Faith Assembly Church uses Google and YouTube API Services only to manage church-owned video content on the official Faith Assembly Church YouTube channel and maintain the sermon archive on fachurch.org. YouTube API Services may be used to upload church-owned sermon videos, verify video availability, update video metadata, and embed public YouTube videos on sermon archive pages.

Faith Assembly Church’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. Google and YouTube may also process information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Data Accessed Through YouTube API Services

When YouTube API Services are used, Faith Assembly Church may access basic YouTube channel and video metadata for church-owned content, such as video IDs, titles, publish status, descriptions, and embed or playback availability.

Faith Assembly Church does not sell YouTube API data, does not use YouTube API data for advertising profiling, and does not provide public users with access to upload, delete, or modify YouTube content through fachurch.org.

Data Storage and Use

Faith Assembly Church stores only limited operational records needed for archive maintenance, publishing verification, troubleshooting, and ministry recordkeeping. These records may include references to church-owned videos and related archive status.

Data Deletion, Refresh, and Revocation

Faith Assembly Church refreshes or removes YouTube API-related information when it is no longer needed for sermon archive maintenance or when access is revoked. If YouTube API access is revoked, Faith Assembly Church will stop using that access and will delete or refresh stored YouTube API-related operational data when required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Public Website Visitors

Visitors to fachurch.org may view embedded public YouTube videos. Embedded YouTube videos may be served by Google or YouTube and may be subject to Google’s privacy practices. Faith Assembly Church does not receive private Google account information from public website visitors through these embedded videos.
