These Terms of Service apply to Faith Assembly Church website maintenance tools and the church-owned sermon archive workflow that uses YouTube API Services.

Authorized Internal Use

The Faith Assembly Church YouTube upload and video repair tools are internal maintenance utilities used only by authorized Faith Assembly Church maintainers. They are not a public upload service and do not allow public website visitors to upload, delete, or modify YouTube content.

Church-Owned Content

Faith Assembly Church uses these tools to restore, upload, verify, and relink church-owned sermon archive videos on fachurch.org and the official Faith Assembly Church YouTube channel.

YouTube API Services

YouTube API Services may be used to upload church-owned videos, verify channel and video metadata, update necessary video metadata, and embed public YouTube videos on sermon archive pages. The workflow does not scrape third-party YouTube content, does not sell or resell YouTube API data, and does not provide public users with access to arbitrary YouTube channels.

Use of YouTube API Services is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Google’s policies.

Verification Before Public Relinking

Faith Assembly Church updates public sermon archive pages only after a replacement YouTube video is verified as public, processed, embeddable, and playable. The maintenance workflow checks that the replacement video matches the intended church archive item before relinking a public page.

Privacy and Revocation

The Faith Assembly Church Privacy Policy explains the church’s use of YouTube API Services and is available at https://fachurch.org/privacy-policy/. An authorized Google account holder may review or revoke Google account permissions at Google security permissions.
