Bro. Allen ended the last edition looking at the age of Thyatira. We are picking up where he left off.
I believe with all my heart God is winding things up and getting His church ready to go. I know a lot of what I am saying in this edition and the past one does not have a lot to do with my title subject. But I am going through time so we can understand the relevance of the time we live in, and to understand the judgment that will come when God stops extending mercy to lost mankind. We are in a time when we can see the things spoken of by God come to pass. I can do nothing but praise Him for His wonderful care and kindness that enables us to understand what is happening in the world today. It is getting ready for the time of God’s judgment. God’s wrath is going to happen at a certain point after the tribulation has come. I am not talking about the final judgment of mankind at the end of the Millennium, I am talking about the judgment of the present world. God is going to put an end to man’s plans and ideas for the future. There are many ideas and opinions of what is going to happen even in the religious world. Man has a lot of great plans, but it is not going to work out according to their knowledge and opinions. There must be a time when God is going to shut the damper off, so to speak, to the stove that is not brewing. The wicked agenda in this country and much around the world will come to an end. Our president cannot go anywhere except there is a big march against the things he is doing. He is only doing what he said he would do when he was elected. Presidents have promised many things, but by the time it is over with, they have done none of it. Just like moving the embassy to Jerusalem: for twenty-five years it was to be moved. But it did not happen because they would always put it off over and over. It happened in Clinton’s time, it happened in Bush’s time, and in Obama’s time. Now Trump did what they failed to do. I know the world does not accept Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, but the USA does. Most of world would probably want it to be left alone the way it is. Most would like it to stay the way it was and force Israel to negotiate with the Palestinians for a land grab. That is exactly what it would have been, a land grab. But we find that God uses men. God called Nebuchadnezzar his servant. I feel that God is using a man in this hour to fulfill some of the plans of God. The world is rising up against it.
Song of the 144,000
A brother called me and asked a question I want to look at. I never thought I would get into it but I guess I will. This is what I want to look at for a little bit. Then I want to go to some other things. The question was, what song is going to be sang by the 144,000. What song is it? He had a thought on the song the gentiles would sing. But he did not know what song the Jews would sing. But there is an indication of what the song will be about. We do not know the song, but there is an indication of what it will be about. Let us read Revelation 14:5. “And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.” The name of the Father that God gave His Son is the name the family of God is called by, the name of Jesus Christ. But to these that are standing here with Him on Mount Zion, it says, “I looked, and lo, a Lamb.” What does that mean? Why did not it just say there stood Christ? It was the Lamb, in recognition of what He did. This is why it mentions Lamb in these places. It is what He did to bring salvation to this 144,000, as with all saints. Jesus said, “I am come in my Father’s name.” His name was written in their foreheads. “And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of great thunder: (Who was making all this noise? There is an answer to it. I heard a voice from heaven as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of great thunder….) and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps.” It is a song, that is what it is. Because why would the harpers be harping with their harps if it is not a song? Here is the song. “And they sung (See? It is still keeping with the subject. He is not changing the subject. They sung…) as it were a new song before the throne, (It is a new song. It is not something that we know, it is not something that has been spoken. It is a song and we are going to find out a little bit about that. Before the throne, which is the throne of God.) and before the four beasts, (Which represents Bride people that are raised up out of every generation.) and the elders: (Which is the elders of Israel. See? When it is talking about the beasts, we know what the beasts were. It was something to combat the power of the horse riders. It was something to help the saints overcome the power of Satan. They sung as it were a new song before the four beasts, which represents Christian people. It is the leadership of that beast which brought each age into existence. Because every beast represented a group of people.) and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb (Christ, He is still the Lamb because we are still in that last period of time, the last three and half years of time. They were following the Lamb…) whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.” That is speaking of redemption. What did John say when he saw him? Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sins of the world. As we look at that, they are singing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb. That is what they are doing here whenever they are singing the song, so why would it not be understood by Bride people? Because the song is a unison of the Law and Grace that has now come together in that 144,000. So there is nobody else that can sing that song but them. Because we are Gentiles. The Jews are Jews. But what these had a mission is to the world. Their mission is not just to Jews. They are going being sent to the whole world. That is the reason it is printed that way. He heard a voice from heaven as the voice of many waters, that was the song he heard, which is the song of the 144,000. This is not a song for anyone else. It is not necessarily sung as we would think, but this is all presenting a message, as we go on through this 14th chapter. It is a message to the world in the endtime. It will also be a message to Gentile foolish virgins, warning them to stay away from the mark of the beast and the image of the beast. This is what they are preaching. As you go on down you will find that in other verses here. “And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.” When I preached the message saying they were in heaven when they sang this song, I know there was controversy. It was on certain web sites saying that I did not keep in line with what had already been taught. But we have to look at scripture no matter what. We have to look at scripture because it said they sang this song before the throne of God. So where is that at? It is in heaven. It says that they are without fault, and in their mouth was found no guile, they are without fault before the throne of God. So they are in heaven. And if we read into the next verses, we can see what brought them to heaven. Which will go on into the 14th verse. “And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” This is their redemption. This is their change. This whole chapter is talking about the 144,000 until you get down to the last part of it, and that is judgment that happens after the 144,000 are redeemed. It said redeemed from the earth. So I hope you see that. I hope that answers the question.
Knowledge Shall Be Increased
I want to go to Daniel 12. There are some things here that are going on right now that I want to get into. “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, (Which is the tribulation) such as never was since there was a nation (the Jewish nation) even to that same time: and at that time thy people (which is the Jews) shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.” In the book of life, that is what it is talking about. 144,000 will be in there. “And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” This is the resurrection of the white robed saints and the tribulation martyrs at the end of the tribulation, and then the resurrection of the wicked at the end of the millennium for the Great White Thone judgement. “And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.” Which goes back to Gentile people and Jews, which would be the early church on up until the end. “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, (He is telling him to close the words that he has been given.) and seal the book, even to the time of the end: (See? We did not know that. Shut up the words that have been spoken, till the time of the end. So what are we living in, that is my question this morning? Just where are we at in time, to be able to see into God’s word as it opens up to us, to be a light unto us, to guide us, to let us know what is expected and what is going on in this hour. But thou O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Because there is nobody going to understand this until the time of the end.) many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” What I want to look at next is this knowledge. What is it? It is scientific knowledge. It shall be increased. I hope I can explain this to where you understand it because there was a sister that came to me last Sunday and said, I have taken some things off the shelf now. I hope everybody can say that as we go into this. That is the purpose of the truth, to be able to recognize the time with the teaching. Revelation 9. “And the fifth angel sounded.” This is after the fourth. The fourth angel that sounds is when the three woes are brought in. Those three woes happen at the middle of the last seven years. As we look at this fifth trumpet, we can know this is now the last half of the week. All three woes happen at the middle of the week. One of them is when the two prophets are killed. The other is when the Satan is cast to the earth. The third is when the bottomless pit is opened and hell is let loose. Those three woes all happen at the time of the fourth trumpet. I will read Revelation 8:12. “And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. And I beheld, and an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, (Watch: the three woes are part of the fourth trumpet.) Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!” See? What does it say? Woe, woe, woe. These all happened right in the middle of the week. We can pinpoint that precisely because we know exactly how long the two prophets prophesy, and we know they are killed in the middle of the week. So this lets us know this trumpet and these woes are all happening at the middle of the week. It is just before the fifth trumpet sounds. There are other indications. Let us look at it.
“And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: (A star, he is talking about an angelic being. How do we know?) and to him (to him) was given the key of the bottomless pit.” What is this talking about? This is where I want to bring in Daniel 12:4. Right as we are sitting here this morning, it is happening. I had not really attached it to this until this week. I have been hearing more of this in the last few months. I had not really put it to the test, the scriptures, but we are right here. This is not the time of this, but we are readying for the time of this. Because God is giving the Bride of Christ an opportunity to see future tense, not just present tense. We know what is going on present tense because we place that in the scripture. We see Israel back in the land. We see the corruption that is in the earth. You see all those crazy people marching in London. The rainbow group and everything else was there, just a bunch of degraded people. That is what they are. Messed up in their minds. Trump said he was not going to go to London because of the weak government they had there. The mayor is a Muslim. He said, it is too diverse. There is no other president that would have said that. They like that diversity. But you see what it has done in Germany, what it has done in England, what it is doing in the United States. There are great plans in the United States for things to happen and they are getting this ready. You are going to see it in the near future, different things that are going to happen. Because something is going to bring about George Washington’s vision. “And he opened the bottomless pit; (The bottomless pit opens in the middle of the week.) and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.” That is spirits coming up. As he sees it, he sees the smoke. But why would it just be open? It is opened so something can get out. “And there came out of the smoke locusts (devilish looking creatures. You know what a locust is? They are creatures that eat. This time it will be eating at man’s mind, because we are in the middle of the week. You will see this as we go on. There came out of the smoke locusts….) upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.” See? It is spirits coming up out of the pit. Unto them was given power as scorpions of the earth have power, stings. But this is going to be worse. “And it was commanded them (commanded) that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only (Only. Here we have an another indication that it is in the middle of the week. Only….) those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.” In other words they have received the mark of the beast. If they do not have the seal by then, they will never have the seal of God in their foreheads. “And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: (Five months of torment. To them it was given that they should not kill them, here is where scientists are coming in now. But that they should be tormented five months….) and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.” They are given power not to kill men. See? “And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.” I could say, well God is not going to permit them to die, He is going to make them to stay alive. But right now while we are talking, Russia is working on a thing.[1] Are any of you boys ten years old? Alright. They figure that a boy, maybe if he is athletic, can run ten miles an hour. That would be pretty good. I could not keep up with you now, but at one time I could have, when I was a boy. Why did I mention that? Because they are going to work on young people’s minds. Hitler started this. They are going to work on young people’s minds by placing something in there, to where they say they can run twenty miles an hour, they could run thirty miles an hour. This is not possible with the human mind as it is now. Because Russia wants to make young people to where they are going to be more like robots. They are going to train their minds. They are going to place things in there. They have already talked about it, to where that if they are on a battlefield and are wounded, they will be able to keep going. See? It says men will desire to die, but death will flee from them. We are already ahead of the game, brothers and sisters, the game that they are playing with the minds and hearts of young people. They are going to fix it to where they can repair themselves while they are still on the field of battle. They will know what to do if they are wounded, to repair themselves, to keep on going. This is future plans. Here it is in Daniel 12:9. It says they will desire to die but death will flee from them. God is going to see that after they have received the mark of the beast, He is going to see to it that they go ahead with their plan. It is in the planning now, but it will not happen until the middle of the week. We see as they are planning these things, we are getting very close to the wrapping up of things that we see now. We are getting very close to those things. “In those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.” At one time I would have thought, God is going to keep them alive, but it is the devil’s plan to be able to do this, to repair themselves on the battlefield, even if they are wounded they keep going. This is already being planned for the future, for armies that are on the field of battle. They are programming man’s mind, young people, programming their mind to where they are not going to care for anything except what is programmed into their minds. This sounds fantastic. I would never have dreamed of anything like that. But this scripture had to fit in so God is giving us a head start on this. “And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; (See? He is bringing this in to let you see future warfare.) and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.” What a mess, what a mixed up mess this world is coming to in the dark tribulation hours. People that do not even care if they live or die. Young people on the battlefield, they do not care. “And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.” What it is, they have trained them like this, to do the things that they have planned for them. You have scientists back here in background, they are not going to do themselves that way. But they are inspired of the devil to do his business. He is trying to get back at God. They plan now is to be able to give eternal life to a person. That is their plan. These are plans in the making, that the body can heal itself over and over and over as time goes on. They are looking out for something for themselves, as well as what they are doing to other people. This may sound fantastic, but this is what they are doing, trying to get man to live forever and ever in this state of mind.[2][3] “And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.” This is what happens at the end of the tribulation time. East and west wage a war. Their minds are trained too. China, in the last twenty years has made giant leaps in their lifestyle. They made giant leaps in scientific things. What is happening? They are preparing for the last day. This is their preparation. They do not know it. But this is what is happening. It is not going to be pretty, but it is going to happen, just as it is being planned now. ”And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.” See? He says that again. Their power was to hurt men five months. “And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, (Which is the devil. He is the angel of the bottomless pit.) whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. One woe is past; (It is already done.) and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.” Hereafter, because this fifth seal does not begin until the middle of the week. When it says hereafter, John has not seen the other woes yet. Because we head from there into the sixth trumpet. “And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.” That is where they were held back in the 7th chapter. Here this is at the beginning of the week that they are held back, because if it had not been for that, there would not have been Armageddon. They were held there at the river Euphrates to keep east and west apart until that time should come. This is what it is talking about. Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. See? You go from the fifth one to the sixth one. “And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, (a certain hour) and a day, (This is all planned out. If the Bride was here, which she will not be, she would know exactly when this is going to happen. She will be gone.) and a month, and a year, (He gives every bit of it. An hour, a day, a month, and a year.) for to slay the third part of men.” The third part of men which will be the war between east and west. “And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: (Which is two hundred million.) and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having the breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: (Which are the weapons, the ones sitting on the horses. It is not horses here, it is horsepower.) and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.” Which will be a war game. This will only be that last horse, the gray horse which will be riding. Go back into the 6th chapter which we will cover. “By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their (horses) mouth.” That last horse. “For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues (See? It is calling them plagues now.) yet repented not of the works of their hands, (They cannot, they have sold out their souls. It is not whether they are willing or unwilling, they have done crossed the line.) that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, (This is what they worshipped in Daniel 11.) and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk. Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, (They cannot, because the time is over for it. At one time they could have if it was in them. But it was never in them. As the Bible says, can a leopard change its spots? It cannot do it. You can even shave them and that pattern is still there. Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries,….) nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” All of this is a part of that last half of the week of time.
I will go back to Revelation 6:7, the fourth seal. “And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.” Bro. Jackson went over this. He said this is the only one that tells about the voice. The first one tells about the thunder which happened in 1963 as the seals were revealed unto Bro. Branham. That is where you get that cloud. Because there was a great noise in the mountains there. People went out and looked at what they thought was smoke. The vapors were too high, twenty six miles high, thirty miles wide. Too high for any vapor, yet it was up there. This all happened at the opening of the seals when Bro. Branham got the message to come back to Jeffersonville and preach the seals. This is when that happened, March and April of 1963. All of the commotion, what do you think is going to happen when seven thunders sound? The first thunder, look what it did. What is going to happen? The Bride of Jesus Christ is going to get ready to leave this world. When he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, come and see, which is the prophetic message. God sent. It is recorded in Malachi 4 when you look at it there. We see this fourth beast. “And I looked, and behold a pale horse: (or a gray horse) and his name that sat on him was Death, (You do not see that in others, you see evil looking riders. But it comes down to the last horse rider. I looked and behold a pale horse, and his name that sat on him was Death. His name that sat on him was Death….) and Hell followed with him. (See? This is the last bit of time that man has. Hell followed with him.) And power was given unto them (See? It is saying him, him, and him, then it says them, them. See? It goes from him to them, because it is the riders with him, all of them. They talk about dead men walking, this is a bunch of dead men riding. Even his name is Death, and Hell followed with him. Power was given unto them….) over the fourth part of the earth, (We go back to the sixth trumpet where the angels that hold back at the Euphrates River, where they are loosed. This is talking about that. Power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, which will be the Middle East and that is where the war happens. That is where it is climaxed. It does not just happen there, but that is the climax of the war where they meet together. It is already going on, it does not all just happen right there. It is already going on, but this is where it will climax. That is why the blood is so deep. It is the climax right there at Armageddon, which is Megiddo Valley.) to kill with sword, and with hunger, (To kill with the sword, that is the tribulation where they are going to kill those Jews and the Gentile foolish virgins. It says with hunger, go back to Matthew 25. I was hungry, you gave me no meat. I was thirsty, you gave me no drink. That is a rough way to die. To kill with the sword, and with hunger….) and with death, (In other words, dead rotten things full of contaminations. To kill with death…) and with the beasts of the earth.” They will again have the arenas that they have spent billions of dollars on building, they will have arenas. Instead of watching soccer in Finland, or wherever they are, someplace, instead of playing soccer, they will be watching people in the arenas being slaughtered. This will be fun to them. It was fun to the people there when we look at the scriptures, as they were put in arenas and killed off. We see that. Then you have the fifth seal, most of which has already happened in the past. It pertains to the salvation of the Jews. It will finish up with the Jewish saints who are saved or martyred during the 70th week of Daniel. Then the sixth seal happens at the very end of the week. Verse 12. “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.” This is Matthew 24:29-31 When he had opened the sixth seal, and lo there was a great earthquake, the sun became black as sackcloth of hair and the moon became as blood. “And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; (Peter also sees this.) and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” There will be no place to hide. There is a song, no hiding place down here. There will be no hiding place in that time.
All Power Is Given
I want to look at something else now. Matthew 28:18 is a scripture that is so misunderstood by people. I know I misunderstood it at one time, until I heard the message about Jesus being the Son of God instead of being God. Bro. Jackson brought it out, which gave me an understanding. “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. (Then He said…) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (Jesus said, I am come in my Father’s name.) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” That 18th verse, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. See? There is a key word there, all power is given. Somebody had to give it. So what is He talking about? It He running the universe? No. It is to the church, to the believers. All power is given unto Him. God gave that over to Him, in heaven and in earth, which Jesus sits on the right hand of the Father, making intercession. So it comes from heaven to us. But it is all delegated by the Father. There are other scriptures here. Let me go to Philippians 2:5-7. “Let this mind be in you, (Remember that.) which was also in Christ Jesus: (Let this same mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.) Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God.” God delegated Him this power. He is not speaking of himself. Jesus never spoke of himself. Whatever the Father shows me, that will I do. Paul is explaining that here in these verses. Who being in the form of God, I was thinking of this. “But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, (He humbled himself and became obedient unto death.) even the death of the cross.” Being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God. He said, I am my Father are one. He was not bragging. He was not boasting. He was just going by what the scripture says, Emmanuel, which is God with us. God was with man. Jesus said, I do nothing except the Father show me. So He was dependent on the Father. But in His thought here, being equal with God, God was speaking through Him to mankind. He had the voice of God. He was the voice of God on the earth when He was here. He spoke as the Father showed Him to speak, yet He became as a man, as a Jew. This is something I thought about as I looked at it. Being in the form of God, or in the likeness. In the likeness of God to be able to speak the things of God. Before we were born, we were somewhere in God’s memory, Jesus was already there. He said, I came from God, I go back to God. We were already there, the Bride of Jesus Christ was already there in God’s memory. That is why Jesus would say that. John 17:4-6. “I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.” In other words, He is getting ready to leave. He said, I have finished the work you gave me. “And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self (Glorify thou me with thine own self.) with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.” In other words, Jesus is rejoicing because God already had Him in mind in the very beginning. The Spirit of God that lives now within us, that lived then, so we are a part of what He was whenever He created the earth and the heavens. So Jesus Christ was the same. With the glory which I had with thee before the world was. What a story! What a picture that He gives of himself! That is why He could say, He thought it not robbery to be equal with God, because He was in God’s mind before the world ever was. So were we, every one of us, we are already there in God’s mind before the world ever was. The world was not. The world is just made up, made up of all kinds of creatures. “I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, (Thine they were,) and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.” Thine they were. What is He talking about? Before the world was. John 5:43, “I am come in my Father’s name, (Every son takes on the name of the father. It used to be that way.) and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.” That is talking of the pope. I am come in my Father’s name. The name of Jesus Christ is the redemptive name. The word Jesus is the same as Joshua, which is Saviour. God delegated that. I touched three different subjects so far, but it was some things I was thinking about and wanted to bring out.
Last Days
I have three more scriptures I want to go over next. I pray if will be a blessing. We are living in a time when the Bible speaks that in the last days certain things will happen, then it advises us to look up because our redemption is drawing nigh. We are looking in that direction today because our help comes from the Lord. He was the one that designed the time we are living in, told it perfectly, as it was in the days of Noah and as it was in the days of Lot. In Amos 7:7 it says, they shall die in a polluted land. Of course it is talking about Israel, but I think that can apply to any people that are trying to do something contrary to the word of the Lord. San Francisco is like Sodom itself. San Francisco is more or less the capital of homosexuality and lesbianism, and all those things that are going on now. The mayor has said she went through San Francisco and she could not believe how it looked in the streets. Because more than seventy four hundred people live in the streets of San Francisco. All the garbage and human waste is dumped in the street, like a giant latrine.[4] That is putting it very awful, but that is the way she has described it to be. One man was talking about it and saying all the taxes that California takes in, it looks like they could clean up the streets. It is just like that. The rich live out of town, the poor live in town. The poor are the ones that are living on the streets. Many of them are drug addicts. There are so many needles and drug paraphernalie there, it is unbelievable. That is where drugs will leave you, homeless and dying in the street. I heard a story of a man who started doing drugs. He went from someone who had a good job to being a person that has stole electricity. He worked for the electric company at one time, he went to somebody else’s meter and took it off and put it in his house because he could not afford to pay his own bill. Whenever they went in there, the property had been sold, it was just garbage everywhere. That is what happens to a person who is on heroin and stuff like that.
We have a lot of things to look into and a lot of scriptures that I have covered before, but maybe not completely. There is always something that comes out of what you have already gone over, to look at. I was thinking about the 21st chapter of Revelation. There you see the picture of the Bride, and you see the picture of the world, all the way up beyond the Milllennium, when you go into the 1st verse, the other verses on down to the 9th verse, then you are looking at the great judgment. Then you are looking at the Millennium after that. Because it said He creates new heavens and a new earth and there will be no more sea. So these all play out during the Millennium. God is giving this earth a thousand years to recover from what has happened in six thousand years. In that time man has really polluted the earth to a state that God cannot tolerate it, even the animal kingdom. He is not going to start all over, but He will take time to redeem it all. At the time of creation, it took time for everything to grow. Before the animal kingdom came on the earth, first all the plant life had to grow. God has already had his forests, already has his trees and everything. We see it is fruitful then whenever Adam and the animals come on the earth, it is again fruitful. Because God placed him in a garden, which is both physical and spiritual. The spiritual part, he never was able to take hold of that, but it was there, which will show up again in Revelation 21 and 22. We see God’s working as we come through time, to be able to know the knowledge of God. Some people will say, well that is going a little too far. Well, God has given us knowledge. He has given us understanding, He has given us wisdom. Bro. Branham said, talking about tongues and other things, he said the greatest gift is wisdom to know that your soul is saved. There are a lot of people that thought they were Christians that turned out to be worshipping of a man. Now they are baptizing in the name of the Lord Branham Christ. That is the way they are worshiping now, some of them that have stayed in what they call the message. It is their message, not the message of God at all. It is their message. William Branham was a prophet sent from God who I was glad to be able to see, and see the working of God in his ministry the last three summers he lived. I was able to see that and be able to see how people treated it. Back then I said, the word William Branham is mentioned nine times to what Jesus Christ is once. That was going on at that time. There are things going on in the move that are terrible. It just lets us know that I and some of you, as we were permitted to be under the ministry of Bro. Branham, that God has grace on us to pull us out of that after he was gone. Because it began to turn and go down hill. Lee Vayle, one fellow told me he did not have a doctor’s degree, but Bro. Branham called him that. In1966, Lee Vayle said the door of grace was closed, there will be no more people saved. I was sitting there when he made that statement. It was early spring in 1966. He said there would be no more people saved. I am looking at people that did not know William Branham, who were not even born in 1966. But you have come to the knowledge of the truth and water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. It is not baptism in the name of the Lord Branham Christ. It is not that. People are fooled on that stuff, they will just go on down the road as they are, believing that. One day they will wind up in the tribulation. There is nothing else for them because they have rejected the word of God, thinking that if they listen to tapes they will be fine. If they really listened to them, it would bring them out of that craziness and bring them unto the living God, instead of trying to say that William Branham was Jesus Christ. That is completely insane. It is insanity. It is completely that way because they have given themselves over unto idols. They have. If you take a little book which Bro. Branham preached, if you take that and hold it up above the word of God, then you are wrong.
In this nation it is coming out now that some preachers are going to stop preaching from the Bible, but preach from other books. They feel the Bible is something that is separating people. They do not know that it is supposed to separate. But let them go, leave them alone. They will see, and it is not long off. If they could see the storms coming, they would not be destroyed. But they are going to be, which is not a pleasant thing. That is not my desire that they should perish but come to repentance. But God knows who will. He has already placed their name there from the foundation of the earth. It was foreordained who would be there. But we are on a right track and we are going to keep on that way until the Lord comes for us, or we go to him, either way we are going to be alright. There is no mystery there because it said the dead in Christ will rise first. But those that are alive and remain will be changed in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye at the last trump. The way the world church has it figured, the church is going to go through the tribulation. If they go through the tribulation, they are all going to have to die. But how are you going to fit that scripture that said, we shall not all die, but we shall be changed in the moment in the twinkling of an eye. Except the woman of Revelation 12, and the sheep people, all the rest will die. The woman of Revelation 12 will not die. They will not die, because somewhere they are going to be protected. Which we believe the remnant of Revelation 12 will have a place maybe somewhere in the United States, to be able to live during that dark time of tribulation. Because Revelation 12 says they escape and that they have a place prepared for them. So we are going on in this, looking at things that are happening now in this time we are living in as we see all the dirt and everything they are trying to bring upon the president. Of course he has lived an unclean life. We know that. But neither did Cyrus. Neither did David, but David was a man after God’s own heart. Which I do not say that Trump is that, but he is fulfilling the time of Cyrus. They are trying to knock him out one way or another, to keep him from fulfilling that. The Jews recognize it in Israel, because he recognized their capital of Jerusalem. God recognizes those things. Even though they may live a displeasing life to God, God can use them. Just like it said about Nebuchadnezzar, over and over in the book of Isaiah, in the book of Jeremiah. He calls Nebuchadnezzar His servant, because he had a thing to fulfill. God had placed him there to take the Jews out of the land because of their transgression. Jeremiah prophesied they would be out of the land for seventy years. Daniel began to pray in the 9th chapter as he sees that seventieth year in fulfillment, he began to pray and God began to talk to him there in the last part of Daniel, to tell him what was prepared for the Jews as time would go on. Then we have in Daniel 12 also, God getting ready for the Jewish nation. But He said, this will be in the last days. Much of what Jeremiah talks about is the Jews and the last days. So they have a promise in God’s book. He said, I have only wounded you in part, which seems very harsh. But God said at the time, He would bring them back to dwell in their own land and they would have their own place to worship. Now as we look at the Bride of Christ in Revelation 21, you do not see anything of a temple in Revelation 21 because it says God and the Lamb are the temple there. So there will be no visual temple there because it is not needed for the Bride. The temple was for the Jews. The Jews, even in bondage, they began to pray and look toward Jerusalem, toward the temple, to be able to find some favor with God, to tell them what to do in order to survive. Nebuchadnezzar was not the Jew’s enemy, so to speak, he was their friend as long as they did what was right. But in Jeremiah’s time, Jeremiah begged the people through visions and revelations, he begged the people to listen to obey Nebuchadnezzar. But they refused. Whenever they refused, then God sent judgment upon them. Jeremiah prophesied to them. He said, do not think you are going to go to Egypt and get help, it is not going to happen. They came to him asking, what must we do? It was a week from that time before God answered Jeremiah. He told them to go to fall into the hands of the Chaldeans and God would take care of them. They did not do that. They ask, whether it be good or bad for us, tell us what to do. Whenever he told them, they hated him. They hated truth. Just like they hate truth in this hour, because it did not come from the right source. It was not the right people for them to listen to. But God does things His way. He does not ask anybody else how He is to do things.
One Week Left
I was glad I was able to be in the later part of Bro. Branham’s ministry, to be able to see the things and how God worked in his life and ministry, to know what a humble man he was. I remember, for the first five or ten minutes of his sermons, he would almost be apologetic about his upbringing, how he was not educated. Then whenever the anointing came, he was a changed man. This was the way he was many times with people whenever they would come before him. He would say, do you believe I am a prophet of God? They would say they did believe, but whenever he would catch himself, he would say, I mean a servant of God. But whenever the spirit of God was upon him, he always said, do you believe me to be a prophet of God, which he was. I remember the seventy weeks of Daniel, I was there when Bro. Branham preached it in 1961 in the month of August. I was there at that time and he preached there was one more week for Israel to go. Then when it comes to questions and answers in 1963. After he had preached the seals, but the seventh seal was not revealed, there was questions and answers. Somebody asked him the question, is there seven years left for Israel? He said no, three and a half. He went back to what he had taught before 1963. The anointing for him to do that had already gone. So it left them with two possibilities, either there is one week of time to go, or there is a half week to go. People began to say, well I believe it both ways. That is ludicrous. How a person could say they believe both ways? It is only through the spirit of God that some of us sitting here this morning were able to escape these things. Then in 1970 when Bro. Jackson preached the seventy weeks of Daniel, that straightened everything out in my mind. Because he said that Bro. Branham made dual statements, like seven and three and a half. That was dual statements. Whenever he said that, then he said, I know he taught there was seven years left for the Jewish people there. But in the midst of the week, it says, then sacrifice and oblation was ceased. That is more or less where Bro. Branham came up with the three and half years that was left. The thing about it was, that is talking of the pope and Europe at that time. Whenever it comes down to that time, then in the middle of the week, sacrifice and oblation will be ceased in the temple. Because we know before that time there was sacrifice that was made for the Jewish people, as we enter into the last week of time, which we are not quite there yet, but we are getting very close that time. But we have things that will happen before that time, which much of it has already happened. But we find that Israel’s revival is yet to come. Things are going to have to get hotter in the Middle East. It looks like it may be started, but they are going to have to get hotter for this thing to come about. Whenever we look at it, they keep firing away, you see the Golan Heights, how they even pressed up to the line, and a few rockets have come over and Israel has taken out a bunch of the Muslim people. It is just waiting for the time to come. I do not believe Saudi Arabia will be in it. The reason why is whenever Ezekiel 38 and 39 come about, then you see it says that Saudi Arabia, why have you come, to get a spoil? Talking to the Muslim people there from Iran, Russia and from other countries there, Turkey. All these will be coming against Israel. As they come, they are going to come right through Saudi Arabia to try to take their oil rights away, to be able to sell it because Russia wants that. They want the oil rights, because they are hard pressed to get what they want. You see what they are doing now. They claim as long as oil is sixty some dollars a barrel, then Russia is hurting. They are hurting today. It may look like they are a great nation, they are not. They are a third world nation, Russia is. Only the top echelon are living in prosperity, but the rest of the people are not. So Communism does not work. It will never work. It never has worked, because you take it away from everyone, then a few prosper from it. They claim that Putin may be the richest man on earth, because everything that comes in, he gets a portion of it. He is worth billions. Just like Arafat was when he was there, when he was over the Palestinians. He was rich, rich in billions. He had money in other places, Switzerland and places like that where he kept his money.
The Millennial Kingdom
I want to go to Psalms 2. I have read it many times. But while reading over it, there is a different meaning to me now. “Why do the heathen rage, (That is talking about the endtime.) and the people imagine a vain thing?” He is talking of the tribulation time. “The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, again the Lord, and against his anointed, (His anointed would be Christ.) saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: (My! What a time man has gotten himself into. You see that in America. You see it in the pulpits. As I said awhile ago, they are talking about taking away the Bible and reading from other books. This is the talk in religious leaders. These big doctors of divinity of one sort or another, all the way up to the pope, he does not go by the Bible, he goes by the pope. That is what he goes by. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh….) the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. (The King would be Christ.) I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.” No other man was begotten of God, only Jesus Christ. “Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heaven for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.” He is talking about the Millennium to come. “Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. (In other words, rejoice, but whenever you do, remember that you are fortunate to be able to escape this thing.) Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
I have looked at that this week, to begin to think about the last days, he mentions Christ birth here, but mostly he is speaking of the tribulation in this chapter. I want to go from there to Isaiah 60, then we will go to Revelation. Isaiah 60:18-22 “Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise. The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. Thy sun…” (The sun. See what time it is talking about here. He is speaking of saints who have resurrected bodies here. Thy sun….) shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw herself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.” Go to the book of Genesis 8:22, it said as long as the earth stands, there will be summer and winter, day and night. So that is for the natural people to go into the eternal age. But the resurrected saints will not need the sun. They will not need the light as they do now, because God is going to give them perfect vision, day and night, to where it will not change, day or night. “Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.” He is talking here of Jews in this verse. “A little one shall become a thousand, (talking about the Millennium) and a small one a strong nation: (He has time, time for the little ones to grow up and become no more infants, but they have become what God considers rulers among the people. I am not talking about Bride. The Bride is going to be ruler over it all. This is natural people that go through the tribulation, they live on the other side, which will be the sheep people that will go into that time, and also the Jewish remnant of Revelation 12. A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation….) I the Lord will hasten it in his time.” It is His time.
We go to Revelation 21 again. A person can make a study on this because of the revelatory nature of it. The starting of this is after the tribulation is over, and at the end of the time of when the judgment, the great white throne judgment takes place. “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.” See? It jumps all the way from the time we are in, all the way through the Millennium, to get to this verse here. But in the 2nd verse, it brings the Bride in, which will be living, ruling and reigning all during that time. “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” He is seeing this, a bride adorned for husband. That shows you when it happens. Now it goes back to where it was in the 1st verse. “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, (The tabernacle of God, which is God’s presence, God’s Spirit is with men as it would have been with Adam. See? There would never have been a tribulation, there would never have been a rapture, but Adam had a body when he was created, that would never decay, had not sin entered into the picture. It was more or less the same way that the people that live through the Millennium will be. Because when you get into the Eternal Age, then all your curses are gone. There is only one curse that is left, that is to the serpent. You see that in the 65th chapter of Isaiah. That is the only curse that is left, all the rest of them are gone. I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men….) and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, (See the picture there? He will dwell with them, what He has been to the Bride of Jesus Christ, those foolish virgins and the Jewish remnant and the great multitude, He is going to be among them in the Millennium. To the Bride, what is He going to be? He is going to be in stead of the temple, because He and Christ, He and the Lamb, it goes ahead to say the Lamb. I thought about that this week. Why does it keep mentioning the Lamb? Why not just go ahead and mention Christ? But it mentions the Lamb, because He, even in the Millennium, as you look back, then those people are looking back to those sacrifices that are being made, because otherwise they lose the effect of what Jesus went through, because they are going to see what happened to those little lambs and those other animals, that Jesus took the place of. They will see the horribleness of the death of those animals, showing the horribleness of the death of Christ for their sins. They will recognize that. We will go on here.) and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” In other words, the spirit of God is going to rest upon those people in the Eternal Age, just like it would have Adam, had he never sinned. This was the next step for Adam and Eve. The thing about it is, if they had passed the test, then that would have annulled what the devil would have been doing. But God is going to annul the devil after the Millennium is over and the great white throne, He is going to get rid of the death and all the curses that have come upon man. That is why it takes a thousand years for these things to be accomplished. “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; (Who is crying? Is the Bride crying? No. Is it those tribulation period people? No. It is these Millennial people that have lived the natural life, they come down to this and what do they see happen to Jerusalem right after the devil is loosed? Whenever the devil is loosed, then he takes a lot of their kinfolks. It even talks about it, a child will die at a hundred years. Not all of them. There are going to be enough people that it says a great multitude, whenever it talks about it, a great multitude will compass Jerusalem. So you have armies that have built up. I know it talks about the plowshares and all, the pruninghooks, about the war material being turned into that. But then everybody is not going to agree with that. It is just something inside of a man with a fallen nature, that he is not going to do right no matter what, because it is already determined what will happen to those people in that time. God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes…) and there shall be no more death, (See what it is talking about? When you go into the Eternal Age, there is no more death. Death is over. The plagues are over. No more will the earth bring forth briars and thorns and all as it does today. Because that was a curse to Adam. All these things are going to be gone, that God may be glorified and His presence will cover the earth as the water does the sea. There shall be no more death…) neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: (No more sorrow, no crying, no death, no pain. All these are curses.) for the former things are passed away.” What we are experiencing now, the earthquakes will be gone. God is going to settle the earth to where it will be habitable for those people that have lived through the Millennium and have made their way into the Eternal Age. This part here is talking about the transfer of time from the Millennium to the Eternal Age. He is talking about the transfer of time from one to the other. “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. (In other words, God has already promised it, so He said it was done even before it happens. That shows the knowledge of God as we enter into this. He said unto me, it is done….) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst (He is talking about people that have lived through the Millennium. I keep saying that. I will give unto him that is athirst…) of the fountain of the water of life freely.” What did Jesus say to the woman at the well? She was surprised to hear His understanding. She was surprised to hear His knowledge as He talks to her, but then it come down to the place where He said He would give her living water. She said, give me this living water that I do not have to come back and draw. She did not understand. Then the next thing, when He said, woman, where is your husband? I do not have a husband. But He said, I know, you have had five and the one you are living with now is not your husband. Sir, I perceive that you are a prophet. She knew because He had hit the string then, He knew something about her that nobody else had told him. Because He was sitting there by that well, Jacob’s well, as He was talking this over with her, just asking her for a drink. Not that He could not get it, but He wanted something from her, to draw her attention. He would never have testified that unto her unless He knew she was a seed of Abraham. Even though she was from Samaria, because she said, the Jews do not have any dealings with us Samaritans. They were not Jews, the Samaritans weren’t Jews, but they lived in that land. There may have been a little mixture there, but they were mostly Armenians, that is what they were. “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; (He that has overcome this last onslaught of the devil shall inherit all things of the earth. That is what He is talking about.) and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.” He is not just talking about men, but He puts it in the male gender. He that overcometh shall inherit all things and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. He shall be my son. “But the fearful, (This is the ones that did not make it, the fearful….) and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, (See? These are all fearful and unbelieving.) shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: (He is talking about all the way back from Cain on through, that is who he is talking about here. They are going to have their part because he is going back tot he judgment. That is what he is talking about here. The fearful, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone….) which is the second death.” Go back to chapter 20, the second death. What this is doing here, he is covering the Bride in this, there are two different parts of it, the Bride part and then the natural part that will go through the Millennium, getting ready for the Eternal Age. We do not know everything about the Eternal Age, but we do know something as he is explaining it here. He is saying all these things that you are now going through, that they are going through, all these things that they are going through is going to end. There will be no more sorrow, no more crying, all the former things are past away. It says He will wipe the tears from their eyes, that is talking about people that have gone through the Millennium, that have seen and witnessed what has happened to their kinfolk, going after the devil after he is loosed again. We look at that. Now it goes back to the Bride, the Lamb’s wife, the New Jerusalem. “And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, (This would be, no doubt, the last vial angel that came to John here. There came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues. Why would he say that? Why would one of them be? It is showing time, it is showing the time of the Bride, that they are in heaven. Because one of the plague angels comes to him, showing that he is done gone from what he was, from a dead man to someone living, at this time. There came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues…..) and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” See? It keeps repeating it over, the Lamb’s wife. That is important because it is important for them to be able in the Millennium to look back at what they did not know anything about. The only ones who knew anything about it would be the ones that have been preached to by the two prophets, and by the 144,000 after the prophets are off the scene. The two prophets preach, whenever they preach, then the 144,000 receive their message. He tells them there, the ones in the 7th chapter, we will go back there for a minute. Revelation 7. “And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the winds should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.” What happens? This is at the beginning of the week when the two prophets receive their message. In the 14th chapter we have this, “And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb (See? The Lamb is still there.) stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.” See? Now they are sealed. They have the name of the Father in their foreheads. In other words, what happens? They know who Jesus Christ is by the message that has been brought unto them. They know exactly who He is. Then it goes ahead to talk about the ones being sealed, in the 7th chapter, which all of them are sealed there. I remember Bro. Branham going over that. He said, here in the 4th verse, “And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.” What is he saying there? There were sealed of all the tribes, it is talking of those 144,000 because they are all the tribes of the children of Israel. “Of the tribe of Judah were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.” These were all sealed by the prophet messengers at that time, those two prophets. “Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.” What is he saying there? I remember when Bro. Branham went over that. He said, see, Dan is not mentioned in it. Because Dan was the first one that went to false religions. He was the first one that worshipped Baal and Beelzebub. He was the first one that went that direction, so he was left out of the number.
