We are starting right where we left off in April Edition.

I pray that this message will be of help: and especially that it be of understanding to all.“If, ye serve strange gods, then He will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that He hath done you good.” Some might say, Oh, that is all under the Law. The Law had nothing to do with that. “And the people said unto Joshua, Nay; but we will serve the Lord.” That was the answer he was looking for. He wanted to challenge them. I challenge your faith tonight. I also challenge my faith. As I read there in the 3^rd chapter of 1^st Corinthians this morning, we are workers together with God, God’s husbandry. We are God’s building. Then he talks about us being the temple of God, a place for God to dwell in. What do we have for Him to dwell in? There is the song, prepare the dwelling place. Only a holy God can dwell in these vessels that we have presented unto Him in holiness and true righteousness. “And Joshua said unto the people, Ye are witnesses against yourselves that ye have chosen you the Lord, to serve Him. And they said, We are witnesses.” This is Joshua’s last message that he would ever preach, because at the end of this he dies at one hundred and ten years old. If this was my last message, would I make it any different? Or would I say, let us strive together? The battle is the Lord’s but He expects us to take up arms. “Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the Lord God of Israel. He had to remind them twice; get rid of those things. You know how Jacob loved Rachel. He loved her above Leah, but to me, Leah was a better woman. But this was the one Jacob’s eyes fell upon. Here she leaves her father’s house and comes into another land, and she has carried other false gods with her. When her father came looking for his gods, what did she do. She acted like something was wrong with her and sit down on them to hide them. They could not do that any more; in these worldly churches: They don’t have enough clothes on to cover much of anything. If it ever gets that way in Faith Assembly, I will point you out. We are not here to present flesh: we are presenting a life that God can be proud of when He sees us on the street. He sees every move we make. When we see our brothers and sisters on the street, we can be proud of them. I hope Sis. Helena will not care if I mention something about her. She reminded me of something. One day I met her in a store and I went to her and was just as friendly as I am here. She never forgot that. She said, thank you for being that way to me. What other way would I be; if I am a Christian? She is my sister, whether she be sitting in here or whether she be out there at Wal-Mart, or any other place. She is my sister in this great spiritual family. You are my sisters and my brothers. I love you just the same: whether at Wal-Mart or some other place; as I do at Faith Assembly. Why would I not be friendly with you, wherever I meet up with you?. I am not elevating myself like the pope does himself. God has given me an office, but that is all he gave me, an office, and an opportunity to walk before Him in a way that pleases Him. The important thing about it is how I use that office. I do not want my brothers and sisters to feel like I belong on a pedestal. I belong with you. We are going to reign together because we are serving the same God and we are going to rule together. “And the people said unto Joshua, The Lord our God will we serve, and his voice will we obey.” That is what he wanted to hear all along. He desired an answer, he could see things. He was getting ready to leave the scene and he could see things coming. Bro. William Branham would say, I am a dying man to a dying nation. He called himself an old man and he was only fifty five years old. He could feel himself fading, he said he could. “So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and set them a statute and an ordinance in Shechem. And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God, and took a great stone, and set it up there under an oak, that was by the sanctuary of the Lord. And Joshua said unto all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness unto us; for it hath heard all the words of the Lord which He spake unto us: it shall be therefore a witness unto you, lest ye deny your God.” Is that stone going to talk? Absolutely not; but it is sitting there as a reminder, this is where we made a covenant with the Lord, you promised this day. Every time you walk by that rock, you are going to see something. You are going to see a promise that you made. Every time I go by Faith Assembly, I look at this place and I know this is the place that God has done something in times past, and in this time also. Some may say it is just a building but I say it is not an unholy place, because the teaching of the scripture has been placed here and it is a witness to these that pass by. You cannot replace the witness. “So Joshua let the people depart, every man unto his inheritance. And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being an hundred and ten years old.” I would say he put out a pretty strong message, his last message. Let us go to 1^st Kings, the 18^th chapter. This is Elijah the Tishbite. He was of the Tishbite family. Let us start with this: And it came to pass after many days, that the Word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, show thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.”1^st verse. ” In the third year, That is the third year there had not been any rain. You do not read a good deal about Elijah before he appears, but his first message was a challenge. God had taken care of his servant for more than three years. James said three and one half years. When there was no water, when there was no food, and when the stock market had gone: That made it a good lesson for all. God took care of Elijah. He could read Psalms. At that time there were the Psalms. I have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor the seed of God begging bread. “And Elijah went to show himself unto Ahab. And there was a sore famine in Samaria.” This was one hundred years after David had left the scene. Think of it: only one hundred years. Look how far Israel had gone. They were worshipping Baal. Jezebel had four hundred prophets of her own, that she fed daily. That was kind of like the White House is now: they always take care of their own. They are going to send them to the best schools, and they are going to have the best insurance. In this nation, we have become servants. Well God is getting ready to call attention to somebody. God has sent warning after warning after warning; to no avail. The Midwest, on out further west, it is washing away. They have tornadoes; sometimes thirty or forty a day. Earthquakes where there is no record of ever having been any there before. Well that Elijah spirit, which is that eagle spirit, is still fluttering over this nation: over this people. I am looking for great things, but there is going to have to be some things settled first. As Joshua challenged the people, I challenge all of us tonight, myself included. If you want to be an influence to somebody, be the right kind of influence. “And Ahab called Obadiah, which was the governor of his house. Now Obadiah feared the Lord greatly: For it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the Lord, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.” He was a man that feared God. He knew Elijah was a prophet of God. Let us go to verse 17, “And it came to pass, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said unto him, Art thou he that troubleth Israel?” Putting the blame on somebody else. But Elijah did not care: he was not going to take that stuff. “And he answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou, and thy father’s house, in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the Lord, and thou hast followed Baalim. Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which did eat at Jezebel’s table. So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel. And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? (There are many people that this does not affect, but on the other hand, there are some. Art thou he that troubleth Israel?) if the Lord be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.” They were afraid of Ahab. They are not going to say anything as long as they feel like it don’t affect them. But the Word of God affects all of us in this hour. We have responsibilities. “Then said Elijah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the Lord; but Baal’s prophets are four hundred and fifty men. Let them therefore give us two bullocks, (He is going to be fair with them.) and let them choose one bullock for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: and I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well spoken.” Now they answered. They are saying, that is fair enough. “And Elijah said unto the prophets of Baal, Choose you one bullock for yourselves, and dress it first; for ye are many; and call on the name of your gods, but put no fire under.” He did not want any wild fire. That is no test. If you put fire under it, then that is no test. “And they took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made.” It sounded like a good old Pentecostal meeting. Bro. Creech and I went to a meeting somewhere, one time, I will not say where. He said, he had always wanted to go and I said, well I wanted to go too. So we got together and went. It was some woman preacher with a big church. We sat down, and there was a man at the microphone. I did not know what he was doing at first, until I caught on. He was speaking in tongues. This went on about a half hour. Every once in awhile somebody would come up and they would say something to him and he would talk with them. Then when they left, he would begin again, speaking in tongues. That went on for about a half hour. When that half hour was over, it was dark in there, real dark. Along about 7:30, it was on a Wednesday night, we did not miss Faith Assembly service to go there. About 7:30 the lights came on. Everybody started running in circles. Little children two years old, were running too. They ran and ran until they got tired. Then they sat down and the preacher started preaching. I did not know what she was preaching about for a long time. I thought she was saying good servant and bad servant, until’ you remember those colorful snakes K-Mart used to have? Fluffy looking snakes. She began to pull them out of a box. She was talking about the good serpent and the bad serpent. Bro. Creech looked at me and said, there are plenty in here, right? There was O Baal, hear us. Old Baal had no ears, he has no mouth. He is just a piece of wood. To somebody with a depraved mind. That is what has entered into America today, depraved minds, bringing all their gods from the far east and everywhere else. They have mixed it with religion. They talk about Mohammad, they talk about Buddha, but they don’t talk about Jesus Christ: the only one that can save them. There is salvation in no other name, other than the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Is our actions tonight helping us? Are we growing more spiritual. Is it bringing us closer to God? O Baal hear us. But there was no voice, nor any answer. They leaped upon the altar. “And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, (You might think I don’t have any right to say what I do. I am just mocking sin, mocking attitudes, feelings, things that are not going to get us one bit closer to God. Things sometimes not only stand in our way, but in others’ way.) and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradverture he sleepeth, and must be awaked.” Do you see anything wrong with that. Do you see anything wrong with Elijah’s message? Do you? Answer me. “And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.” My! He had no answer. Nobody said anything. No Baal. It is getting serious there. It is a serious time that we are living in. God is taking us all to the cleaners. I welcome it. “And it came to pass, when midday was past, and they prophesied (They prophesied. One prophesied, and another prophesied against that prophecy. That is the way it has been through time. When someone did not like a prophecy: they would prophesy against that one. They prophesied…) until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded. And Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down. And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the Lord came, saying, Israel shall be thy name. And with the stones he built an altar in the name of the Lord: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed. And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid them on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood. And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time. And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water.” He is making everything seem impossible. Try to start a fire with something like that and see if it burns. “And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy Word. Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.” How many want God to abide in your heart? How many are willing to make a place for Him: let Him abide in you, and let Him have His right of way? We are getting close to the end. We are going to have to make a choice. “Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, (If we want the fire of the Lord to fall in Faith Assembly, we have to turn our heart’s back to God. Then say, thank you Lord: I lift my hands in praise unto you Father! Bless the Lord O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name!) The fire of the Lord consumed the burnt offering…) and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.” God sent a big bolt of lightening on a clear day. God will do something when we are least expecting it; if we give our heart’s to Him and listen to the message He has inspired His servants to proclaim. God isfor us, not against us. You are not here today by your choosing, you are here by His choice. “And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, the Lord, He is the God; the Lord, He is the God.” Can we say that tonight? Can we repeat with Elijah, the Lord, He is God. Say it again! The Lord, He is God. “And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; and let not one of them escape. I say; do not let this Word escape from you tonight. Take that old spirit that would plague you, kill it: get rid of it.) And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew them there. And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain.” The blessings will fall as we prepare for them. Do you feel the rain? I can feel the rain. Praise God! I don’t want to see any gloom tonight! I want to see some happiness. I want to see some bonds broken. Starve the devil: refuse to give him any place. Get rid of him; by the authority God has given you to resist him. God is worthy to be praised and served.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT

This is a critical time in America. As we are in that critical time: we see God’s judgment now taking place all around us. It has been said by some, that we are already in WW3, and that it just has not yet blossomed as we know it will. Actually the world war will be Armageddon, but there are a lot of things to be settled before Armageddon comes into the picture. That is what we are looking at this morning, the settling of things, especially for Israel. God is looking down on that little nation in this day and hour of time. Much is being pushed and taught, even some Israelis are against Judaea. We know, looking into the scriptures, that there has to be something come out of Judaea. It has got to be the first part of it, before Ephraim, which represents the twelve northern tribes, which was some of Joseph, but when you reference Ephraim, you are really looking at the ten northern tribes. When Jacob got ready to bless his children, he came to the sons of Joseph and his arms were crossed. When Joseph brought his two sons to him, and when he reached out to touch them, even though he was more or less blind at that time, because he was dying, but as he reached out to bless them, his hands crossed. His right hand went to the younger one. Joseph corrected him, saying, this is wrong. He said, God has crossed my hands. Maybe not in those words, but that is the way it happened: his hands were crossed and the younger one got the blessing. We know that in the cross there is our benefit, our help. God did that early on to show His blessings upon the children of Israel, upon the two sons of Joseph. Ephraim was going to represent the ten northern tribes. We see in Revelation 7 where Joseph’s name is mentioned again, Bro. William Branham thought that was knocking out the tribe of Ephraim as well, and we know he did as far as the 144,000, the tribe of Dan, which he put Manasseh in his place. We know by looking at scripture that the reference to Joseph is really a reference to Ephraim too. Ephraim was not knocked out of that tribe, he was in the tribe of Joseph. God has a way of speaking to us, if we have ears to hear. I don’t say these things to dispute what Bro. William Branham said, I say it to be correct. We are fifty years down the road now. December 19^th was when Bro. William Branham had the wreck, it will be fifty years. All indications now, are that there are going to be some happenings in the last part of this year and next year. Starting in September, is the beginning of Jubilee, the fiftieth year. It goes for one year of time. There is a lot of things happening, a lot of things we are looking forward to. There are a lot of things happening in this time. We see the stock market has nothing to back them. There is no gold, it is just paper. That paper can lose its value real soon, because Russia and China are working on something now to knock the dollar out. They claim it is going to be soon, that they will be able to do that. The world trade is all working under the dollar. Years ago the United States went to Saudi Arabia and they made a deal with them, that if Saudi Arabia would accept the dollar for the oil exchange, then that would be what it was, because the oil supply thirty and forty years ago, came from Saudi Arabia. Now Saudi Arabia has been deceived by the president and them, and they have been given over to Iran. The U.S. government is working with Iran now instead of Saudi Arabia. Some of those countries that they had been friendly with, now Saudi Arabia is beginning to feel like they are going to have to go alone, as well as Israel. Really, they are looking to Israel for help. So is Egypt. They will not come out and say it, but really, they are looking for Israel to help save them. Now ISIS has taken over Libya, as well as Syria: They have already taken half of that, and they are thinking of going into Lebanon next. As they do these different maneuvers, they have more or less taken over Iraq, because the Iraqi soldiers have been given armament from the United States twice in the last six months; they have run off and left it, because they are afraid of ISIS. They got all that equipment from us, and just ran off and left it. They even pulled their uniforms off and left them with everything. ISIS is nothing but a devil. They kill little children and women, rape and make slaves of them according to their own desire, and kill the men. One little boy had given his heart to the Lord a few weeks ago. His mom and dad were caught by ISIS along with him. They asked the mom and dad to repent and accept ISIS, to accept Muslimism. They refused. They cut the little boy in half. Do not tell me that is not the devil! You are seeing a foreshadow of what is going to happen under the Catholic system later on. The church world does not know what Babylon is. They think it is America now. They just go from one thing to another. Or they think Muslimism is the antichrist. See? God is leading them all the way around. They believe in the antichrist. They believe in some of these things, but they are letting it turn out to be something altogether different that what it really is. Do not ever forget; it is going to be the pope, whether it be this one or the next one. There are not going to be that many more. There cannot be, because we are too close to the end. Here we are, the world is sitting on dynamite, ready for the fuse to be lit. They are letting it go. Obama pulled all the troops out of Iraq three years ago, now look at it. They have said, if they had just left ten thousand in there, then they could not have done what they have done. Because ISIS started out with eight thousand, but now they have fifty thousand, in just the last six months. That evil thing is growing. Our world is falling apart. For you and me not to recognize what is going on, is a tragedy if we don’t. The Bible tells us very plainly what we are to do and who we are to acknowledge. I will get into that. The United States, on the course they are moving, is going to be destroyed, except for one thing; the vision of George Washington, and the dream of Bro. William Branham. It gives me hope, but it don’t keep us out of trouble, it has gone too far already. They are acknowledging the wrong God, and gods. We have let religion of different cultures come in here and multiply, which has happened in the last fifty some years. I can remember when I was a teenager, hearing things on the secular radio stations. You might ask, did you listen to them? I did, I was not a Christian. They called this country a country nation, that had been brought out of a wilderness. I can remember when there was not all these different things: big malls and all of that. We had little towns, and had grocery stores. They did not have much in them, because people had gardens and grew much of their own stuff. We did not have a lot, but we had enough that people could exist on. Now we live in a generation that would not even know what to do if conditions went back to that. I was nine years old when we got our first refrigerator. The only microwave we had was mom’s cook stove. It made good biscuits and whatever else needed to be cooked. Now, if people had to go back to that, they would be chopping their fingers off with an axe trying to make wood for the cook stove. I remember my dad splitting wood. He would hold that wood, and that axe would hit close to his finger every time. I never did try it, but it worked for him. There were a lot of things we did not have, and did not have a lot of money. The old saying was, being poor was not a disgrace, it was just unhandy. In this day and hour; many people are depending on the government for everything they need. Nearly half the country is on food stamps. Food stamps don’t chop wood. Food stamps don’t grow gardens. It is said, that New York City has only a half day of needed food at any time. That is all they have, because it is delivered to them and taken off the shelves as it is delivered. If a tragedy hits this nation, then what are they going to do. They have plenty of rats, billions of them. Some of them are as big as cats. I feel bad for this nation in one way, because we have not humbled ourselves as a nation. I believe true Christian people have humbled themselves, but we should not take what we believe lightly: because we are at a crossroads of time. We have never been here before. We have had three blood moons, and one more to go. It just happened that they have all come on Jewish holy days. Those holy days were not set up by man, and man did not cause the moon to turn to blood. The sun eclipsed on a certain day of the Jewish calendar when the children of Israel crossed the Red Sea. That might sound ironic to some people, but there is something to all of it. A person cannot set dates, but God knows what is going to happen. If we knew everything , we would be able to plan for it; but not knowing everything, we can and should plan for it to some degree. When Amos saw his day and hour, he said O Israel, prepare to meet thy God. I guess that would be my cry this morning to the saints of God, prepare to meet God, because He is holy and expects us to be holy as well. If you are planning for your children to miss everything, or young people, if you are planning to miss everything, you are being very foolish. What do I mean by that? I mean that you are going to have opposition. How would you like to have been that mom and dad, that just because they had recognized Christ the way they had, not knowing what we know scripturally, had to watch their ten year old son be cut apart by a bunch of devils? They claim ISIS is here in this country. Let us not be like an ostrich and put our head in the sand, thinking it is going to pass, or think we can hide in a basement somewhere and it will just pass over us. Brothers and sisters, I feel for the young people. How many were standing here this morning, innocent. Some of them have already given their hearts to the Lord. They recognized that they were sinners. They had not robbed anyone. They had not stolen anything. They have not been out here in the world to commit all these things, but something happened inside; when Jesus said, come unto me, all ye that labor. Are you laboring under some situation this morning. He will give you rest. We cannot fight all these battles by ourselves, because we do not have a monopoly over our very lives. We have to turn it over to Him (Jesus)and say, here I am Lord. On the day of Pentecost, I was thinking about this the other day, how that one hundred and twenty disciples were in an upper room. They were told what would happen; In Luke 24:49 Jesus said to them: I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem until ye be endued with power from on high. They were going to get a breath of fresh air, something they had never breathed before. They were sitting there, maybe praying, I do not know exactly, what they were doing, but they were there waiting. Jesus told them to wait. There, they sat, just waiting, they did not know how long they were to wait; And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. They were actually speaking in a language they had not learned, and I want to say plainly: it was not just jibber jabber: it was words that were understood by people of other nations, because the Spirit of God enabled some of them to speak in a language that those visiting Jews from other nations spake at home. Every Jew that came to Jerusalem to observe the feast of Pentecost, heard someone speaking his home language. Is anything too hard for God? As God ordains it, when we get in the Spirit and in the right frame of mind; we will experience the same thing. The apostle Paul said in I Corinthians 14:5, I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying. Those disciples that were told to wait;; might have thought it would be in the afternoon, or the next day. But all of a sudden, what they were waiting for came upon the scene: may God do something in Faith Assembly all of a sudden. He will when we get our mind’s where this is our greatest desire; and nothing else is hindering. There they were, waiting. They probably just come there a little earlier that morning. It does not mean they were sleeping there. He told them to wait in Jerusalem. There they were; maybe they were talking and saying, I wonder what is going to happen today? It did not happen the first day, nor the second: It did not happen the second day. It did not even happen the fifth day or the sixth, or seventh day. It simply says; “And when the day of Pentecost was fully come they were all with one accord in one place.” In one accord, in one place. Does that tell us anything? God knows. God knows when we are all going to, (maybe I should not say this, but I will). When we get our heart’s right: (I am not accusing anybody). I am just saying us. I want to escape. I want to get out of here; because we live in a wicked and adulterous generation. Matthew 24:11. “And many false prophets shall rise, (many shall rise) and shall deceive many.” I did not see it, but Mary Lou was telling me about it. Joel Osteen lives in a mighty mansion. They are getting their reward right now. They will not preach against anything. They will not call for people to repent: That is out of their category. But we see the building burning and if there is anybody in there for rescue, we want to be able to see them rescued. We see a nation that is ready to get hit. How many remember 9/11? The malls were closed. What are young people going to do? Also the tattoo parlors are going to be closed. Women and men walking around with their arms colored, looking like snakes. They were talking to young people in jail on the news program. They talked to one young man, he said, I need to get my life straightened up, I need a job. Here he had tattoos all the way up here, on his neck. Who is he going to work for? These little earrings, looking like something that has some kind of growth. Children do not need that. All this paint and stuff, the only place that needs to be, is on a barn. Many false prophets. I am not saying they are not sincere, I believe they are, but they are sincerely wrong. This one teaches Revelation this way or that way, but it is really the revelation of Jesus Christ, Him being revealed. That is what Revelation Chapter 1 says. If there are many false prophets, if it was not for radio and television, you would not know anything about it, but they are out there drawing them in. Money, money, money. One preacher was preaching, and said, you cannot buy yourself into heaven, you cannot buy salvation. When he got through preaching he took up an offering. This man said to him, I thought you said you cannot buy salvation. He said, it is just like water, you have pay to get it into your house. Faith Assembly could not operate and keep doing what it is doing without money, but you do not hear that Sunday morning and Sunday night, then Thursday night. We do not have to take up offerings. True saints know what to do to keep their life in line with the Word o God. I know there is somebody supporting this work, and I appreciate it. I know that my brothers and sisters feel a desire to please od. God loves a cheerful giver. “And because iniquity shall abound, (It SHALL abound. Iniquity is lawlessness. The month of May, since the problem in Baltimore took place, crime is up forty percent, simply because the police are afraid to arrest people that are acting up. There were thirty six murders in the month of May. They told that on the news yesterday in Baltimore. Somebody is wrong. We have got our country bogged down now, in Iran. Kerry is over there; heading to all the different nations, but God did not let him go. He still had four nations to attend, and he fell off a bicycle and broke his leg. This nation is going, as the old saying goes, at break-neck speed to where? I am looking at a Savior, and looking at a God that can control things, but because iniquity and lawlessness run rampant in America, and around the world: He lets every cup get filled to the brim. They used to say, Jews, go home, but now that the Jews in various places are going home, they enemies claim that Israel is not their home. Turkey said this week, that Israel is theirs. We will see about that! ISIS has moved into Lebanon. The next place on their agenda is Israel, but there, is where they will meet their Waterloo. They have the means to do something about it, because they have the armament, but more than anything else they have God to deal with. Brothers and sisters, we have God to fight our battles with the enemy, if we are holding His hand, and He will fight every battle we meet! Maybe you think I am getting loud, but I feel like it.) the love of many shall wax cold.” Did you ever hear an old man or an old woman say; I have lived this way all my life, I am not going to change; and they mean it. This nation has got to a place, where they are saying, we are not going to change. Look at Texas. Texas is not any worse than any other state, but God is teaching Texas a lesson. What is it going to be; when it goes to another state? They have done better than most states, because people are moving there. That is because they were not taking all their money. Now the state is overrun with water, rivers, dams bursting. A river rose forty feet overnight. It took houses. One woman in her house said, I could hear the houses banging against each other. The love of many has waxed cold. We live in a time when we have a government, and people that vote their pocketbook. We have government leaders that do not aim to change, no matter what. They see the nation: I hate to say this, they see the nation going to hell. I hope you know what I mean by that. They see it, but they will not change their ways. They just let it go. It comes down to the individual, the Bible says many false prophets shall deceive many. “But he (that means he or she) that shall endure unto the end the same shall be saved.” We are not Charles Atlas, holding the whole world up, but we are individuals. David did not kill the giant by strength. He did not kill the lion with his strength. He did not kill the bear with his strength. He killed it with the spirit of God. You have seen pictures of Samson, a strong man. God does not get any glory out of the strength of man. He gets glory out of showing Himself through man, or through His daughters, and through Israel. What did God say to Hezekiah? The battle is not yours, the battle is mine. God said to little David, the battle is mine. You have to say that this morning. You have to say it and you have to believe it above anything else. Endure. Paul said to Timothy, endure as a good soldier. There have been women in the Fox’s book of martyrs, a young girl sixteen years old, fixing to be stretched out of joint. That would hurt. A man right before, was stretched to the point he recanted. They loosed the screws and let him go. He expired right there. That sixteen year old girl said, thou fool, if you had just waited one minute. One minute makes a big difference at times. We are going to escape tribulation. That last three and one half years is going to be tribulation just like you are seeing by ISIS, but it is going to be another religion, so called Christianity. The Church is going to escape that because obedience is better than sacrifice. I do not put my money back there in that hole for sacrifice. I am glad to get it out of my hands: it is not mine. He gave me everything I have, and much more than I deserve. Sometimes you feel like giving it all away. You have to mow the lawn, take the car to the car wash, or let it sit out in the rain and let the Lord wash it. I hear some of you laughing, so I guess you have done that too. I have done it. He that shall endure unto the end, if we just stop at that, we have no answer, “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” It does not mean your experience with God is no good, it does not mean that, but what you do from there on proves what you got back here. It really does. Trials come to all of us. Trouble, disappointment, heartache. Let me see your hand: how many in here have never had a disappointment? “And this gospel of the kingdom (We have not cut it short; we have not compromised it. I am not compromising here this morning. Last Sunday night everybody was sitting so still: I was wondering what they were thinking. Are they getting what I am saying? Or are they hating what I am saying? But I just kept going on. When it was time for prayer, then it showed. The Almighty God will get right down to where we live, if we let Him. I did not say, I am going to get on that toe, and I am going to get on that toe. I did not know. I do not know what you watch on television. Neither do I know what you say. I do not know what you read. I do not know how you live. I hope I am not disappointed, but I would rather be disappointed than for God to be, because He knows it all. I am not a pope; trying to poke into your business. I remember one fellow who used to come to church here: He is dead now, but he said he was a Catholic, and every Friday they had to go confess to the priest. He said he went to confession and did not have anything to confess. The priest told him to go back and think. He went back to think, then came back and said, I still do not know anything I have done. The priest got mad at him. It makes me think of the story Bro. Kevin told last week. Years ago,on one of his jobs, he was sixteen years old, and had to make a delivery to a Catholic church. He went inside, and there was no one in there. He saw a table with all these candles lit, and he thought they had forgot to blow them out, so he thought he would do a good deed and blow them out. So Bro. Kevin blew them all out. He said he did not know that was for purgatory, and he did not know how many people he sent to hell that night. That was a funny story. I thought it was worth telling again. This gospel of the kingdom…) shall be preached (It shall be preached; that is why we are doing it. It is not maybe. This gospel of the kingdom, may be it will be preached, it might have an affect, it might do some good, but it is going to cause somebody to endure unto the end. It is going where it is supposed to go. I heard that China, which I hated to hear, that they are building, this was on the News this week. They are building sandbars six hundred miles out in the south China Sea. They are ten thousand feet long runways for military bases. They have said that Taiwan and the Philippines are theirs. I hated to hear that, because of my brothers and sisters in the Philippines. I know, that at one time there were people sending money here from Taiwan. This world is being overrun by evil. When I heard that, I immediately thought about Bro. Jimmy and Sis. August, the brothers and sisters in the Philippines. They were talking about the ten worst nations for persecution of Christianity by Islam, and by Communism, they were talking about it last night on the News, and they went down the list of the ones that were being persecuted by Islam, they got to the last one, it was North Korea. They will not even tolerate a person with a verse of scripture to go in there. The devil is having his heyday. The people in the United States are turning it over and saying, here it is. They are greeting Muslimism and Hinduism, all these pagan religions. I remember the only religious people you had here when I was growing up, was either Protestant or a few Catholics. That is where I grew up. Now here is where we are today We have a picture up here, of a tent. Do you know what that is? That is where people go in the armed forces to talk to the chaplain, in times past. Now they have had to take this away. (The cross) I remember when Obama went and talked to the people in Boston University. He made them cover every cross. He says he is a Christian. Think about it a minute: It is anti-christ. Remember the Senate and Congress, they will not do anything about it. Why? They are afraid they are going to lose votes. The Republican party will not stand up for anything, because they are afraid they will not get in the white house again. You can have your Jeb Bush, Mitch McConnell, Harry Reid, head of congress, they will not stand for anything, because they want the white again. Not Harry Reid, they have already got it. They are not voting for sanity, they are voting for insanity. On the day of prayer, just a few days ago, an army general who was a chaplain called for prayer for the nation. They fired him. He just called for prayer and they fired him. What goes on in Texas goes on in other places also. God has spared us here in this area. I am thankful to Him that He has. Live for God and He will protect you. That does not mean you will never have a sickness again. It does not mean you will never have a headache or anything like that. You are protected from those unseen things. “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; (If they do not get it, it is not our fault, because every month there are thousands and thousands of hits on the internet. Some watch, some do not. It is a witness to those that do not. It is a witness unto all nations. They have the internet, and they can find it. Our brothers and sisters in South Africa found it. When that preacher, who used to preach in this pulpit, did not even let the people know about the internet. He would get the Contender paper of Bro. Jackson’s messages. He would wait two or three months before he gave them out. He would preach the messages that Bro. Jackson had preached, then let the people have the papers. He would say, See, we preach the same thing. No wonder: he was a copy cat.) and then (Then, brothers and sisters, we are near then end.) shall the end come.” Then, shall, that, that word is used before that, then shall the end come. We are right here watching and waiting.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT

The Lord is good, He is good all the time. We thank Him for that. I think I got one chapter this morning in the book of Matthew. That was just three or four verses, but sometimes you just feel led to go in another direction you had not planned yourself. I know it is that way with me, I just have to say Lord, you direct me to suit your will and purpose; because we are not here to please ourselves, we are here to please Him. If the Word hits my flesh, by the words I say, then I am responsible as well as you are. Truly the Lord is leading His ministry in this hour of time; to say things that sometimes has not been spoken at other times an unction of things that have been spoken. We praise His name for His grace to us, for the day and hour He has given us to be able to live in His Word. May He be praised in it all. I want to go to Matthew 16 tonight. The Jews always referred back to Moses: they would never let go of that. They compared Moses to the words that Jesus was speaking. This is not the way Moses said it. Many times it is that way today; in this hour of preparing the bride to meet the Bridegroom. You did not say it like Bro. William Branham, you did not say it like Bro. Jackson did. As long as it is carrying the same message, the exact same words are not that important: the message is what counts, the truth of the Word of God. You are not trying to do something opposite, or to preach something different, but sometimes, just like the godhead: this was something that needed unction in words that would get it straightened out in some people’s mind’s. Just like other things that my brothers have spoken about. I remember years ago when Bro. Bud brought out Isaiah 52:8, in a way that had not been spoken before. When we see eye to eye, then that is bringing unity, not just among the ministry, but unity to all genuine believers. That is what we are still preaching: unity. We have people today, that are just like in Jesus’ time; when they quoted Moses. Moses said this, Moses said that. They were not willing to go any further. Even Jesus told them: he spoke of me, which he did, when he said a prophet shall the Lord thy God raise up unto you, like unto me, Him shall ye hear and every one that will not hear will be cut off from among the people. As I read from Matthew 24 a couple weeks ago, where they were talking about the scripture. He was more or less saying that Jerusalem is going to fall. He cried over it and said, Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem, if you had known the day of your visitation! If you had only known the day of your visitation, but you did not know it, so your house is left unto you empty. He even said He would be willing to gather them together as a chicken or hen does her brood. I lived on a farm. I remember when a chicken hawk would fly over, that hen would let out a cluck and those little chickens would run under her wings. She was warning them. The little chickens would scramble to get under her because they knew that was their protection. That is what Jesus was referring to. He knew something about farm life. He knew about fishing. He used those illustrations: just like when He talked about the corn of wheat and when He said He would make His disciples fishers of men. He caught more fish at one time than the disciples ever did, by fishing all night. He brought them into the boat of Peter and, and they began to sink, and they had to get into another boat. Today, the message we know and understand is not accepted by the world churches. You cannot do anything about it because it has already been spoken, just like those words were to the Jews. Matthew 13:47, where it speaks about a net being cast into the sea and gathering of every kind. We have seen it fulfilled, Methodists, Baptists, Catholic, unbelievers, make believers, and then there are the true believer. That is the one out of all of it that He is actually after. There is just one thing He was after when He said the net was cast into the sea, because He tells about all those others. If people listen to scripture, they would know what He was talking about. They would know, when He was talking about the net being cast into the sea and gathering of every kind, they were gathered. Because He said many are called, but few are chosen. They have these fish tournaments, they have a Bass tournament. They can catch a lot bigger fish than bass. They are not after carp, they are not after cat fish. I am sure, that they sometimes hook on to some of those others. I know nothing whatsoever about a bass tournament, I have just heard about them, and seen them on the News. I don’t know anything else about it, but I know they are not looking for anything else, other than what is announced for the competition. An almighty God is big enough to know what He is after. He is big enough to know where the catch is. Among all those that were dragged to the shore, most of them were thrown back into the water, because that were not what He was after. That is a perfect illustration of what the gospel of salvation through believing in the Lord Jesus Christ really is. Many are called; but few are chosen, or you could say, the chosen, because God knew from the foundation of the world: who would accept His offer of salvation. He is after hearts that will follow Him. When He called the twelve apostles He said, follow me. He did not give them a second choice. He never gave us a second choice in this hour either. I went to the Methodist church when, and when I told them to take my name off of their membership roll: I listened to the preacher preach. He got up and preached a message and said, if you are a good Methodist, when you go to another community, (he already knew I had left the Methodist church), or go to another city, then you will take your membership with the Methodist church to that city. I sat and listened to him. When he got through, I went to him and told him to take my name off. That hurts them because they just lost somebody they thought would be a benefit to them. We are in this (you could call it a race) to win, we are not in it to lose. Matthew 16:24, “Then said Jesus unto His disciples.” Sometimes Jesus was hard. Do you think the message I preached this morning, or last week was hard? Jesus deliberately preached things to test and separate the genuine believers from those who were just going along for whatever material gain they could get. You see His following, in various ways. After He had fed five thousand, the next day He said to the people, after they had eaten, and had even thought about making Him king, a very different turn of events. Just like when He said: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, you have no life in you. That was hard. He meant it at times to be hard ; because the believer is going to catch the true meaning, and it is not hard for them. Truth is not hard on a believer. It may get on our toes at times, but that works for our good. When I first heard serpent seed, it was just like a snap, the truth came to me. On the other hand there were people that said of Brother Branham, that the devil was the one inspiring him. Oh yeah, they accepted the bread and fish, they were willing to be pulled out of the water, but you get a fish out of water, it is not going to live long. Those other things, you can throw them back in because it is their nature. What do I mean by that, a fish will not live long after you get him out of water? We are not meant to live, we are meant to give our lives, take up our cross and follow Jesus. The cross is death, to the flesh, but the spirit is alive forever . Do you understand what I mean now? A fish out of water may lay there and flop a little while, but after awhile it gives up. A true believer will not fight and fight and fight. There may be certain things that makes them stumble, but somehow they will get up and they will realize; that is right, that was right all the time. I am not trying to make Jesus out as somebody being a hard taskmaster, but I am saying that He is going to wreck some that are not genuine,but He is gong to save others that are willing to follow Him in truth. Just like the scripture I read this morning that was saying strive to enter in. Push your way, do not let the devil push you off of the right track: you have a right to be there: you have a right to the tree of life. That tree of life is the Holy Ghost. I remember Bro. William Branham talking about it. He said the serpent got to Eve before God did, before the Holy Ghost did. If sin had never happened, they would have received the Holy Ghost. There was no way the devil could have touched them. “Then said Jesus unto His disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” As I was talking to you this morning, there is no way they could get me to be a chaplain. I would not fool with what they have to put up with. “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” The world tonight, is after this or after that. They are conniving to acquire material gain; at the expense of losing their own soul. You have government leaders that are more conniving than what the Mafia is. They are not interested in us. They are interested in the next election, especially congress, because they are elected every two years. They start running for congress as soon as they are elected. They do not want to give it up. They claim, that once they get to Washington, they do not want to leave. You can see that. If they had put a cap on their stay there a long time ago, then maybe things would have been different, and our government would not be as disappointing as it is. They are talking about another election in Israel because they just have a 61-59 margin. They do not think the thing can last a full year without another election. Netanyahu said we will not give up any land, and we will not give up Jerusalem. Immediately after he was elected, he was talking about it, not Jerusalem, but Judaea. Go ahead and try it. You have got the opportunity. Try to throw out three hundred and some thousand people out of Judaea and see what you get. They expelled nine thousand out of Gaza, and they almost failed to get them out. That land belongs to nobody but Israel. It does not belong to the Palestinians. It does not belong to the U.N. either Neither does it belong to America. They had better leave it alone. Keep your hands off of that which is God’s land. Look at it in the 37^th chapter of Ezekiel, the first thing that is converted, renewed, is the land, the mountains. You can see it going on. Israel is the only nation in the world that are able to salvage seventy three percent of their water. Spain is second with twenty three percent. California is so dry, the governor said you people have to conserve thirty percent. They have conserved four percent. They hired somebody from Israel to come and show them how to save water. They tried to tell them to get it from the sea and desalt it. They did not do it. California is getting ready to sink. Yellowstone Park is raising, then going down, then raising. They found out that underneath, it is twice as big as they thought: the fault line. What happened? What happened to Sodom and Gomorrah? What is it? How many states have accepted gay marriage already? Bruce Jenner made the front of women’s magazine; he is an ugly woman. I guess that is what he is, he does not know. The devil is taking over the mind of a lot of people. I read this morning, how He would turn them over to a reprobate mind to believe a lie. As Paul said, to believe a lie and be damned. Whosoever should save his life, shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake, shall find it, Jesus said. “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” Brothers and sisters, God has given us great things. We could be out there in that quagmire, but we are not. We have given up carnal things for spiritual things; which will last forever. During the service this morning, I felt like something was just leaping out: It is getting close. That feeling is going to produce fruition. When it does, this whole assembly will shake as it did in the book of Acts. Shake us Lord! wake us to righteousness!let us not be stragglers. Brothers and Sisters: I am your pastor, not by choice, but I take my calling of God very serious and thankfully. How many want the Spirit of God to shake us loose from our normal routine and make all of us alive to spiritual reality? How many want that to just fill you to the uttermost, where we can say we are not our own, we have been bought with a dear price? God did not leave anything out on His part. Some of you young people are wanting something, and maybe some of the older people as well. How many realy do want more of what the Spirit of God can give? It will dissolve all doubts. It will take away fears. It will take away unbelief. It is just about here: I know it is coming. Bro. William Branham said the Bride has not had a revival. Bro. Jackson comes along and says the same thing. She has not had a revival yet, but we have to be expecting it. We are the last generation. What shall a man profit if he gains the whole world and loses his soul, or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? I thought of that old song, what would you give in exchange for your soul? If today God called you away, what would you give in exchange for your soul? Life here is very short, I am learning that. When the Bible says life is a vapor, if you are twenty years old tonight, you think that life is long, but when you get to the age I am, you will see it has been very short, because your mind still works as it did when you were young. “For the Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father.” What a day that is going to be, when my Savior I shall see. It says we shall see Him as He is, for ourselves and not another. You are going to see Him, I am going to see Him. We will not have to ask somebody else to show us. He is not going to be on a television screen. He will be everywhere. The presence of the Almighty is going to fill this earth as the water that covers the sea. I love Him tonight, I adore Him, I feel Him. He is here. That inspired me, the Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father. Those things that trouble you, those aches and pains, give them over to Him. Give it all over to Him: He is able to take care of it all. We are not to be pitied: because He has made a way of deliverance for all. We are too strong for pity, because we have the Spirit of Him in us; that has conquered all adversaries. God has done too much for us: for anyone to feel hopeless about any situation. I am not saying that anyone will, but if you go to glory with a headache, it is going to be worth it all. That is just to makea point: I certainly do not believe anyone will. I believe the time is coming: even here already: when we no longer let our enemy rob us of God’s provision. Let’s quit feeling sorry for ourselves. That is making Him look small. You might think, there is nobody that hurts like I do. Sometimes there are things that come upon us that is worse than pain in the flesh. Sometimes you just have to throw it all off. Get rid of those things that trouble you, things that bother you. When you come to the altar to be prayed for, leave that thing there. Let us get settled in our mind, that God cares for us. We are important to Him. The Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father, so God has poured His glory out upon His Son. When He comes, we will see that glory. Right? What a privilege to be able to see Him in His glory and be a part of it. I could call each one of you out by name and say, encourage yourself. Don’t let the devil get the best of you. Some of you might think, you just do not know how I feel. The Bible says weeping comes for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Smack the devil. Don’t let him smack you around. You are a child of the King. “For the Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He shall reward every man according to his works.” He is bringing it with Him, the reward is coming with Him. We should be getting some joy out of things now, not walking around with the mully-grubs, just hating our life, hating everything we do. Every once in awhile when you do something stupid like I do sometimes, laugh at yourself. Put one over on old Satan. He loves it when things of life cause us a problem.There are times I have to apologize to God. I have to say I’m sorry Dear Lord: I ask you to forgive me. please help me to be a better person. I am not talking about some gross sin or something like that, but something you feel you have not pleased Him with. He shall reward every man according to his works, that applies to what we are doing while we are still here. He is going to reward us according to our attitudes, according to our desires, according to our hopes, according to the way we feel about Him, according to the way we feel about our brothers and sisters. Do I really love you? Do I really care about your cares? About your sicknesses? About your pain? I miss you when you are not here. I feel for you when you are sick. I feel for my brothers that have other people working for them. About these sisters that are working in factories, where everything is not joyous. I spent thirty one years in factory work, and another three years at a factory in Cincinnati. Well I want to go to chapter 10 of Matthew. Start with verse 37. “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: (That is hard.) and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” I told you this morning about the young boy, ten years old, that just gave his heart to the Lord a few weeks ago. ISIS caught him, his mom and dad. They told them to recant and accept the Muslim faith. I don’t know why they call it faith because it is not faith. They responded, that they would not do that. Those dirty devils, which I will call them, cut the little boy in two right in front of their eyes. To me, that is enough for our military forces to go in there and do away with ISIS once and for all. Why do they let them live? You might say, you should not talk like that Brother Allen. Well God talks like that. Look at Revelation 17. Look at Revelation 20, when judgement comes. That is bringing those that have already died, that have already suffered, bringing them up from the dead to be judged for the last time. There, they will stand in human flesh. You might say, I thought it was just their spirit. It says their bodies. To stand before an Almighty God, and when they do, their knees will bow. Every knee shall bow to God and confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, to the glory of God the Father. One last time, Continued next issue.
