniel ends, and lasts for another day (one thousand years).” This is where the problem came in. He connected all that together. Every bit of it, he connected together without a space between. He didn’t give any time between the first day and the second day, or the second day and third day, he didn’t give any time there. Alright, it said after two days He will revive us, and in the third day He will raise us up. Now I want to go to the one in 1998. (Note, When Bro. Allen preached this in 2008, this other one had not yet been printed in the Contender, so he used the date 1998, the date that Bro. Jackson preached the message, The Countdown. It was later printed in the Contender in January 2010)


“You find it in the 11th chapter of Revelation. In the first verses you see, And God will anoint His two prophets, which are the Moses and Elijah for that day and hour, and they prophesy in the streets of Jerusalem for a thousand two hundred and threescore days, which is the first half of Daniel’s seventieth week, three and one half years of prophetic time, and that takes place right in here, (pointing to chart) so the two days, which is two thousand years of prophetic time, that end right before that, had to have a starting point. If that is the terminating point where this is to fulfill itself, there had to be a beginning point for that period of time. Realizing that, I began to figure, so I started right here, from 33 A.D. to the year 2000 calendar time. I soon began to see, that figuring it on the basis of two thousand years of Roman Calendar time I would not have enough time from 33 A.D. to the year 2000, so I then began to look at it another way; and began to take the total number of days of calendar time and break them down into prophetic years of 360 days each. By doing that, here is where we are standing: From 33 A.D. when Christ was crucified, (and the histories verify that as the day) to the termination of the two days written in Hosea 6:2, when you put it into prophetic time, that brings you to the point of 2004 ½, which is the middle of the year 2005 on your Roman Calendar. Now that being right, it lets me know we are living in the hour of a generation which Jesus spoke about, that would see all those certain things come to pass.” (Bro. Allen Says), I have another one here, Getting the Bride Ready, under the heading The Reviving of Israel. (Reading)“What does that mean, “After two days?” That is the question people ask, and it means exactly that, but it is two dispensational days of one thousand years each, so it means that as the two days begin to reach their conclusion, God will have the Jewish people back in the land and in a position, ready to be awakened; and at the appointed time He will pour out upon them His spirit of grace, which is spoken of in other prophecies.”
You can see there is a discrepancy between the two Contenders. He said in this other one, in 1994, that the two days run completely through that seven year period of time, and that is when Israel has their revival. But in this later one he says that the two days, two thousand years of prophetic time, end just before that time when Israel is revived. Let me read that again. “After two days? That is the question people ask, and it means exactly that, but it is two dispensational days of one thousand years each, so it means that as the two days begin to reach their conclusion, God will have the Jewish people back in the land and in a position, ready to be awakened; and at the appointed time He will pour out upon them His spirit of grace, which is spoken of in other prophecies. They are stepping stones of understanding, as well as of fulfillment.”
Please notice that in the first one he said, When the week ends, that means that the day, the two thousand years, has reached their conclusion. But in this one, he said that when the two days are over, Israel is getting ready to have their revival. So there is a difference in that; and I hope you everyone see it. People jump to conclusions, but I go back to what Paul said and what John said. Paul said, talking about marriage, that a woman should not marry because of the closeness of time. But then Paul went ahead in Timothy and tells her to marry. Why would he say that? He is a man. Why would Bro. Jackson make two different statements? Because he is a man. The Bible speaks, that we are to grow in grace and in knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Bro. William Branham said, I can think today and next year I can think better, because I am a man. But as we look at this verse here, was I wrong to say after two days, will He revive us, in the third day He will raise us up and we shall live in His sight? I have already gone over the two days. If I say, In the third day, I am in this part of the building? No, I am not. If I come to the door, am I in this part of the building? No, I am not. I have to come on in here, in order to be in this part of the building. So, am I wrong to say that we are in the third day? That is where the big problem is. Because when I began to study this, I didn’t go to the Contenders. You are not going to get every answer of the scripture from a Contender. But when I look at this, what are we going to do, throw away the 2004 ½? Are we just going to get rid of it and say it doesn’t exist? If we do, then we have thrown away part of the revelation that was given unto us by Bro. Jackson. When he counted those days, he was looking at prophetic time, and he was looking at the crucifixion because the crucifixion marked something in time. Then he began to count from there on to 2004 ½ which he said is the middle of 2005. Are we looking at scripture? He told his own family, Don’t ever put the Contender above the Bible, it won’t work. You can’t make the Contender your Bible. God gave our brother answers to the things, he placed in the Contender. But when I began to look at the question that was asked me about the resurrection, it was not in the Contenders. It was nowhere to be found. What are we going to do from here on out? God’s Word goes beyond 2004 ½. If we say that there is no more revelation, why would there ever be seven thunders? Bro. Jackson said that shows you in Revelation 6, when the first seal is open, it shows one thunder. He takes that back to 1963 which he said, God spoke. I had to look at that. God spoke, but He spoke through a man. When He did, Bro. William Branham heard a great blast out there in the Arizona desert. When the blast happened, that meant that God was going to show something. He did show something. He came back with six seals. Bro. Jackson said, What do you think when that seventh seal is opened, and seven thunders utter, what do you think is going to happen then, when only one thunder was uttered back there? I am not trying to dispute what Bro. Jackson said. He was an apostle. What are you going to say though, when Paul said, We which are alive and remain? He believed he would be living. I believe I will be living when that time comes, but that don’t mean I will. We are not looking at fifty years off, we are looking at a very short time. That time is at hand but we do not know how long it is going to be until that time. We do know it is close. Why did this ever happen? God was not going to let His servants know exactly when the time would come, just as Jesus said, I don’t know when the day or hour is coming. Do you know? Did Bro. William Branham know? Did Bro. Jackson know? They neither one knew. So I am saying today, as I stand before you, that we have already gone beyond the second day and we are living in the third day. What is God going to do in the third day? In the third day He will raise us up and we will live in His sight. Now when I say that, who is this speaking of? It is not speaking of Gentiles. This message is unto the Jews that will hear and believe. He will raise them up. What speaks to the Gentiles, or the bride? Let’s look at Revelation 20, starting with verse 1, “And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. (What is he going to do with that chain?) And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years. He is bound a thousand years. He will not bother anyone until the thousand years is completed. The Bride has already been to the marriage supper, and is back on earth with Jesus The King. She is not ruling yet, because she doesn’t have anything to rule over until the judgment of the nations is completed, and the sheep-like people are allowed to go into the Millennium. She is going to reign over that element of people that have been left alive. The serpent, the devil, is bound a thousand years. And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.” The little season, how long does it last? I don’t know, it may be a year, it may be five years. It is long enough for the devil to go out and deceive some of those that have been born during that time. Every one that goes into the Millennium has already passed their test. They are sheep, and they don’t become goats in the Millennium. If you are a goat, you are a goat. If you are a sheep, you are a sheep and you always will be a sheep. “And I saw thrones, (What are the thrones for? These thrones are for the Bride only.) and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: (Judgment is given to the Bride, know ye not we shall judge angels. Now here are the foolish virgins and spiritual Jews.) and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” They are not raised up to live in His sight like those Jews that believe. They are resurrected to reign with Christ. These that are resurrected, the third day has nothing to do with them, because this is only pertaining to foolish virgins and Jewish people that have been slain. Who is going to be raised up to live in His sight? It is going to be that element that is left alive to go into the Millennium. It is the element of Jews that are left. Let it sink in. “But the rest of the dead (That is the ones from the flood, from the beginning of the creation on, the lost, the rest of the dead,) lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.” This completes the first resurrection. There will never be a resurrection again for people that will be saved. That is it. This other resurrection is only for the lost at the end of the Millennium, only for lost people, because this is the second death. “Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.” They will reign, they will not judge. These are martyred foolish virgins, and Jews that have been resurrected. Where does that have anything to do with these being raised up? What they are at that state will be what they will always be. You cannot improve on the resurrection. When the resurrection takes place, you are what you will be. There will not be much to rule and reign over at the beginning, but it is getting things straight. That is where this element of people are raised up and they begin to live in His sight, they begin to prosper. It is going to take a thousand years for this to be accomplished. “And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog.” There comes that Russian spirit again. Why would it say Gog and Magog? It is a godless spirit. The devil is going to deceive them to the point they will not even believe in God. God can’t help Russia. He has helped a few in this last day. He can’t help them. They have more oil in Russia than they have anywhere, but they don’t’ know how to take care of it. They get it out of the ground and spill it. I always refer to Bro. Jackson. I always refer to Bro. William Branham, but when we just go to examples in a Contender, or in a book, to get our messages, let me see what Bro. Jackson said about Bro. William Branham, when his followers say, Let me see what Bro. William Branham said. Why don’t you see what God said to you? Let me finger through here and see what was said, that is exactly what Joseph does. You go ask him a question about something, I’ll go see what the prophet said, and he claims to be a prophet. If he is a prophet, why does he not know something on his own? If you are a servant of God, preach the Bible. Let God speak to you. I am not doing away with the Contender. I am not doing away with the books of Bro. William Branham, but brothers and sisters, if there is something in this Bible that God is showing me, it may be something that has never been written by man in a book. I didn’t know what to do, I didn’t have any Contender, there was no Contender on the resurrection that I could look at. Baptizing for the dead, this was never a question to Bro. Jackson. Never a question to Bro. William Branham. I may seem hard this morning, I don’t mean to be hard, but I mean to get to a point. I have done gone over trying to put a two hour message into an hour, but I am not going to hold you a long time. God spoke to me on this second and third day, and I know that when you come from here to here, you are leaving something and entering into something. I don’t know how far in. I don’t know when this time is going to come, but I know we are close. We are close to that time, we are close to His appearing. When Bro. William Branham, said 1977 could close it all out, that was alright, he had a right to say that, just as Paul had a right to say what he said, and just as John had a right to speak as he did. John said we must be at the end because it said antichrists would come and there are many of them here now, so we must be at the end. Then when Paul got to the end of his message, he instructed Timothy and told him what to do. He is not talking about we are close now to that time, he is telling him what to do because he knows there is a future ahead, because he had said in 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2, when people were questioning, and he said that man of sin must appear. I have not seen him yet. Well you say you have seen the pope. I don’t know if he is the right one or not, but I know whenever that time comes, then he is going to be there. This one is getting too old. He is going to be too old to fulfill that part. He is going to be too wrinkled, he won’t be able to see out of his eyes. But when that right one comes, we know what office he will hold, but Paul didn’t say what office it was, he said that man of sin. I am not trying to destroy the message, I am not trying to destroy what has been taught to us, but I am trying to get us to wake up and see that we are not going to get every answer out of the Contender or out of the Spoken Word book. God is going to speak to a live ministry in this hour. We don’t know what the seven thunders are yet. We know what the seventh seal, part of it contains, but we don’t know the whole of it. John saw it but he wasn’t allowed to write it. We have been taught that it contains the names of those that are sealed under that. My main aim today is not to make myself something. You can say Bro. Allen is trying to make himself something, forget about it. I am trying to be a true servant of God, a man that has been able to see a prophet of this day. I was able to sit under his teaching for three years. I sat under Bro. Jackson for better than thirty seven years and I am not standing here today to try to condemn the man. I am just saying we don’t know it all yet. We won’t know it all until those thunders sound. Then the men that are left are going to have a message to tell somebody something. They are going to go to presidents. You say, you are going to go to presidents? I don’t know if I will be the one here or not, but I know God is going to give them some boldness and they will walk right into that Senate, into that Congress, into that king, and say, Listen, I have something to say, so you listen to me. You missed it, you should have listened. President Bush, you should have listened. We wouldn’t be having all this turmoil in this country today if you would have listened. Bro. Jackson wrote you a letter when you first became president. Did any of you know that? There are a lot of things that all of you did not know about our brother. I know one thing he believed in, he believed in a five fold ministry and he wasn’t putting himself up above all the rest of them. When Bro. Bud and I worked out at his place different times, our brother would come out in the evening time and bring us ice cream, a little chocolate cake and a Pepsi. I didn’t even feel worthy to sit down and eat it, but he made you feel alright. Bro. William Branham could sit down with people too. He sat down with them, but before he would quit he would take a piece of grass and say, God is in this piece of grass. God made this little piece of grass live. And the same God that made this little piece of grass live, that made that beautiful flower live today, lives in the hearts and lives of His people and He is wanting to make us bloom. He doesn’t want to make us prisoners. Whenever you lose your freedom, you have lost everything. When you lose your freedom from the word of God, you have lost everything. Whenever you begin to try to put everything in your own understanding, now listen it has to be this way you have gone too far. It has to be God’s way. Every man that comes in here to preach, is free to preach the word of God, but I don’t want somebody standing here quote, quote, quote. I saw that at the Tabernacle. I am tired of it. I don’t want to listen to it. God gave me a dream before I left the Tabernacle, I am not going to tell it, it would take too much time. He gave me a dream and told me when to leave. I went and saw that dream fulfilled. I sat there in that Tabernacle watching for a year and half. On a Sunday morning, I had been back there, but I sat there watching. Here they come, that bunch of deacons. You talk about sneaking deacons, they were sneaking. I am not making fun, I am telling you the truth, they were mean. My little boy sat looking back in the back one time. I was told to get him out of here, he is disturbing. He wasn’t saying a word. But I sat there that morning, they had a tape on. Bro. William Branham would say, Say Amen. Everybody would say Amen. He would say, Raise your hands. They would raise their hands. Some of them, I would have hated to be sitting beside of, when they raised their hands. But I would rather be doing that than to hear their doctrine. Then all at once Bro. William Branham said something on the tape, somebody over here said Amen. Everybody turned around and looked at him. That was a year and half after he died. That is why I said when Bro. Jackson died, This place will never become like that. I meant it. If you love the Lord, there is freedom in loving the Lord. You are not free to do your thing, but you have freedom in the love of the Lord, you are allowed to shout. Whenever the shout is taken out, then God is taken out. I didn’t get what I got from sitting under church order. I was down in a little Methodist church, I got up, this was after I had heard the message. I got up to say a few things. There is a sister here that knows it, Sis. Bean. All at once, it went like this, I couldn’t do anything about it, down I went. That was an experience God gave me, I couldn’t give it to me. It wasn’t a put on. God put it on me. I fasted and prayed for something, a little old skinny fellow, 120 and some pounds. That was about fifty pounds back. How long ago has that been? Fifty pounds. God will put something on you one day, if you will let him. Bro. Jackson said in those seal, you may say, Well I have never felt anything. He said, You will. But you will obey him. He is not going to put it on a bunch of starch, people that do not wear their collar turned around, but they just as well. Bro. Bud, it is real, what God gave you that day in that closet in the bedroom. It is real. I would to God that every one would experience that. It takes an experience, a born again experience. You know, that surprised the whole bunch when Nicodemas came that night, he was ashamed to come in the day time. I will go to that meeting at night. Just like a Presbyterian preacher by the name of Charles Price. I am going to go to that meeting, but I don’t want anybody to see me. So he went and hid behind the piano and began to pray. God began to deal with him. They moved the piano away. They left him exposed. God will leave you exposed. When he came to himself, he didn’t care any more. God will take away that stiff collar, that stiff attitude. He will give you something inside that is real. He will take away the heavy burden. That is what I am after, realness. Don’t give me something false, I don’t want it. You can have it. Some of the things I have said may be hard for you, but the thing about it is, just think about it. Don’t just go to your house and say, I have my mind made up. Please look at it. I could have stood here angry today. I could have, but I didn’t come here angry. God will take that anger away. I could have said, Well I have a right to be angry, but I didn’t because I wasn’t. The Lord is too sweet. He went through His periods of time. It says He was tempted every way we are, yet without sin. I don’t want anger to cover me. Everything we have preached has been from here. There have not been any secret meetings. Not one. That which is done in secret will be brought out into the open. It will be shouted out on the housetop. May God bless you today.
